The Pulse returns with a deeper format — a monthly ritual designed to move the body, activate the system, and reset through contrast.
This edition begins with a guided 60-minute vinyasa-based movement practice led by Paulina, founder of Free Your Mind. Her work centers on conscious movement, breath awareness, and embodied presence.
From 11AM onward, the experience transitions into free-flow sauna and cold immersion.
The MeltHaus Sauna Bus will be positioned at Air Disco, steps from the ocean. Step out of the heat and into the cold — tubs or sea — and repeat at your own rhythm.
This is not rushed.
This is not performative.
This is regulated access, intentional space, and community integration time.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.
Arriving is simple:
- By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
