THE PULSE presents: Community Sauna + Yoga w/ Elisa
A SUNDAY FOR MOVEMENT,RESET AND COMMUNITY.
This special edition of The Pulse brings together yoga with Elisa Yaeger, Community Sauna Hours with MeltHaus Sauna Bus and invited collaborators for a fuller wellness morning at CRANIA.
Elisa Yaeger is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher whose practice integrates breath, movement and technical precision. Her background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative Yoga and guided meditation.
Also joining the morning are 22 Bio and El Wine Shop Cafe.
22 Bio will offer body check insights focused on understanding your body and personal biomarkers.
El Wine Shop Cafe will offer coffee, juices and refreshments.
22 Bio and cafe items are charged separately.
The MeltHaus Sauna Bus will be positioned at Air Disco, steps from the ocean.

ABOUT MELTHAUS
MELTHAUS is a converted school bus transformed into a fully integrated mobile sauna experience — heat, showers, and the ocean just steps away.
On selected Sundays, additional facilitators may join before or alongside the sauna session — including yoga, ice baths, handstand workshops, breathwork, or other practices.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.
Arriving is simple:
- By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
- By Uber or taxi → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
