Elisa Yaeger is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher whose practice integrates breath, movement and technical precision. Her background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative Yoga and guided meditation. Also joining the morning are 22 Bio and El Wine Shop Cafe. 22 Bio will offer body check insights focused on understanding your body and personal biomarkers. El Wine Shop Cafe will offer coffee, juices and refreshments. 22 Bio and cafe items are charged separately.
