With Ocean Contrast Therapy, now every Sunday · 11AM – 1PM

The Pulse is CRANIA’s ongoing wellness series, a curated space where effort meets recovery and community gathers around intentional practices.

Each Sunday is slightly different.

Stay tuned and check each weekly listing to see if a special session is added.

Come sweat.

**ABOUT MELTHAUS**

MELTHAUS is a converted school bus transformed into a fully integrated mobile sauna experience — heat, showers, and the ocean just steps away.

On selected Sundays, additional facilitators may join before or alongside the sauna session — including yoga, ice baths, handstand workshops, breathwork, or other practices.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located **just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes),** inside **Puerto Los Cabos** . The venue is only **15 minutes** from Los Cabos **International Airport** , making it easy for both locals and international travelers.

Arriving is simple:

- **By car** → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
- **By Uber or taxi** → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
