THE PULSE PRESENTS RHYTHM & RETURN WITH KYRA

Join us at CRANIA for a grounding Sunday morning practice with Kyra, followed by Sauna Community Hours.

Rhythm & Return is a breath-led vinyasa class rooted in movement, presence, and return. Inspired by the rhythms of the ocean, nature, and embodied awareness, the session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and move from a more intuitive place.

The practice is open to all levels and designed to support grounding, body awareness, and a deeper sense of connection.

After class, stay for Sauna Community Hours and continue the experience through heat, rest, and community.

ABOUT MELTHAUS

MELTHAUS is a converted school bus transformed into a fully integrated mobile sauna experience — heat, showers, and the ocean just steps away.

On selected Sundays, additional facilitators may join before or alongside the sauna session — including yoga, ice baths, handstand workshops, breathwork, or other practices.

We’re closer than you think — we’re located just outside San José del Cabo’s downtown (5 minutes), inside Puerto Los Cabos. The venue is only 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport, making it easy for both locals and international travelers.

Arriving is simple:

• By car → we offer on-site parking right next to the venue.
• By Uber or taxi → direct drop-off & pickup at our entrance.
