If you are craving authentic connection and transformative experiences that make you feel ALIVE and energized, this immersive yoga experience has been curated for you.  We will dance the evening away at the beautiful Mystic Manor, a creative art space designed to inspire and bring people together. Let your heart soar and your spirit run free as we immerse ourselves in a yoga flow set to deep house music, ending with a soundbath to relax and rejuvenate. We will then dance ecstatically, using movement as medicine to create endorphins and release dopamine, the "happy hormone". The evening will conclude with a cacao ceremony as we come together to express gratitude and close out the experience. Come as you are, leave high on life!  No yoga experience? No problem!
