For the first time ever in NZ over 200 lights will be installed with flames and smoke effects lighting up a custom course throughout the three halls inside ASB Showgrounds. Drivers will drift through, under, and around obstacles not seen in a D1NZ event setup before.

EXTRA WARNING TO FANS:

PLEASE REMEMBER:

· While this event will be very special for the ultimate drifting fan, it will be LOUD. It’s not for everyone to experience in person which is why we’re working with Sky Sport to broadcast and stream a live show on Saturday. You’ll be able to watch all the action on Sky Sport 5 (Ch55) and stream on Sky Sport Now.

LIVE ON SKY TV:

· Don’t worry if you think it will be too loud for you – tune in to Sky Sport 5 (Ch55) or Sky Sport Now for an epic production featuring some fantastic NZ names also raising money for Variety - The Children's Charity's Warm Heart Winter appeal.

· No Filming Policy - There is a strict no filming policy for this event on Friday in respect of the live Sky Sport TV broadcast on Saturday.

PUKEKOHE GRAND FINAL: July 31st - August 1st

· The series also announces that the D1NZ Grand Final will still be held at the home of Drifting Pukekohe Park Raceway and broadcast LIVE on Sky Sport 5 (Ch55) and Sky Sport Now on August 1st 2020. Tickets are now on sale.
