About ATL’s 1st Celebrity Mansion Pool Party / Indie Fest with Jhonni Blaze
ATL’s 1st Celebrity Mansion Pool Party / Indie Fest with Jhonni Blaze is an exclusive outdoor day-party held at a private Atlanta-area mansion. It blends a high-glam celebrity gathering with an indie-music showcase. Promotional materials even describe it as an “electrifying extravaganza” where “pulsating beats of indie music blend with glittery celebrity presence” – positioning the event as one of Atlanta’s hottest summer attractions www.ticketfairy.com . Reality-TV star Jhonni Blaze hosted the inaugural 2021 event, and organizers highlight other notable guests and local personalities. The setting itself is luxurious: the mansion estate is roughly 7,000 square feet with lush, manicured gardens and a large swimming pool that serves as the day’s centerpiece www.ticketfairy.com . The property has resort-style amenities (pool, patios and gardens) and a gated entry with on-site parking , giving attendees a true VIP experience. In Atlanta’s entertainment scene, this party made history by being the first to merge celebrity hosts with emerging indie acts at a private residence. It’s known for mixing Hollywood-style glitz with grassroots music talent, a combination that promoters say has become synonymous with “the city’s glitz and the exclusive atmosphere” of the mansion www.ticketfairy.com .
Events and Programming
The pool party festival usually takes place on a warm weekend afternoon and lasts into the evening. In the debut year (2021), the schedule ran roughly from 3pm to 9pm www.ticketfairy.com . The programming combines live music performances and DJs. A centerpiece is the “Indie Fest” competition: dozens of up-and-coming acts compete in set time slots (for example, 5pm–8pm) for prizes. As an incentive, the winner has taken home cash (around $1,000) plus production support (like a free music video) www.ticketfairy.com . Headliners and guests (such as Jhonni Blaze and Mz. Diamond Duval in 2021 www.ticketfairy.com ) share the stage with local talent. Other summer editions follow a similar template; for example, in 2023 the estate hosted an Afrovibes-themed pool party at the same address . Each year’s lineup varies, but attendees can expect multiple genres – from hip-hop and pop to EDM – on a poolside stage. The emphasis is on high-energy, picture-worthy performances: DJs often spin before and after the live sets, and surprise guests sometimes make appearances. Detailed schedules (performer set times, opening acts, headliners) are announced in advance through the official ticketing page and social media. Overall, the event offers an all-day music festival vibe: think waterfront concert stage by day, dance party by night, with celebrity and indie artists on the same roster.
Tickets and Booking
Tickets for these mansion parties are sold exclusively ahead of time on authorized ticketing sites. There is no street-level box office or guaranteed door sales – all admission passes must be bought in advance. When the 2021 event launched, ticket tiers ranged roughly from $20 (early bird special price) for general admission up to $60 for VIP www.ticketfairy.com (plus service fees). Early-bird deals (first tranche) and group packages often sell out, so the best strategy is to purchase tickets as soon as they go on sale. Note that this event is 18+ only (see policies below) so you’ll need a valid photo ID to buy and enter. VIP tickets add perks: for example, VIP entry in 2021 included skip-the-line access and even a complimentary “Hunch Punch” cocktail all day www.ticketfairy.com . Groups can also rent a table or cabana – in 2021 a reserved table for 6 people with 3 bottles of liquor was offered for around $1,000 www.ticketfairy.com . When booking, read the ticket details carefully. Each package lists what’s included (e.g. drink vouchers, seat access) and whether upgrades are available. As the event nears, organizers will email ticketholders the exact venue address (it’s not published publicly) www.ticketfairy.com . Finally, expect to pay by credit/debit card. Most large events accept cards at the bar and box office, but it’s wise to carry some cash for vendors or tips.
Seating and Layout
The mansion grounds are used in an open, festival-like layout rather than a fixed-seat theater. Imagine a spacious backyard: the pool and stage sit at the center, with lounge and standing areas around them. Seating is generally first-come. General admission ticketholders mingle around the pool deck and grassy spots. Some attendees bring beach chairs or towels to lay on the lawn. VIP ticket holders get access to dedicated areas – for example, private cabanas or sofas – and often stand right by the pool and stage. Indeed, VIP guests paid for front-row placement and skipped all entry lines www.ticketfairy.com . The sound and lighting rigs are set up by the pool, so being near the stage means the best audio and visibility (but also more crowds and sun). The estate is large enough to fit multiple zones: you may see some people dancing by the speakers, others lounging in shaded areas, and still others wandering between the pool, bar, and mansion patio. Note that the mansion has multiple levels and balconies, but these are typically reserved for staff and performers; public viewing is all at ground level. Cell service usually works adequately on the grounds (there’s no dedicated Wi-Fi for the party), so you can coordinate rides and share social updates. In short, there’s no bad seat in the house, but for full immersion the poolside or lawn immediately in front of the stage is often considered the “best” spot – just arrive early to claim it!
Getting There and Parking
The party is held at a private address in Mableton, GA (a southern suburb of Atlanta). While the exact address is given to ticket buyers shortly before the event, public listings show it as 4598 Glore Rd SW, Mableton, GA 30126 . This is about a 15-minute drive south of downtown Atlanta (near I-285 and I-20). By car, use GPS to navigate to the address on Glore Road. The property has gated, on-site parking available for guests . Parking is free; attendants will direct you onto the estate (note that street parking is very limited and generally not allowed on nearby roads). Public transit is not a practical way to get here. MARTA rail doesn’t serve Mableton, and the nearest buses stop a few miles away. For most visitors, rideshare or taxi is easiest: drop-off and pick-up can be done right at the main gate. If you drive, carpooling is a good idea and try to arrive early – traffic can back up on exit ramps leading to the venue as other parties begin. The organizers typically send detailed directions and any special traffic instructions via email/text in the 1–2 days before the event www.ticketfairy.com . In summary, plan to drive or ride-share, and use the property’s free lot when you arrive.
Inside the Venue
Expect a festive lounge atmosphere once you enter. Guests check in at the main gate: staff scan e-tickets or confirm registration and give wristbands. Because it’s a private estate, security is taken seriously. All bags are searched and large backpacks or coolers are prohibited www.ticketfairy.com (small purses or fanny packs are fine). Inside, the vibe is VIP-casual: you’ll see people in stylish swimsuits and party outfits. The pool is open for swimming; most attendees jump in or wade during the day. In 2021, VIPs received a free house cocktail (“Hunch Punch”) with their wristband www.ticketfairy.com , and a staffed bar on-site sold beer, wine and mixed drinks to others. Light fare or food trucks are sometimes provided, but many guests grab a quick bite beforehand since the emphasis is on music and mingling. Restrooms are available both inside the mansion (permanent bathrooms) and in portable units outdoors. Merchandise and sponsor booths may appear, but typically the offering is limited (event T-shirts or caps). The mansion itself is not fully open to attendees – you might reach a patio or porch, but most events block off interior rooms. Cell phones and casual cameras are welcome for personal photos, and people often share social media posts from the party – just be considerate of those around you. Throughout the day and into dusk, security and staff will be present in most areas, ensuring locals and travelers alike can enjoy the event safely. The overall feel inside is energetic and friendly: loud music, dancing around the pool, and a celebratory soundtrack under the Georgia sky.
Nearby Amenities
The mansion is situated in a suburban area, so the immediate surroundings are mostly quiet neighborhoods and a few commercial strips. Expect mostly chain and casual restaurants within a short drive. For example, family-style diners, BBQ and burger joints are common nearby. If you have extra time before the party, you’ll find typical fast-food franchises and a couple of local soul-food or sandwich shops in Mableton/Austell. There are no late-night clubs or entertainment venues right at the corner – the nearest lively nightlife is in Smyrna or downtown Atlanta (about 20–30 minutes away by car). Hotel options are also up the road: chain hotels near the I-20/Austell interchange (like Quality Inn, Extended Stay, Embassy Suites or Candlewood Suites) are 5–10 minutes away by car. For example, a Quality Inn & Suites by Six Flags is one nearby option. These hotels offer free parking and can be convenient if you need an overnight stay. If you’re coming from out of town, consider booking in Austell or Cobb County well in advance, since the area can get busy during summer weekends. Finally, note that ride-share and taxis are the easiest way to get around to food or lodging – public transit ends early in suburban Cobb County, and there’s no MARTA rail stop within a practical distance.
What Makes This Venue Special
This venue stands out because it turns a private luxury home into a full-scale music festival and party space – an uncommon combination. You won’t find this in a typical club: guests lounge by the pool, sip cocktails under open skies, and hear live bands all in one place. Promoters themselves note that “every corner of the sprawling estate is designed to dazzle,” highlighting the beautiful landscaping and shimmering pool deck www.ticketfairy.com . The setting creates a resort-like vibe that feels both exclusive and festive. It was Atlanta’s first event of its kind (hence the name), and it “redefined” the concept of a summer party when it launched. Over time it has become almost legendary among local event-goers, to the point that write-ups call it “synonymous with the city’s glitz” www.ticketfairy.com . Another special element is how intimate it feels: since attendance is capped by the property size, fans can get very close to performers (no huge stadium gap here). Finally, it’s special culturally – the party bridges mainstream celebrity energy with support for new Atlanta music. Performers can see their audience up close, and guests enjoy discovering fresh talent alongside known celebrities. In summary, what makes it unique is the entire package: a penthouse-pool-party atmosphere fused with live music showcases, all on the grounds of a stately mansion.
Visitor Tips and Information
Bring a valid photo ID – this event is strictly 18 and over www.ticketfairy.com . No children or infants are allowed, and everyone will be checked at the door.
Dress for a pool party: swimsuit, shorts, light cover-up, or fun party attire. The sun can be intense, so plan accordingly (hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are smart). Flip-flops or water-friendly shoes are recommended. There is no formal dress code, but swimwear and casual chic are most common.
Do not bring large bags or outside alcohol. Security enforces a no-large-bag policy www.ticketfairy.com , and having outside drinks is prohibited. You can bring a small purse or fanny pack for essentials (phone, keys, wallet). Everything you carry may be searched on entry.
Pack only the essentials: an ID, your phone/camera, some cash or card, and personal items like a charger or teeny umbrella. The event may offer a basic coat check at the entrance, but most people simply carry all they need.
Use rideshare or taxi if possible. The mansion has its own parking, but traffic in/out can be busy. Dropping off friends by Uber/Lyft at the main gate is easiest. If you drive, carpool and allow extra time to find parking on the property.
Arrive early for the best experience. Gates usually open around the advertised start time (often 3:00pm). By 4pm or later the venue can get crowded. Early birds can get prime spots by the pool or in the shade before the rush.
Stay hydrated and protected. Even if you plan to drink alcoholic beverages, have non-alcoholic water or electrolyte drinks too. Outdoor events with dancing and sun exposure can dehydrate you quickly.
Keep an eye on your belongings and friends. Designate a meeting point near a landmark (like the main bar or stage) in case someone gets separated. Most people rent a locker or keep valuables on themselves.
Check email and social updates. Organizers will email final details (exact address, parking instructions) in the days before. By the night before, make sure you have the venue info from that email www.ticketfairy.com .
Expect outdoor elements. If weather reports predict rain, check the event page. Often, such parties are rain-or-shine – bring a poncho or change of clothes just in case. In cooler evenings, you might need a light jacket after sunset (though summer nights usually stay warm).
Plan for facilities: Restrooms are available inside the house and via porta-potties outside. Bars serve drinks and sometimes snacks, but lines can form. If you need cash for tips or vendors, have it on hand – most vendors will take card, but smaller ones may prefer cash.
Decide on smoking or vaping. If you smoke, ask where designated smoking areas are (usually a corner of the venue). Keep in mind smoke can annoy others around you.
Be camera-ready! The venue is very “Instagrammable.” Feel free to take photos, but be courteous – don’t block people’s view of the stage for a shot. The mansion’s decor and pool make cool backdrops for pictures.
Watch the time. If you need to leave early, it’s safest to do so before the last hour. Late couriers and ride-shares can be slower at night, so plan your exit time accordingly.
Most importantly, have fun responsibly. The venue is a private residence, so respect the space. Follow all staff instructions, take care of your friends, and help leave the place as you found it. That ensures this special event can continue in future years.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much are tickets and where can I buy them?
Ticket prices vary by year and package. In past events, early-bird GA tickets sold for around $20, general admission around $40–45, and VIP around $60–70 www.ticketfairy.com . All tickets are sold online through the official event or promoter’s site; there is no on-site box office. It’s best to buy tickets early, as discounted pre-sales sell out quickly.
Is there a box office or do they sell tickets at the door?
Generally not. These pool parties are “ticket only” events, meaning you must buy a ticket in advance online. Organizers do not guarantee any walk-up or door sales. To ensure entry, purchase your tickets ahead rather than hoping to buy at the gate.
Are children or pets allowed at the event?
No. The event is strictly for adults (18+). No kids or infants are allowed, and non-service pets are not permitted. In fact, security enforces this rule: all attendees must show ID, and underage guests are turned away www.ticketfairy.com .
What is the dress code or what should I wear?
Think swimming pool chic. Swimsuits, shorts, sundresses, and flip-flops are common. Guests often wear stylish swimwear since the pool is open and “swimwear highly recommended” during past events www.ticketfairy.com . Cover-ups, hats, and sunglasses are smart for daytime. There’s no need for formal attire – it’s a relaxed, summer-party atmosphere.
What can I bring into the venue? Are there prohibited items?
Security is strict. Allowed items: personal electronics (phones, small cameras), keys, wallets, and small purses/bags. Prohibited: large backpacks, coolers, outside alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, weapons, and professional video cameras. Also, large banners or tripods may be disallowed. The venue explicitly bans large bags www.ticketfairy.com , so pack light.
Where is the mansion located and how do I get there?
The secret location is announced to ticket-holders ahead of time, but it is in Mableton, GA (metro Atlanta). Recent listings show the address as 4598 Glore Rd SW, Mableton . It’s near I-285/I-20 south of downtown Atlanta. The best way to reach it is by car or rideshare. Google/Apple Maps may not display it by name – use the address after you receive it. Follow the organizers’ emailed directions for any hidden gate codes or security checkpoints.
Is parking available and what does it cost?
Yes, the mansion provides on-site parking for attendees. Parking is usually free and included with your ticket. Attendants will direct you to the house’s driveway and lots. There’s no need to find street parking; just enter the property after showing your ticket. As parking is limited to the estate, arriving early can secure a closer spot.
What public transportation options are there?
Public transit is very limited in that suburb. MARTA trains do not run to Mableton, and local buses would leave you at least a mile from the site. Most attendees drive or use rideshare. The simplest plan is to take an Uber/Lyft or taxi directly to the address (there is a drop-off spot at the gate). If you must use transit, prepare for a long walk or car pairing from the nearest stops.
Where should I stand for the best view?
There are no fixed seats – it’s all general admission except for VIP areas. For the closest view and sound, stand by the front of the stage (near the pool). VIP ticket holders can access lounge areas with sofas and umbrellas nearer the front www.ticketfairy.com . If you arrive late, you may need to watch from farther back on the lawn. In general, the center of the pool deck is best for acoustic and visual experience, but any spot on the grass has a decent view of the stage.
What do VIP tickets include?
VIP tickets typically include priority entry (no waiting in line) and access to a special lounge area or cabana. In 2021, VIP guests also got a complimentary signature cocktail (“Hunch Punch”) all day www.ticketfairy.com . Larger VIP packages may come with bottle service and reserved tables. Check the specific ticket listing for each event – it will list exactly what perks (drinks, seating, etc.) come with VIP or table tickets.
Can I swim in the pool during the party?
Yes, swimming is allowed and even encouraged. The event is built around the pool as a central feature. In fact, the organizers highly recommend wearing swimwear www.ticketfairy.com . Just keep in mind your belongings (phones, wallets) if you enter the water. The pool area is usually the most crowded, so swim if you like, but the party goes on with or without you in the water.
Is outside food or drink allowed?
No, generally outside food or alcoholic drinks are not permitted. Bringing your own cooler or beverages is against the rules (this goes along with the no-large-bags policy). There will usually be on-site vendors or food trucks, and a full bar for drinks. You may bring a small sealed bottle of water, but plan to buy food and drinks inside if you need them.
Are there restrooms and other facilities available?
Yes. The mansion has indoor restrooms (usually off-limits casually, but open for emergencies) and additional portable toilets outside for guests. Follow signs or ask staff to locate the nearest restroom. There is no formal coat check, but sometimes there’s a temporary area for small bags. Otherwise, personal items stay with you. Water fountains are not guaranteed, so you may need to refill bottles at the bar if free water isn’t supplied.
Is the event rain or shine? What if it rains?
Usually these parties are planned rain or shine, but heavy storms could cause a postponement or cancellation. The venue is mostly outdoor (the pool and yard), though some areas have canopies or covered patios. Check the event’s official communications for a rain policy. If forecasts show rain, organizers often send updates via email or social. If you’re unsure, prepare a light rain jacket – many guests simply dance in a brief shower and keep the party going.
What is the refund policy for tickets?
Refund policies can vary by organizer and year. Often, there is a short window (like a week or more before the event) during which tickets may be returned for a partial refund. After that window closes, tickets are usually non-refundable. Always check the refund policy on the ticketing page when you buy. In many cases these programs are treated like concert tickets, so plan on no refunds for last-minute cancellations unless specifically guaranteed.
