Events and Programming

Fiesta Night Club & Restaurant is a late-night Latin entertainment venue at 115 President Street in Passaic, New Jersey. Its calendar combines touring concerts, DJ-led dance parties, regional celebrations, holiday events, table-service nights and occasional non-music programming. Public listings describe the venue as a performance space for Mexican singers, Latin bands and other entertainment, while recent event records show a much wider pan-Latin range.

The venue’s programming from 2021 through 2026 has included salsa, bachata, cumbia, merengue, reggaetón, electrocumbia, regional Mexican, rock en español, Peruvian music, Dominican and Colombian tropical music, hip-hop, open-format Latin nights and electronic-leaning DJ parties. The bookings are often designed as full-night experiences rather than short theater-style concerts: doors commonly open around 9 p.m., the show may begin later, and the night can continue until 3 a.m. or later.

Documented 2021 bookings included Rata Blanca and Vilma Palma e Vampiros. In 2022, the venue hosted or was listed for appearances by Roberto Blades, Brenda K. Starr, Inspector, César Vega, Agua Marina, Mikel Erentxun, Miguel Mateos, Rata Blanca and Vilma Palma e Vampiros. That combination is notable because it places Latin dance music, salsa, cumbia, rock and Spanish-language pop on the same calendar.

Programming expanded further in 2023 with Banda Blanca’s 50th-anniversary celebration, the Toque Mágico rock festival featuring Tex-Tex and other bands, recurring “Fiesta Fridays,” “We Love Saturdays,” pre-Columbian celebrations and a three-year Fiesta Patio anniversary featuring Alex Sensation. The city also selected Fiesta as the site of its February 2023 “We LOVE PASSAIC” event, where Alex Sensation was honored during Passaic’s 150th-anniversary year.

In 2024, the calendar included bachata with Joe Veras and Luis Vargas, salsa and timba programming, Los Cafres, Rata Blanca, regional Mexican lineups such as Los Farmerz and Herencia de Grandes, and recurring DJ events such as Takeover Thursday. Halloween programming has also become a recurring seasonal format, with DJs, costumes, themed production and dance music spanning reggaetón, hip-hop, house, EDM and Latin hits.

Recent 2025 examples included the Reggaetón Forever tour with Flex, Makano and La Factoría; tropical programming with Peter Pagan, Beto Rodríguez and La Amenaza Salsera; Maelo Ruiz; regional Mexican banda and norteño acts; the Perreo Garden reggaetón party; Halloween events; a “Yo Quiero Bailar” festival; and a New Year’s celebration with multiple performers. These bookings show that Fiesta is comfortable switching between touring artist showcases and promoter-led club nights.

As of September 1, 2026, announced programming extends into the fall with artists and concepts including Vico C, Raymix, El Roockie, Willy García, Mac Salvador, Ráfaga, Flex, Makano, Demphra, Josenid, Jhoan Palacios, Durango Fest, Sonia Morales, 3BallMTY and Mexican lucha libre. Other 2026 listings show continued use of themed nights such as Thirsty Thursday, Perreo Wednesday, Latin Sunday, Colombian Independence celebrations and cumbia-focused parties. Event details, lineups and times can change, so the live listing should be treated as the final word for a particular night.

Tickets and Booking

Fiesta uses several ticket structures depending on the promoter and event. General admission may be standing, while selected concerts offer VIP standing, reserved tables or a combination of admission and bottle-service packages. Public listings show examples ranging from approximately $20 for a limited presale or cumbia event, $35 to $50 for general admission at larger shows, and about $80 to $85 for VIP standing. These are examples rather than a permanent price list, and fees or event-specific charges may increase the final total.

Table arrangements are not the same as theater seating. Some listings describe a table charge as a deposit toward bottle consumption, with a maximum party size and a required arrival time. One published example specified a $50 table reservation, a maximum of five people, arrival before 11 p.m. and no refunds. Read the conditions attached to the individual event before purchasing, particularly if your main goal is a seat rather than access to the dance floor.

Popular touring acts should be booked early because VIP tables, presales and lower-priced general admission can disappear before the night of the show. For free-entry promotions, the offer may be limited by time, gender, age, identification or table availability. A free-entry listing does not necessarily mean a free table, free drinks or guaranteed seating.

The venue’s own public pages emphasize reservations and points of sale but do not publish a permanent box-office schedule, universal presale policy or single ticketing rule. Door sales, table reservations and online presales are therefore event-specific. Save the purchase confirmation and check the stated age requirement, door time, admission type and refund terms before attending.

About Fiesta Night Club & Restaurant

Fiesta is best understood as a restaurant, bar, nightclub and live-event room operating in the same building. Public descriptions identify a modern bar and lounge with a performance area, dance space, full bar, food service, outdoor dining and hookah service. The venue’s identity comes from the transition between dining and nightlife: guests may arrive for dinner or a celebration, then stay for a concert or late DJ set.

The available business record points to a launch around 2008. Zuniga Entertainment LLC, the company associated with Fiesta Night Club, is listed as founded in 2008, while a federal trademark record states that the “Fiesta Nightclub” mark was first used in commerce on February 1, 2008. Property records show the building changed hands in January 2008, giving the venue’s early history a clear starting point even though a full opening-day chronology has not been published.

Fiesta is not a preserved historic theater with a documented architectural legacy. Its importance is instead cultural and regional. It provides a Passaic home for touring Spanish-language artists who might otherwise play only in larger New York or New Jersey halls, while also giving local DJs, promoters and community celebrations a regular late-night platform.

A third-party venue directory lists capacity at approximately 600 guests, but Fiesta does not publish an official capacity statement or a certified event layout. Property records describe the parcel as commercial and identify the building as a three-story lounge with four apartments; other property data lists a lot of approximately 20,925 square feet. Those figures describe the property, not the usable concert-room capacity.

Seating and Layout

The room is generally configured around a standing dance floor and performance area, with tables or VIP areas available for selected events. Listings variously identify general admission as standing, VIP admission as standing, or seating as available only with a VIP purchase. This means the best viewing position depends on whether the promoter has prioritized dancing, tables or a concert-style stage arrangement for that night.

For a close view of the performers, arrive early and move toward the front of the general-admission area once inside. For a more comfortable evening, a reserved table or VIP option is more suitable, but table availability and minimum-consumption terms vary. Guests primarily interested in dancing may prefer the open floor rather than a table near the perimeter.

No public seating chart, room dimensions, stage dimensions, sightline diagram or acoustic plan has been located. There is also no published technical document identifying a fixed seating capacity by configuration. The practical assumption is that the room changes significantly between a touring concert, a DJ party, a table-service celebration and a special event such as lucha libre.

Visitors should expect a loud nightclub environment rather than an acoustically treated listening room. A local directory labels the venue “very loud,” and multiple reviews discuss the volume as part of the experience. Ear protection is sensible for children, people with hearing sensitivities and anyone standing close to the speakers.

Getting There and Parking

Fiesta Night Club & Restaurant is located at 115 President Street, Passaic, NJ 07055, near the Dayton Avenue and President Street intersection. Nearby NJ Transit bus stops include Dayton Avenue at President Street and Dayton Avenue south of President Street. Routes serving the area include the 702 and 744, with additional nearby service associated with the 703 and 705. Check the direction of travel carefully because the closest stop may be on the opposite side of Dayton Avenue.

The closest rail option is Passaic Station on the Main-Bergen County Line. Transit information places the station at Van Houten Street and Passaic Avenue and estimates roughly a 20-minute walk to the President Street area. That walk is manageable in daylight but less appealing after a 3 a.m. event, especially in poor weather. Plan a rideshare or designated driver for the return journey if the event runs beyond normal late-night transit service.

Public listings report street parking and private-lot parking, and some event advertisements have described nearby parking as free. However, no permanent official parking map, guaranteed lot inventory or standard event-night price has been published. Some visitor reviews mention difficulty finding spaces, towing concerns and changing parking arrangements. Park only where signs clearly permit it, avoid neighboring commercial lots and photograph the posted restrictions before leaving your car.

Rideshare drop-off is simplest on President Street or Dayton Avenue near the entrance, provided the driver does not block a bus stop or event traffic. During large concerts, use the venue address rather than a nearby business name and arrange pickup away from the busiest curb area.

Inside the Venue

Expect nightclub entry procedures: an admission check, identification screening where required, security screening and possible wristband or age verification. Published events show both 18+ and 21+ formats. One 2026 event specified entry for guests 18 and older, with alcohol service restricted to guests 21 and older and physical identification required. Other concerts are advertised as 21+ from entry. The event listing controls, not the venue’s general reputation.

The food side of Fiesta is Mexican and broadly suited to sharing before or during a night out. Public menu records list tacos, tortas, fajitas, carnitas, steak and chicken dishes, wings, fries, guacamole, seafood options, desserts, Mexican rice, beans, horchata and other nonalcoholic drinks. The listed menu is older and prices should not be treated as current.

Reviews and venue directories also identify a full bar, cocktails, outdoor dining and hookah service. Food service may be available during the event, but kitchen hours and menu availability can vary with the promoter, crowd and closing time. Guests who want a full meal should arrive earlier rather than assuming the kitchen will operate throughout a late concert.

Restrooms are reported by visitor directories, but their location, accessibility and queue arrangements are not published. No verified information has been found about coat check, merchandise counters, dedicated charging stations, Wi-Fi performance or the venue’s installed connectivity. Bring only what you need for the event and avoid relying on a coat check or device charging unless the specific event confirms those services.

Nearby Amenities

Fiesta’s own restaurant makes it possible to eat without adding a separate stop. For alternatives, the City of Passaic’s business directory lists restaurants in the surrounding area, including New Hing Wong at 106 President Street and additional Mexican, Dominican, Peruvian, Colombian, Chinese and American options elsewhere in Passaic. Hours vary substantially, particularly late at night, so an early meal is safer than planning on a post-show restaurant.

For visitors staying overnight, lodging is more concentrated in the wider Clifton, Garfield, Passaic and Meadowlands area than immediately around the venue. A hotel or extended-stay property should be selected based on late-night transportation and parking rather than walking distance alone. Rates and availability vary by event weekend.

Arrive 30 to 60 minutes before the advertised show time for general admission, and earlier for a reserved table, a headline concert or a weekend holiday event. A 9 p.m. door time may not mean the principal artist begins immediately, while free-entry promotions may create a line before the advertised cutoff.

What Makes This Venue Special

Fiesta’s defining feature is the way it connects community nightlife with international Latin touring circuits. A single calendar can move from Passaic DJs and open-format reggaetón to Peruvian cumbia, Argentine tropical music, Colombian salsa, Honduran banda, Mexican regional music, Panamanian reggaetón and Spanish-language rock. That breadth is unusual for a neighborhood club and reflects the multilingual, multicultural character of Passaic County.

The venue has also been used for civic and community-facing activity. Passaic’s 2023 150th-anniversary celebration at Fiesta brought a city-sponsored event into a nightlife setting, and city records identify Fiesta among the partners in the Three Kings toy drive that distributed more than 2,000 toys. These examples show the venue functioning as more than a ticketed club, even though no independent economic-impact study has quantified its contribution.

Its local economic role is similarly practical rather than formally measured. Business records identify Zuniga Entertainment as a small local nightlife operator, with directory estimates of approximately seven employees and roughly $486,000 in annual revenue. Those figures are estimates, not audited financial statements, but they indicate the scale of a business that supports performers, DJs, security staff, servers, bartenders, promoters, parking activity and nearby spending.

Visitor Tips and Information

Bring a valid physical government-issued ID, especially for any event advertised as 21+ or for alcohol service. Do not assume that an electronic image of an ID will be accepted. Check whether your ticket is standing, VIP standing or tied to a reserved table, and clarify who must arrive together if the reservation has a maximum party size.

No universal bag policy, photography policy, dress code or prohibited-items list has been located in the venue’s public information. Halloween listings encourage costumes, but that should not be interpreted as a general dress rule. Because security practices are discussed inconsistently in visitor reviews, avoid arguments at the door and ask about any accommodation before purchasing when possible.

Accessibility information requires particular care. One public directory labels the venue wheelchair accessible, while another lists it as not accessible, and the venue’s own public page does not explain step-free entry, accessible seating, restroom access or parking. There is therefore no reliable public confirmation of ADA arrangements. Guests who need an accessible entrance, seating location or restroom should obtain event-specific confirmation before committing to a ticket.

Reviews are mixed. Positive visitors commonly mention the food, guacamole, music, atmosphere, birthdays and the chance to see touring Latin artists locally. Negative reviews raise concerns about loudness, security interactions, inconsistent service, admission charges, bottle minimums and parking. The overall rating is approximately 3.7 out of 5 in one large review aggregation, while another platform reports a lower rating from a smaller review sample. Treat the venue as energetic nightlife rather than a quiet dinner restaurant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Fiesta Night Club & Restaurant located?

Fiesta Night Club & Restaurant is at 115 President Street, Passaic, New Jersey 07055. The venue is near Dayton Avenue and President Street, in the southern Passaic area close to the Clifton and Botany Village boundary. Use the full street address for navigation because nearby businesses and similarly named venues can produce confusing results.

What kind of events are held at Fiesta?

Expect Latin concerts, salsa, cumbia, bachata, merengue, reggaetón, regional Mexican, rock en español, DJ parties, holiday celebrations and table-service nightlife. Recent listings also include open-format hip-hop and EDM nights, Colombian and Peruvian music, Brazilian-influenced programming and occasional lucha libre. The calendar is more varied than a single-genre dance club.

Is Fiesta mainly a restaurant or a nightclub?

It operates as both. Public listings describe Mexican food, a bar, outdoor dining, hookah service, a dance area and live entertainment. Early evening visits can feel more restaurant-oriented, while concerts and DJ parties create a louder nightclub environment later. The balance depends on the event, crowd size and whether a touring artist is performing.

How much do tickets usually cost?

Recent public examples range from about $20 for selected presales to $35-$50 for general admission and roughly $80-$85 for VIP standing. Some table reservations use a deposit toward bottle consumption rather than a standard seat price. Fees, event type, artist demand and purchase timing can change the total, so there is no single Fiesta ticket price.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Door sales may be available, but they are not guaranteed for every event. Some parties advertise free entry or door access after presales end, while larger concerts may have limited capacity, sold-out VIP tables or different door pricing. Check the event’s specific instructions before traveling, particularly for a headline artist or holiday weekend.

Does a VIP ticket guarantee a seat?

Not always. Event listings use different terms, including VIP standing, reserved table and seating available with VIP purchase. A VIP ticket may provide closer access or a table reservation without functioning like an assigned theater seat. Read the seating description carefully and confirm the table size, arrival deadline and consumption requirement before buying.

What is the venue’s capacity?

A third-party venue directory lists approximately 600 guests, but Fiesta does not publish an official capacity or certified configuration chart. The usable number can change between a standing concert, a table-service night and a special event. Treat 600 as an unverified planning reference, not a guaranteed ticket limit or production specification.

Is Fiesta wheelchair accessible?

Public listings conflict: one marks the venue wheelchair accessible, while another says it is not accessible. The venue’s own public information does not specify step-free entry, accessible seating, restroom access or an accessible parking arrangement. If you need an accommodation, obtain confirmation for the particular event before purchasing because the available online information is not dependable.

What identification is required?

Bring a physical government-issued photo ID. Some events are 21+ for entry, while others permit guests 18 and older but restrict alcohol service to people 21 and older. Event listings have specifically emphasized physical ID requirements. Do not rely on a ticket alone to establish age, and expect identification checks at entry and possibly at the bar.

Does Fiesta have a dress code?

No universal dress code has been publicly confirmed. Halloween listings encourage costumes, but that is event-specific rather than a standing rule. Smart casual or nightlife attire is a practical choice, while comfortable shoes are useful for standing and dancing. If a promoter advertises a themed dress requirement, follow that event’s instructions rather than assuming ordinary club attire will apply.

Can I bring a large bag or backpack?

No permanent bag policy has been located in the venue’s public information. Because security procedures can vary, travel with a small personal bag and leave unnecessary items at home. Large backpacks, outside food, sharp objects and other restricted items may create delays or be refused. Do not assume a coat check is available unless the event confirms it.

Is there parking at Fiesta?

Listings report street parking and private-lot parking, and some event advertisements mention free parking nearby. However, the venue does not publish a permanent parking map or guaranteed price. Parking arrangements may change for concerts and busy weekends. Read signs carefully, avoid neighboring lots and allow extra time because visitor reviews describe parking difficulty and towing concerns.

What public transportation serves the venue?

NJ Transit buses stop near Dayton Avenue and President Street, including routes 702 and 744. Routes 703 and 705 are also associated with nearby President Street-area stops. Passaic Station on the Main-Bergen County Line is approximately a 20-minute walk away. Because many events end after midnight, arrange a return ride before the show begins.

How late do events run?

Many listings show doors around 9 p.m. and venue activity continuing until 3 a.m. Some special celebrations have advertised hours extending to 5 a.m. Closing times depend on the promoter, artist and licensing conditions. If you are using public transit, plan around the scheduled end time rather than assuming trains or buses will still be convenient.

Does Fiesta serve food during concerts?

Fiesta is listed as a restaurant as well as a nightclub, with Mexican dishes, tacos, fajitas, tortas, wings, guacamole, seafood and drinks appearing in public menu records. Kitchen hours and the available menu can vary on event nights. Arriving early is the safest option if dinner is important, because late-night service may be reduced during a crowded concert.

Does the venue offer outdoor seating?

Several public listings identify outdoor dining or patio service, and visitor accounts describe the parking-lot area being used for outdoor dining during the pandemic period. The current layout and seasonal availability are not fully documented. Do not assume a patio table will be available for a particular concert unless the event specifically sells or describes outdoor seating.

What should I know about table reservations?

Table terms vary, but published examples show a deposit that may count toward bottle consumption, a maximum number of guests, an arrival deadline and no-refund conditions. A table reservation is not necessarily an all-inclusive ticket. Confirm whether everyone in the group needs admission separately, when the table must be claimed and what minimum purchase applies.

Is Fiesta suitable for a quiet dinner?

It can work for food earlier in the evening, but the venue’s primary character is energetic nightlife. Public reviews describe loud music, DJs, dancing, cocktails and late operating hours. For conversation-focused dining, visit before the main event period or choose a quieter restaurant nearby. For music, celebrations and dancing, the high-energy atmosphere is part of the appeal.

Why is Fiesta important to Passaic’s cultural scene?

Fiesta gives touring Spanish-language performers and regional Latin genres a local stage in Passaic. Its programming connects Mexican, Caribbean, South American and urban Latin audiences, while civic events and community partnerships show that the venue also functions as a gathering place beyond ordinary club nights. Its impact is visible through programming and participation rather than a formal economic study.
