Group Your FAQs the Way Buyers Look for Them

Doors, age limits, parking and bag rules come up before every show. Your event page answers them in sections buyers recognise, such as General Questions and Getting Here, in the order buyers ask. The page shows each section as a heading under the event details, so buyers read the answer before they reach for their email.

Waiting on an answer, such as the shuttle times or the bag policy? Keep the question private on your FAQs page, off the event page, and make it public the moment the answer is settled. A section has its own Public switch too, and a section that is off shows nothing, however many of its questions are public.

Show Buyers the Right Ticket and a Way Back In

Buyers see your flyer, the line-up, the date, the age rule and the venue with Show location on map, then your FAQs, and Add to Calendar saves the date for them. Your tickets sit under the headings you choose, such as days or areas, each with its price and whether that price includes fees. Buyers enter a promo code, see a payment plan from its first payment and add the extras for their tickets without leaving the page.

Before your on-sale, each ticket shows a Sales start in countdown so buyers know when to come back. When a ticket sells out, it shows Sold Out and Join Wait List, and a buyer who missed out chooses the ticket type and how many they want. When tickets come back, the buyers waiting get the first offer, so you keep demand you would otherwise lose.

Schedule the publish date and time once, and Ticket Fairy makes the event page public within that minute.
