## Let Visitors Book the Day and Time They Want to Come

Choose your dates, the weekdays you open, your first and last entry time and how long a slot lasts, and Ticket Fairy lays out every slot for you. Leave out the days you are closed, and let a late slot run past midnight. Each slot takes the price and capacity you entered, and you can change any single slot when one time needs a different price or capacity. Add a new run of dates later and the slots join the same calendar.

## Know How Each Entry Time Is Selling and Arriving

Your event page shows a calendar of the dates that still have a slot on sale, and a full time stays on the list, greyed out, so buyers pick another. One full hour never blocks the next. Sales by Time Slot lists sales and revenue for every slot start, and on the day your check-in page groups arrivals by date, then time, then ticket type. Take a single slot off sale whenever you need to, without removing it.

Let buyers pick their exact seat on a seat map with numbered seats, price zones and accessible seats. Each ticket shows its seat in the order, and you can give a ticket holder a different seat later without a new order. Tables can sit on the map too, so a group picks the table they want.

## Sell Each Area of Your House at Its Own Price

Sell a place in each area of your venue without drawing a map. Create a ticket category for each area, such as Stalls, Circle and Balcony, with a ticket type for each price inside it, so buyers choose where they sit first and the price second. A concession is a ticket type at its own price. The Theatre show template sets up the areas, a programme add-on and door times for you, and the Concert template adds a seated ticket for a room with seats as well as a floor.

#### How do I turn on time slots?

Open a ticket type on your event and use the time-slot controls on the form to lay out your dates and entry times.

#### How long do new slots take to appear?

Ticket Fairy creates the slots in the background, and they appear on your Tickets page within a minute or two. A season with hundreds of slots takes a moment longer.

#### Can I leave a gap between slots for cleaning or a reset?

Not in a single run, which lays slots end to end. Generate the morning and the afternoon as two runs, or deactivate the slot you need clear.

#### Can I delete a date or a slot?

Yes. Delete a slot, a date or a whole group, as long as none of its slots has sold. Once sales have started, deactivating is the safe choice.

#### Can buyers resell a time-slot ticket?

No. Resale is not offered on time-slot events. You can move a buyer to another slot from their order, and you can let buyers move their own ticket to another slot.

#### Who sets up a seat map?

Your Ticket Fairy contact builds the seat map with you from your venue's layout. A comedy club or a room with unreserved seating can sell by area or by table with no map.

#### Does a seated ticket from a template give buyers a numbered seat?

No. The Seated choice in the Concert template sells a place in the seated area. Numbered seats need a seat map.
