When you create an event, the template that fits your events is marked Suggested for you, with the reason.

When you create an event, the template that best fits the events you run is now marked for you. You spend less time choosing and filling in details you have already given.

Create an event and look for the template marked Suggested for you in the gallery. The reason shows with it: what you told Fai about your events, or the template your last event was created from.

Choose the suggested template and Fai fills in the answers she already knows, such as your capacity and how many days the event runs. Check them and change anything that is different this time. You can still pick any other template.

See who gifted a ticket

Open an order to see Gift from on a ticket that was received, and Gifted to on a ticket that was given away.

You can now see who gave a ticket and who received it. When a buyer asks where a ticket went, or a guest asks who sent theirs, you have the answer on the order.

Open an order. On a ticket that was received as a gift, Gift from names the giver and opens their order. On a ticket that was given away, Gifted to names the person who received it and opens their new order.

Use the menu on either row to open that customer's profile.

Keep your financial information ready for every service

Enter your business, identity and verification details once, then reuse the saved profile when a financial service needs them.

You can now keep your business details ready for any financial service in one protected profile. Enter your details once and reuse them, instead of filling in the same forms again for each service.

Open your brand, then Financial setup. Work through the steps in order: Business, Activity, People, Documents and Review. Use the details on your registration and tax records, add the people and addresses asked for, and upload your verification files. The requirements for your region guide you as you go.

Your profile is saved for your brand, so you can reuse it when another financial service is ready for you.

Start an event before you sign up

Enter your event's details first and create your account when you want to keep it. Everything you entered comes with you.

You can now start setting up an event before you create an account. Enter your event details first and decide later whether to keep it, so there is nothing in your way when you want to try Ticket Fairy.

Open the Start your event page and enter the name, dates, venue and description. Your event is saved as you type. When you want to keep it, select Create a free account, or Sign in if you already have one. Everything you entered comes with you.

Then choose the brand this event belongs to, or create your brand, and it becomes a draft event ready to finish and publish. If you bought tickets with Ticket Fairy before, sign in with that account and it becomes an organiser account.

Run auctions from your event

Create auctions, watch bids, and pick winners without leaving the dashboard.

You can now run auctions for your event from the dashboard. Put your best places up for bids, let demand set the price, and charge the winners without extra tools.

Open your event, then Auctions under Interact, and start a new auction. Give it a name buyers see on the public auction page. Set the start and end times, how many winners there are, the lowest first bid and how much each new bid must rise by. Pick the ticket type each winner gets, then publish it.

Watch bids come in, with the buyer and amount for each. Use the row menu to cancel a bid that has not won. When you are ready, end the auction, even before its end time. The winners are charged and the other bids are cancelled.

Talk with Fai

Have a real conversation with Fai out loud. She listens and answers while you speak, so you can interrupt her, change your mind, and keep working.

You can now talk with Fai out loud, like a phone call. She listens and answers while you speak, so you can interrupt her, change your mind and keep your hands free for other work.

Open the Ask Fai panel and select Talk with Fai. When the call connects, start talking. Fai stops as soon as you cut in. Live captions show both sides, and the conversation stays in the same chat when the call ends, so you can carry on typing.

Anything that changes your data still waits for your approval in the panel. You can turn your microphone off or end the call at any time. Each call runs for up to 20 minutes, and your talking time resets every month.

Remind the buyers who are one step from a prize

See how many of your buyers are close to winning each prize, and send them an email saying how close they are.

You can now remind buyers who are close to winning a prize. A short message about how near they are can turn one more share into one more sale.

Open your event, then Influencers under Statistics, and open Reminders. You see how many buyers are within reach of each prize. Choose a prize, add a note of your own or keep our standard wording, and send the reminder. For your whole brand, you find the same on Winners.

You can send one reminder about each prize every seven days. It never goes to anyone who has asked not to hear from you.

Email people who haven’t checked in

Send an email only to ticket holders who have not arrived, or only to orders with no tickets checked in yet.

You can now email only the people who have not arrived at your event. Use it for a last-minute reminder about doors, parking or set times, without disturbing the people already inside.

Open your event, then Messaging, and open Email to ticket holders. When you choose who gets the email, pick Ticket holders who haven’t checked in to reach each person whose ticket has not been scanned. Or pick Orders with no checked in tickets to reach orders where nobody has arrived yet.

Use the first for individual reminders. Use the second when you want to reach a whole group that has not turned up.

Your brand numbers now sit together

Customers, Promoters, Demographics and Geographics have moved out of Edit into a new Statistics section on every brand.

All the numbers about your brand's audience now sit together in one place. You can see who buys from you, who sells for you and where your audience is without searching through settings.

Open your brand and select Statistics. There you find Customers, Promoters, Demographics and Geographics, which used to sit under Edit.

Edit now holds the brand itself: its details, team, payments and events. Links you saved to the old pages still work and take you to the new place.

Let an AI agent work for you

Approve an AI agent to act in your dashboard with your own permissions, and end its access whenever you want.

You can now approve an AI agent to work in your dashboard for you. The agent acts with your own permissions, so it can do what you can do and nothing more.

When an agent asks to act for you, it gives you a link and a 6-digit code. Open the link to see which agent is asking and for which account. Enter the code, then approve when you are ready. Nothing is granted until you approve.

The code only works for that request and the account it names. Every agent you approve appears under AI agents in Account Settings. Select End access to remove an agent, and it stops working straight away.

Start a new event from a ready-made template — club show, festival, conference and more — then answer a couple of quick questions to tailor it.

You can now start a new event from a ready-made template for your kind of event, such as a club show, a festival or a conference. The template fills in tickets, add-ons and settings that suit that event, so you do not start from a blank form.

Create an event and the gallery opens first. Pick the template closest to your event, then answer a few quick questions to tailor it. If you are not sure which one fits, describe your event and we suggest the closest match.

Everything the template fills in stays editable after you create the event. If you prefer, skip the templates and build your event from scratch.

Build events by chatting

Describe your event in plain language and the new assistant sets up a matching template — then keep chatting to adjust tickets, days, VIP and more as you go.

You can now set up a new event by describing it in your own words. The assistant picks a matching template with sensible tickets, so you spend less time on setup and start selling sooner.

When you create an event, the template gallery opens with the assistant at the top. Describe your event, for example a two-day festival with a VIP area. The assistant picks a template and tickets. Keep chatting to change it: ask it to add a guest list, make it two days or remove tables. The preview and the options below it change to match as you go.

You can still change every option yourself, and nothing is final until you create the event.

The dashboard now speaks Japanese

Pick 日本語 from the language menu and the dashboard switches to Japanese.

You and your team can now run the whole dashboard in Japanese. Menus, pages, buttons and messages all switch, so team members who work best in Japanese can set up events and read reports in their own language.

To switch, pick 日本語 from the language menu. You find it on the sign-in page and in the sidebar. If your browser is already set to Japanese, the dashboard picks Japanese for you the first time you sign in.

Each person chooses their own language, so your teammates keep theirs. You can change back at any time from the same language menu.

Add a speaker from a link or bio

Fill a Call for Papers proposal's speaker details from a LinkedIn URL, a public bio page, or pasted text.

When you add a Call for Papers proposal, you can now fill in the speaker's details from a link or a bio. This saves you from copying names, job titles and photos by hand, and helps your speaker details stay accurate.

Open a new proposal and find Import from a link or bio. Paste a LinkedIn URL, any public bio page, or the speaker's bio text. Ticket Fairy fills in the name, title, company, photo, links and suggested tags. Check each detail and edit anything that needs changing before you save.

If Ticket Fairy cannot read a link, paste the speaker's bio instead, or enter the details yourself in the fields below.

Turn sponsor deliverables into tasks in one click

Each sponsor on your conference and convention events can now push its activation deliverables straight onto your task board.

You can now turn a sponsor's activation deliverables into tasks with one click. Each deliverable becomes a task on your task board that your team can assign and track, so you deliver what you promised your sponsors and nothing is forgotten.

Open your conference or convention event in Event Management and go to your sponsors. On the sponsor's row, choose Create tasks from deliverables and confirm. Each deliverable is added to your task board, where you can assign it to a teammate and follow its progress.

Deliverables already marked fulfilled are skipped. If you run it again for the same sponsor, only new deliverables are added, so you never get duplicate tasks.

Open your event in Event Management and go to Exhibitors. Add each exhibitor, assign their booth, and tick off their agreement and setup as they are done. Move each exhibitor from pending to confirmed when they are ready.

Every change saves and updates for your whole team as it happens. If two people edit the same exhibitor at the same time, Ticket Fairy stops one change from overwriting the other and asks you what to keep.

Open your conference event in Event Management and go to Call for Papers. Add each proposal, then move it through review as you decide: submitted, under review, accepted, rejected or waitlisted. Your teammates see each change as it happens.

Because proposals are stored with the event, you can close the page and come back later, or work on a different device, and pick up where you left off.

Set your event type where you create it

Choose what kind of event you're running — conference, festival, film festival, food & drink and more — right in Event Details or the creation wizard, and Event Management tailors its tabs, labels and tools to match.

You now choose your event type in the same place as the rest of your event details. Conference, festival, film festival, food and drink and other types each change Event Management, so the tabs, labels and tools you see match the kind of event you run.

When you create an event, choose the event type in the creation wizard. For an existing event, open Event Details and change the Event type field. If your event is more than one type, such as a festival that is also a conference, choose all that apply, then set the Primary event type to decide which one leads.

Event Management reads the type from Event Details, so the right tabs and tools appear on their own. You do not need to set the type again anywhere else.

Box office and referral totals on Net revenue

Event Performance now shows box office sales as their own card, and Net revenue notes the total when referral rebates or box office sales are included.

Your event's Performance page now shows your box office sales on their own, and makes clear when your net revenue includes referral rebates or box office sales. You can see where your money comes from and trust the figure you report.

Open your event and go to Performance. If the event has box office sales, a Box office sales card shows the cash total, with a link to the Box Office Sales tab for the detail. Look at the footer of the Net revenue card to see the total that includes referral rebates, box office sales, or both.

If your event has no box office sales or referral rebates, the Performance page looks the same as before.

Build a full website for your brand without any code — a live design studio, 30+ looks, your events, and your own domain.

You can now build a full website for your brand in Ticket Fairy, with no code. Your events and tickets appear on the site, so fans can find out about you and buy in one place, on your own web address.

Open your brand and go to Website Builder. Click any section of your real site to change it, and drop pictures straight onto the page. Choose a theme from more than 30 designs or save your own look. Add blog posts, and add a Spotify player so fans can hear your line-up. When you are ready, choose Publish.

Your site goes live on a free web address. To use your own domain, choose Connect your own domain and follow the steps to add the records at your domain provider. You can unpublish the site at any time.

Dashboard shortcuts now sit neatly beside event and brand controls, keeping the main ways to get started close at hand.

The Quick Actions on your dashboard are now easier to scan. They sit next to Manage Events and Manage Brands, so the main ways to get started are together and you can see where to go next.

Open your dashboard. On a larger display, Quick Actions show as a tidy list beside Manage Events and Manage Brands. On a phone or smaller window, the sections stack one above the other so each one is easy to read and tap.

Your shortcuts do the same things as before. Only the layout has changed, so there is nothing new to learn and nothing to set up.

Budget: estimates vs itemised actuals

Set one estimate per section, then log each real cost as its own line — Ticket Fairy tracks the variance so you can see at a glance whether every part of the show is on budget.

Your event budget now keeps your plan and your real spending side by side. You set one estimate for each part of the show, then add each real cost as its own line. Ticket Fairy shows the difference, so you can see early where you are over or under budget.

Open your event in Event Management and go to Budget. Each section has one estimate and its own list of actual costs. For the standard sections, Ticket Fairy suggests an estimate from your bookings and sponsors, and you can accept it with one tap. Add each cost as a new line when you pay it. To track something else, choose Add section.

Each section shows its actual total next to the estimate and the difference between them. To share the figures, choose Download CSV.

Connect your mailbox and meeting notetaker in two minutes

Tapping 'Set up' on the Ingest connections card now opens a step-by-step wizard — copy your event's forwarding address for Gmail/Outlook, or add the bot email to any Zoom, Meet, or Teams invite.

You can now get your event email and call notes flowing to Fai in a couple of minutes, with a short guided dialog that shows you what to do. Once Fai can read your event email and join your calls, she files conversations, writes up notes and picks out follow-ups for you.

Open your event, then Operations, then Inbox. If no mailbox is set up yet, select Set up mailbox. The dialog shows the mailboxes connected for your brand and explains how Fai files each conversation under the event it is about. For calls, open the Meetings tab, select Send the notetaker and paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. The notetaker joins, records the call and writes up the notes.

If you need a Gmail or Outlook mailbox or a calendar connected, our support team can do it for you. With a calendar connected, the notetaker joins your calls without you pasting links.

Coming back after a while away? Your dashboard now catches you up on everything new since your last event.

If you come back to Ticket Fairy after a break, your dashboard now shows you what has changed since your last event. You can catch up quickly and get your next event on sale with the newest tools.

Sign in after a break and a welcome back panel appears on your dashboard. Choose See what's new to open a list of what we released since your last event, with the highlights first. Choose Show me around for a quick tour, or Ask Fai to show me around and she walks you through the changes and helps you set up your next event.

If you do not need it, choose to dismiss the welcome back panel. You can always open What's New in the sidebar to see the full history.

Manage your Meta pixel and network tracking pixels alongside Mailchimp, Laylo and Hive.

Your Meta pixel and your other ad platform tracking pixels now live in Integrations, next to Mailchimp, Laylo and Hive. Everything that helps you reach and measure your audience is in one place, so you spend less time looking for the right setting.

Open your brand and go to Integrations. Find your Meta pixel and tracking pixels there, and add, change or remove them as before. Your existing pixels moved across with no action from you.

Marketing team members can now manage pixels as well as brand owners and admins. This lets the person who runs your ads set up tracking without asking an owner for help.

Laylo and Hive now live in Integrations

Manage your Laylo and Hive connections alongside Mailchimp — all your marketing tools in one place.

Your Laylo and Hive connections now sit in Integrations, next to your other marketing tools. You can see and change all of them in one place, instead of looking through the brand's advanced settings.

Open your brand and go to Integrations. To connect Laylo, open Laylo and paste the full webhook link from your Laylo account. To connect Hive, open Hive and enter your Hive account ID, then ask Hive to whitelist Ticket Fairy on your account so your data can sync. To turn either one off, clear the field and save.

Your existing Laylo and Hive settings moved across with no action from you. You can also ask Fai to switch Laylo or Hive on or off for you.

QR Quick-Buy Links

Create shareable links and QR codes that take buyers straight to a one-tap, no-account checkout for a ticket or add-on.

You can now create links and QR codes that take buyers straight to checkout for one ticket type, one add-on or the whole event. Buyers pay in a few taps with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and they do not need an account. This makes it easier to sell at the door, on posters or in social posts.

Open QR Quick-Buy Links and choose Create link. Choose what the link sells, enter a label your team will recognise, and set a maximum quantity or an expiry date if you want one. Save the link, then choose Copy link to share it, or Show QR to display or print the code.

The list shows each link's status, how many were sold against the maximum, and when it expires. You can edit or delete a link at any time.

Undo any change with version history

Every edit to your event's stages, crew, sponsors, tasks, vendors, and more is now saved as a version you can review and restore in one click.

Every change to your event's stages, crew, sponsors, tasks, vendors and other Event Management records is now kept as a version. If someone makes a mistake, you can see what changed and put the earlier details back in one click.

Open the record you want to check and choose Version history. You see each version with who changed it and when. Choose an earlier version and restore it. The restored details are added as a new version at the top, so you can always go back to the version you replaced.

If a teammate edits the record while you look at its history, Ticket Fairy shows you their latest version first. This stops you from overwriting their work without knowing.

Event management workflows now save as you work

Booking imports, document uploads, and task discussions now run through live event records instead of temporary workspace state.

Your work in Event Management now saves to the event itself. When you import bookings, upload documents or discuss a task, your team sees the same progress and results, and nothing is lost when someone refreshes the page or signs in on another device.

Add booking files in Event Management and Fai reads the documents against the event, keeping the results with the event for the whole team. Sponsor logos, press credentials, NDA documents and task attachments are stored with the event in the same way.

On the task board, comments, tags, dependencies and timers now stay with each task. Your teammates see the same task details as you, and you can pick up where you left off.

See who's editing — before you collide

When a teammate opens the same stage, artist, task, sponsor, or other record you're editing, you'll now see their name right in the edit screen — so two people never quietly overwrite each other's work.

When a teammate opens the same record as you in Event Management, you now see who they are while you edit. This helps you avoid two people changing the same stage, artist or task at once, and it stops work from being lost.

Open a record to edit it. If someone else has it open, a badge shows their photo or initials and tells you they are editing it now. You can wait for them to finish, or message them before you make your change. The badge updates as people open and close the record.

It works on stages, crew, accommodation, artists, tasks, sponsors, volunteers, press and accessibility. If you both save anyway, Ticket Fairy shows you the conflict and lets you choose what to keep.

Assign work to your team — and see what's yours

Give any record an owner — a stage, artist, task, vendor, sponsor, and more — so everyone knows who's responsible, and open the dashboard to a "Your work" list of everything assigned to you.

You can now give each record in Event Management an owner, so your team always knows who is responsible for a stage, artist, task, vendor, sponsor, volunteer group or press contact. Fewer jobs fall through the gaps, and nobody has to ask who is handling what.

Open the record you want to assign and choose an owner from your event team, or assign it to yourself. The owner's name then shows on the record. Your dashboard lists everything across the event that is assigned to you, so you can start the day with your own work in one place.

To hand a record to someone else, choose a new owner. To remove the owner, clear it in one click. Changing the owner does not change the record's own edit history.

Volunteer CSV import and document attachments in event management

Import your volunteer roster from a spreadsheet in one click, and attach signed NDA PDFs, press credentials, and sponsor logos directly to their records.

You can now add your whole volunteer team from a spreadsheet in one step, and keep signed papers with the records they belong to. This saves you from adding volunteers one at a time and from searching email for a signed NDA or a press card.

To import volunteers, open your event, then Operations, then Volunteers, and select Import CSV. The import uses the same columns as the file from Download CSV, so you can download your list, edit it and import it again. The order of the columns does not matter.

To attach a file, open the form for a sponsor, a press accreditation or a signed NDA. Add a sponsor's logo, a journalist's press card or portfolio, or the countersigned NDA. The attached file shows on the row, so your team can see what has been filed.

Download CSV from event management views

Live-backed event management views now have Download CSV actions so you can take filtered, sorted, or searched work straight into a spreadsheet.

You can now take your event planning lists into a spreadsheet in one step. Many sections of the Event Operating System, including Artists, Crew, Stages, Sponsors, Volunteers, Press, Budget, Tasks and Meetings, have a Download CSV button.

Open your event, then Operations, then the section you want. Filter, search or sort the list until it shows what you need, then select Download CSV. The file contains the rows you see, and its name shows the filter you used, so your downloads stay in order.

The file uses plain words instead of codes. Statuses show as words such as Confirmed or Pending, prices show in normal currency amounts, and names replace internal numbers. Where a section also has Import CSV, you can edit the file in your spreadsheet and import it again without changing its format.

Fai researches flights, stays, and vendors for you

Ask Fai to find flights for any artist on your roster, discover local vendors for any service category, or surface accommodation options near your venue — all from within the event production workspace.

Fai can now do the research for artist travel for you. From an artist's page, ask her to find flights or accommodation, and she comes back with options you can compare. This saves you time on searches across many travel sites.

Open your event, then Operations, then Artists, and open an artist. On the artist's Overview tab, select Ask Fai to find flights. Fai uses the artist's home city, your event dates and any airline or budget preferences you enter, then shows route options with stops and estimated prices. Select Ask Fai to find accommodation and enter the type of stay, how close to the venue it should be and the star rating, and Fai returns a shortlist with nightly rates.

When Fai flags an exclusivity clause in a contract on the Documents tab, she now shows a diagram of the distance and time period the clause covers.

Event management tailored to your event type

Conventions, film festivals, conferences, and food & beverage events now get event-specific labels and planning views across people, venues, schedules, budgets, compliance, tasks, and documents.

The Event Operating System now changes its sections and labels to match the kind of event you run. A film festival sees Filmmakers, Cinemas and Screenings. A conference sees Speakers and Agenda. A convention sees Special guests, and a food and drink event sees Vendors. Your team works with the words they already use, and each event shows only the planning work that applies to it.

To set this up, open your event, then Operations. Choose the event type (Music, Conference, Convention, Film festival, Food and drink, Sport or Business). You can also set it in Event Details. You can choose more than one type, and the sections for each type appear together.

Budget, Tasks, Documents, Schedule, Sponsors, Volunteers and the other shared sections stay available for every event type. Event Management is available by invitation.

Intelligence pipeline health on the Dashboard

See at a glance whether Fai is reliably reading your emails, recording your meetings, and analysing your documents — directly from the Dashboard.

You can now check at a glance that Fai is reading your event email, taking notes on your calls and working through your documents. If one of these stops, you find out early, before a missed email or contract causes a problem later.

Open your event, then Operations. A card shows Email, Meeting notes and Documents, with how many conversations, calls and documents Fai has for this event. Each source shows its status, such as Connected, Ready, Needs attention or Not connected. Select See details on a source to find out more or to fix one that needs attention.

Concierge now helps fans find somewhere to stay

Ask your concierge "where should I stay?" and it describes the venue's area and gives a one-tap map link to browse hotels nearby — perfect for out-of-town shows.

Your concierge can now help fans who travel to your event find somewhere to stay. When a visitor asks where to stay, the concierge describes the area around the venue and gives them a link to see hotels nearby. This removes a common reason for out-of-town fans to hold back from buying.

You do not need to set anything up. The concierge answers accommodation questions on its own. If you have recommended hotels or a room-block deal, add them to your concierge's knowledge in Intelligence, then Concierge, and the concierge shares them by name.

The concierge does not make up hotel names. It only names hotels that you added yourself, and otherwise sends visitors to the nearby search so they can see live options.

Invite a collective with a simple code

No more hunting for IDs — paste a collective's invite code and confirm by name.

Inviting a collective to sell for your event or brand is now quicker and safer. You no longer need to find an ID number. The collective shares a short invite code, and you confirm their name before you send anything, so you always invite the right team.

Ask the collective for their invite code. They find it in their collective settings. Open Collectives, start an invite and enter the code in the Invite code field. Look it up, check the collective's name, then propose your commission and send the invite.

The collective accepts the invite before they start selling. What the host can see is the collective's own choice, so you no longer set that during the invite. A collective can generate a new code at any time, and the old code then stops working.

When you run an event again, you can now send visitors from the old event page to the new one. People who find last year's page in search results or old links go to the edition that is on sale, so you keep those sales.

Open the old event, then Event Settings. Turn on This event has been superseded, and choose the newer event from the same brand.

When sales for the old event have finished, its public page directs visitors to the newer event so they can buy there. You can only choose an event from the same brand. To stop sending visitors on, turn the setting off.

See new vs returning buyers on every order

Each order now shows whether the buyer is new or a returning customer, in both the orders list and the order details.

You can now see which buyers are new to you and which have bought from you before. This helps you understand how many people come back to your events, and helps you spot your loyal customers when you look at an order.

Open Orders for your event. Next to each customer, a badge shows Returning if the buyer has bought from you before, or New if this is their first order. Open an order and you see the same badge in the order details.

Use it when you answer a customer question, when you plan a thank-you offer for regular fans, or when you want to check if a promotion brought in new people or your existing audience.

Different payment-plan deposit per currency

Multi-currency events can now set a separate fixed payment-plan deposit for each currency you sell in.

If you sell tickets in more than one currency, you can now set a different payment plan deposit for each currency. A fixed deposit that suits your main currency can be too high or too low in another country. With a separate amount per currency, more buyers can afford to start a payment plan.

Open your event, then Payments, and go to Payment Plans. Under First installment, choose Fixed down payment and enter your default amount. In Different deposit per currency, enter a deposit for each other currency you sell in. Leave a currency blank to use the default amount.

This setting applies to the currencies you accept by card through Stripe. The remaining installments are still split evenly across the length of the plan.

Tell Fai what you think

Sharing feedback is now a short chat with Fai instead of a blank box — she listens, asks the right follow-ups, and makes sure it reaches the team.

Giving feedback on the dashboard is now a short conversation with Fai. She asks what works well for you and what does not, and asks follow-up questions so she understands the problem. This means your feedback is clear, and it reaches the team that builds the dashboard.

Select Share feedback. Fai greets you and asks her first question. Answer in your own words, select Skip for any question you do not want to answer, and select Done when you have finished. It takes about a minute.

If you prefer a form, select Prefer a quick form instead? and enter your feedback in one box. Either way, your feedback goes to the Ticket Fairy team.

Ask Fai for a report and she writes one up — a clear, polished document right in the chat. Tap to open it full-screen.

Fai can now write reports for you. Ask for an event recap, a settlement summary or a comparison of two events, and she makes a clear document with sections, tables and the headline numbers. You can read it in the chat, open it at full size and share what matters with your team or your partners.

Open Ask Fai and ask for the report you need, for example "give me a one-page snapshot of this event". Fai collects the data and writes the report in the conversation. Select Expand to open it at full size.

Use a report when you need more than a single chart, such as a summary after a show or an update for a partner.

Purchase location on the map

See where buyers actually were when they bought, alongside their billing address — great for spotting expat and traveller audiences.

You can now see where your buyers were when they bought their tickets, as well as their billing address. This helps you find buyers who live abroad, such as expats who pay with a card from home, and travellers who come to your event from other places. You can then target your marketing to where your audience really is.

Open your event, then Geographics. On the map, switch between Billing address and Purchase location. Billing address shows where buyers' cards are registered. Purchase location shows where buyers were at the time of purchase.

Purchase location is based on the buyer's connection at checkout, so it is an estimate. It is collected for new orders, so older orders may not show a purchase location.

Share your brand kit with a private link

Publish your brand kit at a private link so designers, partners and agencies can view and download your colours, logos and fonts — no account needed.

You can now share your brand kit with designers, partners and agencies through a private link. They can view and download your colours, logos and fonts without a Ticket Fairy account, so you no longer need to send files by email each time someone makes artwork for you.

Open your brand, then Brand Guidelines, then the Share tab. Turn on Share with a private link. Select Copy link and send it to the people who need it, or select Open the page to check what they will see. To limit who can open it, enter a password and select Set password.

Anyone with the link can view your brand kit, so share it only with people you trust. To stop sharing, turn the setting off and the link stops working straight away. You can also change or remove the password at any time.

Every tab in the Orders section now has its own address, so you can bookmark or share a link that opens right on the tab you mean.

Each tab in the Orders section now has its own web address. You can bookmark a tab, share a link with a teammate that opens on the correct tab, and use your browser's back and forward buttons to move between tabs.

Open your event, then Orders, and select a tab such as Refunded, Needs Approval or Abandoned Carts. The address in your browser changes to match. Copy it to share it, or save it as a bookmark. When you or a teammate opens the link, the Orders section opens on that tab.

Links to orders that you saved before this change still work.

Custom ticket type name casing

Keep intentional capitalisation when naming ticket types, from VIP and GA through custom labels like FOMO or NYE.

Ticket type names now keep the capital letters you choose. Names such as VIP, GA, FOMO or NYE stay exactly as you enter them, so your ticket names look the way your brand writes them on your event page and tickets.

Open your event, then Tickets, and edit a ticket type. Enter the name with the capital letters you want and save. Ticket Fairy keeps your name as you entered it.

When you create a new ticket type, Ticket Fairy still tidies the capital letters in the name the first time. If you want different capitals, select the name field again, correct it and save. Your version is then kept.

Tables remember your page size

Pick how many rows a table shows and it sticks — every data table across the dashboard now remembers your rows-per-page choice between refreshes and visits.

Tables across the dashboard now remember how many rows you want to see. Set a table to 50 or 100 rows and it stays that way after you refresh the page or come back another day, so you do not have to change it each time you open it.

Open any table, such as the orders list or a customer list, and choose a number in Rows per page. The table keeps that number the next time you open it on the same device and browser.

Each table remembers its own setting, so you can show more rows in one table and fewer in another. The page you are on still goes back to the first page when the data changes. Only the number of rows per page is kept.

My tasks across events

See the tasks assigned to you or watched by you across every event in a brand.

You can now see all the tasks you are responsible for across every event in a brand in one list. You no longer need to open each event to find out what needs you, so it is easier to stay on top of deadlines when you work on several events at once.

Open your brand, then Intelligence, then My tasks. The list shows the tasks assigned to you and the tasks you watch. Use All, Open, Overdue and Done to focus the list, or enter a word in Search tasks to find a task. Select a task to go to the task board of its event and work on it there.

Each task shows which event it belongs to and when it is due, so you can deal first with what is overdue.

Duplicate a ticket type

Spin up a copy of any ticket type in one click — open the … menu on a ticket row and choose Duplicate to clone all its settings with a fresh, unique name.

You can now copy a ticket type instead of setting up a similar one from the start. This saves time when several ticket types share most of their settings, such as tiers or phases of the same ticket, and it reduces the chance of a missed setting.

Open your event, then Tickets. On the ticket type you want to copy, open the … menu and choose Duplicate Ticket Type. The create form opens with the original's settings already filled in, including pricing, sale dates, holds, hidden rules and entry rules. The copy gets a unique name, such as "General Admission (Copy)". Change anything you need, then save.

The copy starts with its full capacity available and appears directly below the ticket type you copied. The original ticket type does not change.

Talk to Fai

Ask Fai out loud. Tap the mic in the chat composer, speak your request, and Fai transcribes it and answers — same conversation, no typing.

You can now talk to Fai instead of typing. Say your question out loud and Fai writes it down and answers in the same conversation. This is useful when you are on the move, at a venue or working with your hands full.

Open Ask Fai and select the microphone next to the paperclip. Say what you need, for example "how did Friday's event sell?" or "compare last month to this month", then select Stop & send. Fai turns your words into text and replies in the same chat as your typed messages. You can also attach an image, such as a flyer, and say "make an event from this".

The text box works as before. The microphone shows only in browsers that support recording. If your browser blocks the microphone, allow it in your browser settings and try again.

Ask Fai (⌘I) to create events, pull performance numbers, issue refunds, message customers, or just answer questions about how the platform works — all from a chat panel that lives alongside your dashboard.

Fai is an assistant who works inside your dashboard with you. You can ask her to set up an event, compare ticket sales, issue a refund, email a buyer, or explain how part of Ticket Fairy works. You spend less time clicking through pages and more time running your events.

Open the chat panel from the toolbar, or press ⌘I. Enter or say what you need. Fai chooses the right steps, asks you to approve anything that changes your data, and shows you the result in the chat. You can also add a flyer image and ask her to create the event from it.

Fai has the same brand and event permissions as you, so she can only do what you could do yourself. She is available in the web dashboard and the desktop app.

Guided tour of the home Dashboard

A short walkthrough now highlights the key parts of the Dashboard on your first visit — Manage Events, Manage Brands, Quick Actions, and your recent events.

The first time you open your home dashboard, a short guided tour now shows you around. It points out the main parts one at a time, so you can find your way and start working without training.

The tour highlights Manage Events, where you create and track your events, Manage Brands, where you organise your events and team, Quick Actions for common tasks, and your recent events. Follow the steps in order. To close the tour at any time, select Skip tour or press Escape.

The tour only starts by itself once. After you finish or skip it, it does not show again unless you open it yourself.

Promoter desktop app

Run the Promoter dashboard as a native app on Mac and Linux — auto-updating, deep-linkable, with its own dock icon.

You can now use the Ticket Fairy promoter dashboard as an app on your Mac or Linux computer. It opens from its own icon, in its own window, so you can go straight to your events without looking for a browser tab.

Select Download to get the app, then install it the way you install other apps on your computer. Sign in with your usual Ticket Fairy account. Everything you can do in the dashboard in your browser, you can do in the app.

The app downloads updates in the background and installs them the next time you open it. When you select a link made for the app, for example in an email or a chat, the app opens on the right page. A version for Windows is on the way.

What's New feed

A running log of dashboard updates is now available from the sidebar.

You can now see the latest changes to Ticket Fairy from inside the dashboard. Each update tells you what is new or improved and how it helps you, so you can start using new features as soon as they are ready.

Select the sparkle icon at the bottom of the sidebar to open What's new. Each update is marked New, Improved or Fixed. Where an update has a screenshot, select it to see a larger version, and select Learn more where a link is given. You can expand the panel for easier reading.

A small dot on the sparkle icon shows that there are updates you have not seen since your last visit. The dot goes away after you open the panel.

A complete rebuild of the admin dashboard — modern interface, faster navigation, refined components, and consistent visual language throughout.

The whole dashboard has a new design. Pages look and work the same way from one section to the next, text and figures are easier to read, and pages open faster. You spend less time looking for things and more time running your events.

The sidebar, your event and brand cards, the data tables and the stats pages all follow the same layout. Your menus are in the same places, and every page keeps the same web address, so your bookmarks and saved links still work.

Your events, brands, settings and data are not changed by the new design. The first time you open your home dashboard, a short guided tour shows you the main parts.

Pagination on all data tables

Every data table in the dashboard now paginates large result sets — faster loads, smoother scrolling.

Tables across the dashboard now show large lists one page at a time. Pages open faster and stay responsive, even for events with thousands of orders or attendees, so you can find what you need without waiting for everything to load.

Use the page controls under a table to move between pages. To see more or fewer rows at once, change Rows per page.

Nothing is removed. Every order, attendee and record is still in the table, and you move through them one page at a time.

Colombia events with USD pricing

Run Colombia-based events with USD pricing alongside COP.

You can now sell tickets in US dollars for events in Colombia, as well as in Colombian pesos (COP). This helps when your audience includes international visitors or when your costs are in dollars.

Open your event, then Edit, and go to Venue Details. Keep Colombia as the country and choose USD or COP in Currency. Save your venue. Buyers see prices in the currency you choose at checkout.

Your payouts are made in the currency your account is set up for. After your event has sales, you cannot change its country, so choose the currency before you go on sale.

A complete rebuild of event creation, ticket management, and add-ons — fewer steps, smarter defaults, and live previews throughout.

Creating an event is now a guided flow with fewer steps. Pick a template that matches your event, such as a club show, a concert, a festival or a conference, and Ticket Fairy sets up suggested tickets and settings for you. You spend less time on setup and are less likely to miss something important.

Select New event. Pick a template from Start with a template, or describe your event and get a suggestion. You can also select Start from scratch. Then work through the steps: Basics, Essentials and Tickets. Enter your event name, dates and venue, and check or change the suggested ticket types, prices and add-ons.

You can change everything the template sets up. Your draft is saved, so you can come back and finish it later before you publish.

Custom reports

Build and save your own reports with the dimensions and metrics you care about.

You can now build your own reports with the figures you care about most. Choose how to break down your results, such as by event, date or ticket type, and which numbers to show, such as revenue, number of sales or attendance. You get the answer you need without building a spreadsheet by hand.

Open Reports and choose the breakdowns and the numbers you want to include. Save the report so you can open it again later, share it with your teammates, or export it to a CSV file.

Saved reports stay up to date, so new orders are included the next time you open a report.

Redesigned delegations

Assign event tasks in a single step, with a refined interface and improved performance.

Delegations are now quicker to set up. A delegation lets a partner, such as a sponsor, an artist or a group leader, issue and manage their own limited number of tickets for your event. You decide which tickets and how many, and they hand them out without needing you.

Open your event, then Delegations, and select Create Delegation. Enter a Delegation Name for the person or group. Under Ticket Types, select Add Ticket, choose the ticket, how it is sent (Guest Ticket or Invitation), the quantity and the email template. Under Users, add each person's name and email. Save, then copy the access link and share it with them.

To change who can use a delegation later, select Manage Access. You can also change the ticket limit or delete a delegation from the list.

Line of credit

Apply for and track a line of credit directly from your brand page.

You can now apply for a line of credit for your brand and track it from the dashboard. A line of credit can help you pay deposits and costs before your ticket money comes in, so you can book artists and venues earlier.

Open your brand, then Edit, and select Line of Credit. Follow the steps on the page to apply. After you are approved, the page shows your credit limit and the amount you have available. Your repayments show with your other settlement history.

Brand owners and admins of brands in the United States can use Line of Credit where it is available for their brand.

Sweden and Antigua support

Added Sweden (SEK) and Antigua and Barbuda (USD) to supported event regions.

You can now run events in Sweden and in Antigua and Barbuda. Events in Sweden sell in Swedish krona (SEK), and events in Antigua and Barbuda sell in US dollars (USD). Buyers see prices in the right currency at checkout, and payments go to the right place without extra setup.

To set up an event in either country, open your event, then Edit, and go to Venue Details. Search for your venue or enter the address, and choose Sweden or Antigua and Barbuda as the country. The currency updates for you. Save your venue and create your tickets as usual.

After your event has sales, you cannot change its country, so check the venue details before you go on sale.

Expanded payment support — 2025

Added support for Korea, Belgium (EUR), Serbia, and zero-decimal currencies.

You can now run events and sell tickets in South Korea, Belgium in euros, and Serbia. Buyers in these countries see prices in their own currency at checkout. Amounts in currencies without decimal places, such as the Korean won, now show correctly in your stats and exports, so the figures you see match what buyers paid.

To sell in one of these countries, open your event, then Edit, and go to Venue Details. Search for your venue or enter the address, and choose the country. The currency is set from the country. Save your venue and create your tickets as usual.

After your event has sales, you cannot change its country, so check the venue details before you go on sale.

More custom field types

Custom fields now support Instagram handles and image uploads, in addition to text and selects.

You can now ask buyers for more kinds of information at checkout. Image fields let a buyer upload a photo, such as a picture for a credential or a proof of ID. You can also ask every buyer for their Instagram handle, so you know who your audience is on social media.

For an image, open your event, then Settings, and go to the Custom Fields section. Select Create Custom Field, choose Order, Ticket or Add-On in Append to, and choose Image as the Type. For Instagram, open your event, then Tickets, and in Ticket Settings turn on Require buyer to enter their Instagram handle.

Custom fields can be required, and you can choose to show the answer on the buyer's ticket, on the PDF ticket or when the ticket is scanned.

Bulk invoices

Generate, edit, and send invoices in bulk — designed for high-volume billing across customers and events.

You can now sell large batches of tickets and add-ons to a company or group by invoice. This suits corporate bookings, sponsors and group buyers who need an invoice to pay. When the invoice is paid, a delegation is created so the buyer can hand the tickets out to their people.

Open your event, then Bulk Invoices, and select Create Invoice. Enter the customer's name and email, and add a company, due date and description if you need them. Select Add Item to choose tickets or add-ons, with a quantity and a unit price. Select Save Draft to finish later, or Save & Send Invoice to email it to the customer.

Each invoice shows its status, such as Draft, Open or Paid. You can copy the payment link, see an activity log for each invoice, and void an invoice that should not be paid.

Filter orders by promotion

Slice orders by which promotion was applied at checkout.

You can now see only the orders where a particular promotion was used. This shows you how many buyers each promotion brought in and how much discount you gave away, so you can keep the offers that work and stop the ones that do not.

Open your event, then Orders. Select the filter icon, add a Promotion filter and choose the promotion. To check one code, add a Discount Code filter instead. You can combine these with other filters, such as Ticket Type or Statuses.

To come back to the same list later, select Save View and give it a name. When you export, choose Export Filtered Tickets to download only the tickets from orders that match your filters.

Send test emails

Send a test email to yourself before broadcasting messaging to attendees.

You can now send yourself a test copy of a message before it goes to your attendees. You see the real subject line and content in your own inbox, so you can check the layout, spelling and links and fix mistakes before your customers see them.

Open Messaging and open the message you are working on. Select Send me a test email. The test goes to your own email address. To check the message with your colleagues, select Send a test to others, tick the people on your team and send the test to them.

Tests only go to you and your team, never to customers. You can send a test to up to 20 people at a time. For text messages, select Send me a test text instead.

Improved venue search

Refined venue search — clearer results and fewer ambiguous matches.

Finding your venue when you set up an event is now quicker and more accurate. The best matches show first, fewer unrelated places appear in the list, and part of a venue name is often enough to find it. This means fewer wrong addresses on your event page and in your buyers' tickets.

When you create or edit an event, go to Venue Details and enter a venue name, an address or a city in the search box. Select the right result, and the address fields fill in for you. Check the details, then select Save Venue.

If your venue is not in the results, select Can't find your venue? Enter address manually and enter the address yourself.

Hungary support

Run events in Hungary with full local payment support (HUF).

You can now run events in Hungary and sell tickets in Hungarian forint (HUF). Buyers see prices in forint at checkout and can pay with their local cards, which helps more of them complete their order.

Open your event, then Edit, and go to Venue Details. Search for your venue or enter the address, and set Country to Hungary. The Currency field changes to HUF. Save your venue and create your tickets as usual.

Payouts for events in Hungary follow the same timeline as other supported countries. After your event has sales, you cannot change its country, so check the venue details before you go on sale.

NZBN and IRD for NZ brands

New Zealand brands can now provide NZBN and IRD numbers for tax compliance.

If your brand is based in New Zealand, you can now add your NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) and your IRD number to your brand. These numbers then show on invoices and financial documents where New Zealand tax rules require them, so you do not need to add them by hand.

Open your brand and select Edit. In the Business Details section, set Country to New Zealand. The NZBN and IRD fields then show. Enter both numbers and save your changes.

Your NZBN must have 13 digits. If a number is not in the right format, the form tells you before you save. You can update the numbers at any time.

Search by tags

Filter and search across events using tags.

You can now find events by the tags you give them. Tags let you group events in the way your team works, such as a recurring club night, a regional tour or a season, and then find the whole group again in one search.

Open your event, then Edit, and add one or more tags in the Tags section, then save. To find tagged events, enter a tag in the search bar or use the tag filter on your events list. Every event with a matching tag shows in the results.

Use the same tag on each event in a group so that your team can find them all together.

On-site security forms

Collect security and ID information from attendees on-site via dedicated forms.

You can now collect security and ID information from attendees at the event with your own form. Your team has the answers they need at the door, and each answer is linked to the attendee's ticket.

Build the security form from your event's settings, then share the form's link with your on-site team. Your team uses the link to record each attendee's details as they arrive.

Every response is saved against the attendee's ticket record. You and your team can review the responses in the dashboard and follow up on any that need action.

Bulk print tickets by type

Print all tickets of a single ticket type in one go.

You can now print every ticket of one ticket type in a single step. This helps when you prepare door lists, wristbands or printed tickets for one group, such as guests or VIPs.

Open your event, then Orders, and select the printer icon above the orders table. In the Print Ticket Type Tickets dialog, choose a ticket type and select Load tickets. When the files are ready, select Print or Download next to each file, or select Download All to save them together.

The printer icon shows on events where bulk printing by ticket type is turned on, for team members who can print tickets.

Filter orders by referrer

Slice the orders list by the referrer or promoter who drove each order.

You can now see every order that came from one referrer or promoter. This shows you who drives your sales, so you can reward the right people and plan where to spend your promotion effort.

Open your event, then Orders. Select the filter icon, add a Referral Link filter and choose the person. You can add more filters, such as Ticket Type or Statuses, and join them with AND or OR to narrow the list further.

To use the same filters again later, select Save View and give the view a name. You can then pick it from Select View on the Orders page.

Phone number in custom fields

Add a phone-number input as a custom field on tickets, with proper validation.

You can now ask buyers for a phone number as one of your own custom questions at checkout. The number is checked before the buyer can complete the order, so you get numbers that work when you need to contact people about the event.

Open your event, then Settings, and go to the Custom Fields section. Select Create Custom Field. In Append to, choose Order, Ticket or Add-On. In Type, choose Phone, then enter the label and name for the field and save it.

You can make the field required, and you can choose to show the answer on the buyer's ticket, on the PDF ticket or when the ticket is scanned. The number shows with the other answers in the order details.

Payment method shown on orders

Order details now display the payment-method type (card, OXXO, etc.) at a glance.

You can now see how each buyer paid, such as by card, bank transfer, OXXO or another local method. This helps you match orders to your payouts and answer buyer questions without contacting support.

Open your event, then Orders. An icon on each order row shows the payment method. To see only orders paid one way, select the filter icon and add a Payment Method filter. When you export your orders to CSV, the file includes a Payment Method Type column.

Where payment method display is turned on for your event, you see it in the orders list, the filters and the export.

Dashboard homepage refresh

Refreshed UI on the dashboard homepage — clearer hierarchy and better mobile rendering.

The dashboard home page has a new layout. The things you use most are at the top, so you can go to your next event in one click. On a phone, the page now fits the width of your phone, and you do not need to scroll sideways.

The home page has two main areas, Manage Events and Manage Brands. Each has a button to create a New Event or a New Brand. Below them, Your upcoming events lists what is coming next, and Recently viewed takes you back to the events you opened last. Select View all events to see the full list.

Everything that you could do on the home page before still works in the same way. If you need help, select Book now under Need help? to book an onboarding or training call.

Reorganized welcome flow

Redesigned onboarding for new accounts — clearer steps and fewer dead ends.

New accounts now start with a shorter welcome flow. It asks only for what you need to create your first event and lets you skip the rest. You spend less time on forms and get to selling tickets sooner.

After you sign up, you are asked about your brand: the brand name, the business or legal entity name and the business address. Select Continue to save them, or select Skip for now to look around the dashboard first. You can add these details later. You need a brand before you publish your first event.

You also choose how you want to receive your ticket revenue. If you only want to see how it works, you can start an event before you create an account.

Customer support role

New role tailored for customer-support team members — scoped permissions for triage and resolution.

You can now add team members who answer buyer questions without giving them full access. The Customer Support role lets them look up orders and help buyers, and keeps your settings and financial details private.

Open your brand, then Team, and select Add Team Member. Enter their email address, choose Customer Support - Access to Orders as the access level and send the invitation. You can also add the role on a single event from that event's Team page.

If a team member also needs to check guests in at the door, choose Limited Support - Access to Orders and Check-In instead.

Change a ticket's seat from the dashboard

Reassign a seat for an existing ticket without re-issuing it.

You can now move a ticket to a different seat from the dashboard. When a buyer asks to sit with friends, or when you need to free a block of seats, you can change the seat in a few steps. You do not need to cancel the ticket or issue a new one.

Open your event, then Orders, and open the order. On the ticket, open the menu and select Change Seat. The seat map opens. Choose an available seat and confirm.

The ticket stays in the same order with the same ticket type. Only the seat changes, and the order shows the new seat straight away.

Conditional custom fields

Show or hide custom fields at checkout based on the answers to earlier questions.

A custom field can now show at checkout only when it is needed. For example, ask for a dietary requirement only when the buyer says they want a meal. Buyers see fewer questions, finish checkout faster and give you answers that are more useful.

A condition links a custom field to an earlier field. The field shows only when the answer to the earlier field matches the value in the condition, for example when it equals, does not equal, or is greater than a value. Conditions work with text, select and checkbox-style fields.

To see your fields, open your event, then Settings, and go to the Custom Fields section. When a field has a condition, its details show the earlier field, the comparison and the value under Set the condition to show the custom field.

Self-serve seat-map editing

Brand admins can now edit seat maps directly — previously Ticket Fairy-only.

You can now change your own seat maps. You can add seats, rows and sections when a venue layout changes, without waiting for Ticket Fairy support, and your map stays correct right up to the event.

Open your event, then Tickets, and go to Configure Seat Map. Select Edit Seat Map to open the map editor. Make your changes, fix any problems that the editor lists, then save.

Your changes apply to every event that uses the same venue map, so check your other events after you save. The Edit Seat Map button shows only for accounts that have seat map editing turned on. If you do not see it, contact Ticket Fairy support.

Resale fee in additional charges

Configure a separate resale fee inside the additional-charges configuration for an event.

Resale fees now have their own place among your event's additional charges. This makes them easier to find, and you can see the resale fee apart from your other fees. Any resale fee that was already set up stays the same.

To let buyers resell their tickets, open your event, then Tickets, and go to Anti-Scalping/Fraud Settings. Edit the settings and turn on Ticket resale. Sellers pay a resale fee of 10% of the price they paid for the ticket. Events in India have no resale fee. You can turn on add-on resale in the same place.

To see your resale activity, open your event, then Performance, and select the Ticket Resale tab.

Run events with full local payment support in Kenya (KES) and Brazil (BRL).

You can now run events in Kenya and Brazil with full local payment support. Buyers pay in Kenyan shillings (KES) or Brazilian reais (BRL) with payment methods they already use, so fewer people drop out at checkout.

Choose Kenya or Brazil as the country when you create your brand, or open your brand and update its details. Enter your local bank details when you set up payouts.

Payouts in Kenya and Brazil follow the same schedule as the other countries that Ticket Fairy supports.

Choose the country when you create your brand, or open your brand and update its details. When you set up payouts, enter the bank details for your account in that country.

Your Ticket Fairy dashboard has a new look. The text is easier to read, the colours are clearer and the spacing is the same on every page. You can find information faster and make fewer mistakes when you work quickly.

You do not need to do anything. Every page, menu and button is in the same place as before, and all your links and bookmarks still work. Your events, orders and settings do not change.

The update applies to the whole dashboard, on computers and on phones, so your team sees the same layout wherever they work.

Phone numbers in customer CSV

Customer CSV export now includes a phone-number column.

Your brand's customer export now includes each customer's phone number. You can use it for text message campaigns, for calls before the event and to keep your own contact lists up to date.

Open your brand, then Customers, and export the list. The CSV file now has a Phone Number column next to the name, email address, location and spending columns. It also shows whether each customer agreed to receive email and SMS marketing from your brand.

The Phone Number column is always in the file, even when a customer did not give a number. Their cell is empty. This keeps the columns in the same place every time, so templates and imports that use the file keep working.

Ticket-type badge labels

Pick a badge label per ticket type from a curated dropdown — keeps presentation consistent.

You can now add a short badge to a ticket type, such as "Selling fast" or "Almost gone". Buyers see the badge next to the ticket type when they choose their tickets. It tells them when to act, which can help you sell more.

Open your event, then Tickets, and create or edit a ticket type. In Show badge on ticket type, choose a badge from the list. The choices include Almost gone, High demand, In demand, Limited stock, Limited time, Running low, Selling fast, Selling out, 5% left, 10% left and 15% left. Save the ticket type.

Each badge comes from the same list, so your ticket types look the same across all your events. To remove a badge, choose No badge.

Phone numbers on pre-registration

Pre-registration signups now capture and display phone numbers in the dashboard.

Your pre-registration page now asks people for their phone number. You can reach your most interested fans by text message as well as email when tickets go on sale, and you have another way to contact them if an email is missed.

Phone numbers that people enter when they sign up are shown next to their names. Open your event, then Performance, and select the Pre-Registration tab. The table lists each customer with their phone number, the tickets they requested, the points they earned and the date they signed up.

The form checks each phone number when it is sent, so numbers that are not valid are not accepted.

Attach add-ons via guest CSV

Bulk-import guest tickets and attach add-ons to each row in the same CSV.

When you upload a list of guests, you can now give each guest add-ons, such as camping or a VIP upgrade, in the same file. You do not need to issue the add-ons one by one after the upload.

Open your event, then Guest Tickets, and select Upload CSV. Select Download Template to get a file with the correct columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Number of Tickets in Total, Type of Ticket, Attach Add-Ons and Notes. In the Attach Add-Ons column, enter the name of each add-on for that guest. Separate two or more add-ons with commas. Then upload the file and select Issue Tickets.

The add-on names must match the names of the add-ons on your event. The Attach Add-Ons column is optional, so you can leave it empty for guests who do not need an add-on.

Image-upload guidance

Event flyer and background uploaders now display the recommended image dimensions inline.

When you upload images for your event, the dashboard now shows the best size for each one next to the upload box. Your flyer and background images look sharp and are not cropped in odd places on the event page, and you do not need to look up the sizes first.

Open your event, then Edit, and go to the images. The flyer upload shows the recommended size of 1200 x 1600 pixels. The background image upload shows 1920 x 1080 pixels. The social sharing image shows 1200 x 630 pixels.

An image that matches the recommended size gives the best result on both phones and computers, so buyers see your event the way you designed it.

Sign in with Google

Sign in to the dashboard with your Google account — no separate password needed.

You can now sign in to the Ticket Fairy dashboard with your Google account. You do not need to remember another password, and sign-in is faster on every device you use.

On the login page, select Sign in with Google and choose your Google account. New organisers can also select Sign in with Google on the sign-up page to create an account. If no Ticket Fairy account is linked to that Google account, you see a message that asks you to sign in with your email address and password instead.

To stop using Google sign-in, open Account Settings and select Disconnect Google Account. After that, you sign in with your email address and password.

MyCashless integration

Cashless payment-tracking integration for events using the MyCashless platform.

If your event uses MyCashless for cashless payments on site, Ticket Fairy can now send your ticket holders to MyCashless as they buy. Each ticket, and each add-on that you link, is registered with MyCashless, so the attendee's cashless account is ready when they arrive.

Our team sets up the connection for your event with the details from your MyCashless account. After that, tickets and linked add-ons are sent to MyCashless automatically after each purchase. You do not need to export or upload any lists.

Contact your Ticket Fairy account manager or support to connect MyCashless to an event. Tell them which add-ons, such as drink or food credit, you want to link.

Customer locations in CSV export

Brand customer CSV export now includes location data per customer.

Your brand's customer export now shows where each customer is based. You can use it to plan events in new cities, target ads to the right areas and send messages to people who live near your next venue.

Open your brand, then Customers, and export the list. The CSV file now includes City, Country and Country Code columns next to each customer's name, email address and spending figures.

Location comes from the details each customer gave when they bought tickets or from their account.

Per-code promo limits

Cap how many times each individual promo code can be used, on top of overall promotion limits.

You can now limit how many times each promo code can be used. This helps when you give different codes to different partners, influencers or groups: each one gets a fixed number of uses, and one popular code cannot use up the whole promotion.

Open your event, then Promotions, and create or edit a promotion. Add your codes under Promo codes. To set the same limit for each code across every ticket type, turn on Promo codes have a set number of uses across all ticket types and enter the number. To set a limit for each ticket type instead, enter a number in Quantity limit per code per ticket type.

When a code reaches its limit, buyers can no longer use it. The other codes in the promotion keep working until they reach their own limits.

Multi-currency revenue display

Events page now displays revenue across multiple currencies separately, rather than collapsing them.

When an event sells in more than one currency, your revenue is now shown for each currency on its own. Figures are no longer added together into one total, so every amount you see is correct for its currency.

On the events list and brand pages, each currency has its own revenue figure. Open your event, then Tickets, to see ticket sales. When the event has more than one currency, use the currency switch above the table to see the figures for each one. The Customers page for your brand also shows revenue for each currency.

Ticket Fairy does not convert between currencies. Each amount is what buyers paid in that currency.

SMS / email opt-in reporting

Track marketing opt-in rates by channel at the brand and event level.

You can now see how many of your customers have agreed to receive your marketing, with email and SMS counted separately. This shows you how many people you can reach on each channel before you plan a campaign or an on-sale announcement.

The opt-in figures are on your brand and event pages, so you can compare how each channel grows over time. You can also download the details for each customer. Open your brand, then Customers, and export the list. The CSV file has a Brand Opt-In column for email and a Brand SMS Opt-In column for text messages.

When you send a message from Messaging, you can choose opted-in ticket holders as the audience, so only people who agreed hear from you.

Redesigned team-invitation emails

Refreshed invitation emails sent when adding new team members to a brand or event.

The email that goes to a new team member is now clearer. It says who invited them and which team they are joining, and it has one link to accept. It is easier to read on a phone, and it is less likely to land in a spam folder.

To invite someone, open your brand or event, then Team, and select Add Team Member. Enter one or more email addresses, choose a Permission level and select Send Invitation. The person opens the email and accepts. If they do not have an account yet, they create one. If they do, they log in.

Door staff get a version of the email that tells them how to download the check-in app. If an invitation link no longer works, send a new invitation from the Team page.

Ticket-level delegations

Delegate access to specific tickets, not just whole events.

You can now give a partner, sponsor or promoter their own allocation of tickets to hand out. They issue and manage only the tickets you give them, and they do not see the rest of your event.

Open your event, then Delegations, and select Create Delegation. Enter a Delegation Name for the person or group. In Ticket Types, add each ticket type they can issue, choose whether it goes out as a guest ticket or an invitation, and enter the quantity and email template. Save, then use Manage Access to add the people who can use the delegation. Copy the access link and send it to them.

You can change a delegation's limits later or delete it. The dashboard asks you to confirm each change first.

Multi-currency for table ticket types

Table ticket types now support multiple currencies, matching the multi-currency support added for regular tickets.

Table ticket types now work with events that sell in more than one currency. Buyers who book a table can pay in the currency they choose, in the same way as buyers of regular tickets.

First, turn on additional currencies for the event. Open your event, then Settings, turn on This event has additional currencies and add each currency. Then open each table ticket type and enter a price for every currency. Tables also need a guest price for each currency.

The table ticket type cannot be saved until every currency has both prices. The revenue from each currency is shown separately in your reports.

Stock level check & override

Override per-ticket-type stock levels when overselling is intentional, with explicit confirmation.

Sometimes you need to issue more tickets than are left, for example for extra guests or crew. Ticket Fairy now checks the remaining stock before tickets are issued, and lets an Admin or Owner go past it on purpose. This stops you from overselling by mistake.

Open your event, then Guest Tickets. When you issue tickets with Send Guest Tickets or Upload CSV and the remaining stock for that ticket type is too low, you see a warning. To continue, turn on Override stock levels, then confirm in the Confirm Stock Override dialog.

Only an Admin or Owner can turn on Override stock levels. Other team members see a message that asks them to contact an Admin or Owner.

Multi-currency events

Sell tickets across multiple currencies in a single event, with sales-by-currency reporting.

You can now sell tickets to one event in more than one currency. International buyers can pay in the currency they know, which removes a reason to leave checkout. Your sales reports show the revenue for each currency separately, with no automatic conversion.

Open your event, then Settings. Turn on This event has additional currencies, then select Add Additional Currency. Choose the currency and the payment method to use for it, and save. Next, open each ticket type and enter a price for every currency. The ticket type cannot be saved until each currency has a price.

At checkout, buyers choose the currency they want to pay in. You can add more than one additional currency to an event.

Pre-registration traffic insights

Dedicated traffic view for pre-registration pages — see where signups come from.

You can now see how people find your pre-registration page before tickets go on sale. This shows you which campaigns and links bring in sign-ups, so you can put your marketing budget where it works before the on-sale date.

Open your event, then Traffic. At the top of the page, select Pre-Registration Traffic instead of Overall Traffic. The All tab shows every report together. The other tabs show Views, Conversions, Locations, Languages, Devices and Referrer URL one at a time.

Use Filter by date to look at one campaign period. When the page has only a few visits, a notice tells you that the conversion figures may not be accurate yet.

Activity logs

See a chronological log of changes made to events and brands.

Ticket Fairy keeps a record of the changes made to your brands and events. Each entry shows who made the change, what they changed and when, so your team always has an answer to the question "who changed this?".

The log helps you trace the history of a setting, for example a ticket price or a sale date, and find out what happened before a buyer or teammate got in touch. You can filter the entries by the type of change or by team member.

Changes made by your teammates and by automatic actions are recorded as they happen, so the history stays complete even when several people manage the same event.

Bulk order refunds

Refund many orders at once from a dedicated bulk-refunds page.

When an event is cancelled or many orders need a refund, Ticket Fairy's support team can now refund them all in one go. You do not have to refund each order yourself, which saves your team hours of work after a cancellation.

To ask for a bulk refund, contact your Ticket Fairy account manager or client support. Tell them which event, and which orders or ticket types, you want to refund. The team checks the list with you and processes the refunds together.

You can still refund a single order yourself. Open your event, then Statistics, then Orders, open the order and select the refund option. For security, Ticket Fairy emails you an authorisation code to confirm the refund. Refunds are for the face value of the tickets and do not include service fees.

In 2023 Ticket Fairy added more markets where you can sell tickets and take payments: the Czech Republic, Greece in euros or US dollars, Singapore, Turkey, Morocco in euros, and Indonesia in rupiah through Xendit. More organisers can now sell in their own country and currency.

To use one of these markets, choose the country when you create your brand. Your brand's country decides which currencies and payout options you can use for its events. Brands in Indonesia connect their own Xendit account from the brand's Payments page.

Ticket Fairy also added Phoenix, San Diego and Boise as supported regions in the United States.

YouTube Shorts in event descriptions

Embed YouTube Shorts directly in event-page descriptions.

You can now add YouTube Shorts to your event description. A short teaser video from the artist or last year's event plays right on the event page, so buyers can watch it without leaving the page and are more likely to buy.

Open your event, then Edit, then Details, and go to the description editor. Use the editor's media option and paste the link to the YouTube Short. The editor adds the video as a player in the description. Save your changes.

The Short appears in the event description where you placed it. You can also add regular YouTube videos in the same way, and you can remove a video at any time from the editor.

Promoter discount links

Generate promoter-specific discount links — combines promoter tracking with built-in discount.

A promoter's link can now give buyers a discount automatically. Buyers who open the link get the discount at checkout without entering a code, and the sale is still credited to the promoter. This makes each promoter's offer easier to use and helps them sell more.

First, open your event, then Marketing, then Promotions, and create the promo code you want the promoter to offer. Then contact your Ticket Fairy account manager or client support with the promoter's name and the promo code. The team links the code to that promoter's link for your event.

Only buyers who use that promoter's link get the discount, so each promoter can have their own offer. The sale still counts toward the promoter, the same as any other sale through their link. The team can turn the discount off again when your offer ends.

Different venue per ticket

Configure ticket types that map to different venues within the same event.

Each ticket type can now have its own venue. You can run one event across more than one location, for example a main show in one building and an after-party in another, and each buyer knows where to go with their ticket.

Open your event, then Edit, then Tickets, and open the ticket type. Turn on The ticket type has a different venue, then enter the Venue name and the city, along with the other venue details. Save the ticket type.

Buyers of that ticket type see the venue where they can enter, instead of the main event venue. Ticket types without this option keep using the event venue. You can set a different venue on as many ticket types as you need.

Xendit for Indonesia

Indonesian brands can now connect their Xendit account to take payments in IDR.

Brands in Indonesia can now connect their own Xendit account and take payments in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Buyers pay with the local payment methods that Xendit supports, and the money from ticket sales reaches your account as tickets sell.

Open your brand, then Edit, then Payments, and select Connect Xendit Account. Enter the email address of the Xendit account owner and select Send Xendit invite. The owner then completes the setup in Xendit.

Only the brand owner can connect a Xendit account. The connected account becomes the default payment method for new events under the brand. Events that you created before you connected the account keep their current setup. You can open your Xendit dashboard from the same page with Go to Xendit Dashboard.

Permissions page

Manage role-based permissions across team members from a single page.

You can see and manage everyone who has access to your brand from a single page. This makes it easy to keep access up to date as people join and leave your team, and to give each person only the access they need.

Open your brand, then Edit, then Team. The Team Members table lists each person with their role and status. Select Edit to change a person's role, or Remove to take away their access. Pending invitations appear in the Invitations table, where you can resend them.

To add people, select Add Team Member, enter one or more email addresses and choose a role. Roles include Administrator, Stats, Promoter, Curator, Customer Support and Door Staff, and each role describes what the person can do.

ID verification management

Dedicated page for reviewing, approving, and managing attendee ID verifications.

You can now manage all orders that wait for an ID check in one place. Your team sees who still needs to verify, and can act on each order without contacting support.

Open your event, then Statistics, then Orders, and select the Needs Verification tab. It lists every order where the buyer has not completed the ID check yet. Open the menu on an order to choose what happens next.

Select Resend verification to email the buyer a new link to complete the check. Select Capture & verify to take the payment and issue the tickets without the check. You can also cancel the order, which releases the hold on the buyer's card with no charge. Capture and cancel ask you to confirm and cannot be undone.

Table tickets with seat maps

Sell table-format tickets that map to physical seat layouts.

You can now sell tables as well as seats on your seat map. Groups book a whole table at once and pick the exact table they want, which suits dinners, galas, clubs and VIP areas.

Open your event, then Edit, then Tickets, and select Create Table Type. Enter the name, price and other details for the table type and save it. Then turn on Seat Maps in your event's Settings and connect the table type to the tables on your map.

Buyers choose a table on the seat map at checkout. You can also send a table as a guest ticket: on the Guest Tickets page, the Ticket/Table Type field lets you pick a table type. You can deactivate a table type at any time to stop selling it.

Manage your venues across events from a single page.

Your brand now has a Venues page that brings the venue pages your brand looks after into one place. Buyers who look up your venue find clear, current information about how to get there and what to expect.

Open your brand, then Venues, and open a venue. In Page content, select Add a section. Enter a heading, such as Getting here, The rooms or Accessibility, and the text you want people to read. Use Move up and Move down to set the order in which the sections appear on the public page.

To keep working on a section without showing it, turn off On the page. If a teammate saves a change to the same section while you edit it, you see what they wrote before you save yours, so no one loses their work.

Streamlined brand creation

Redesigned brand setup with payout configuration and team invites as guided steps.

Setting up a new brand is now a short series of guided steps. You go from sign-up to a brand that is ready to sell tickets faster, and you decide early how you get paid.

In the Create your brand step, enter your Brand Name, your Business/Legal entity name and your business address, then select Continue. In the Payout mode step, choose Paid out after your event, where funds arrive 10 to 15 business days after the event with nothing to set up, or Before your event, as tickets sell, where you connect your own Stripe or Xendit account.

Some fields let you select Skip for now and finish them later. After the brand is ready, invite your teammates from the brand's Team page and give each person the role they need.

Brand verification page

Verify brand ownership and unlock marketing/messaging features once verified.

Ticket Fairy now checks and verifies brands before some features open to them. This protects your buyers and your sender reputation, because only confirmed organisers can send messages and invitations to large audiences.

When your brand is verified, you can use the features that need it, such as Messaging and Invitations under Interact in your event menu. Until then, those items show as unavailable. When you select one, a message tells you that the feature is only for verified brands.

To get your brand verified, contact your account manager or Ticket Fairy client support. The team checks your brand details and turns verification on for you.

Brand payments tab

Dedicated payments section with payment-plan tracking, payouts, and history per brand.

Each brand now has its own Payments page, where you choose how the brand takes card payments and how you get paid. You manage it once for the brand, and the setting applies to the brand's new events.

Open your brand, then Edit, then Payments. Here you can connect your own Stripe account, or a Xendit account for brands in Indonesia, so that ticket money reaches you as tickets sell. If you do not connect an account, payouts arrive after your event.

Brand owners and admins can open the page. Only the brand owner can connect an external payment account. To see payment plans and payouts for one event, open that event's Payments page.

You can now email people who signed up for pre-registration or joined a waiting list, even before they have a ticket. Tell them when tickets go on sale, share a pre-sale link, or keep them interested while they wait.

Open your event, then Interact, then Messaging. In Audience, choose Pre-registered customers or Waiting list members. To reach only the people who have not bought yet, choose Pre-registered customers without orders or Waiting list members without orders. Enter the subject and message, then send the email or schedule it.

Use Send test to check the email in your own inbox first. You can also start from one of your email templates.

Guest tickets with seats

Issue guest tickets that include specific seat assignments.

You can now send guest tickets for specific seats on a seated event. Your VIPs, artists and partners get the exact seats you choose, and those seats are taken off sale like any other sold seat.

Open your event, then Interact, then Guest Tickets, and select Send Guest Tickets. Choose the Tickets on the Map tab and select the seats on the seat map. Enter the first name, last name and email address for each seat, or use Copy details to all when one person gets all the seats. Then send the tickets.

Each guest gets a ticket that shows their seat, the same as a ticket bought on the seat map. You can also attach add-ons to the seats before you send them.

Google Analytics 4 field

Add a GA4 measurement ID to events for next-gen Google Analytics tracking.

You can now connect Google Analytics 4 to your event. You see how buyers find your event page and how many of them go on to buy, in the Google Analytics account you already use.

Open your event, then Edit, then Settings. In the Advanced Options section, enter your GA4 ID in the Google Analytics Measurement ID field and save. The ID usually starts with G-.

You can also add a measurement ID once for the whole brand, in the brand's advanced options. If the brand already has the same ID, you do not need to add it again to the event, and the event form tells you so. Your existing Google Analytics Tracking ID can stay in place next to the new one.

Brand search autocomplete

Brand picker is now a search-as-you-type field — much faster when you have many brands.

Choosing a brand is now faster when you manage many brands. Instead of scrolling through a long list, you enter part of the brand name and pick it from the matching results.

When you create or edit an event, go to the Brand field and start to enter the brand name. Matching brands appear as you enter the name. Select the one you want. To start again, clear the field and enter a new name.

This helps agencies, promoters and venue groups who work across many brands pick the right one without mistakes.

Stripe Identity verification

Use Stripe Identity to verify attendee documents, replacing the prior verification provider.

You can now ask ticket buyers to prove who they are with a government photo ID before their order is confirmed. This helps you stop resale fraud and meet the ID rules of your venue or event.

When ID verification is on for your event, buyers get a link to complete the check after they order. Their card is held, not charged, until the check is complete. Open your event, then Statistics, then Orders, and select the Needs Verification tab to see orders that are waiting.

From each order you can use Resend verification to send the buyer a new link. You can use Capture & verify to take the payment and issue the tickets without the check, or cancel the order to release the hold. Capture and cancel cannot be undone.

Waiting list quantity caps

Restrict how many tickets a single waiting-list signup can request.

You can now limit how many tickets one person can ask for on a waiting list. When tickets come back on sale, more fans get a fair chance, and one person cannot take a large part of the released tickets.

Open your event, then Edit, then Tickets, and open the ticket type. Turn on Set custom maximum quantity for waiting list and enter the number in Maximum tickets for waiting list. Save the ticket type.

The limit applies to that ticket type only, so you can set different limits for different ticket types. To remove the limit, turn the option off.

TikTok pre-registration action

Set a TikTok follow or interaction as a required pre-registration action.

You can now reward fans for following you on TikTok during pre-registration. This helps you grow your TikTok audience before tickets go on sale, while fans earn points toward your pre-registration prizes.

Open your event, then Edit, then Pre-Registration. In the Pre-Registration Actions section, turn on Follow on TikTok. Enter the number of points a fan gets for the action, and enter the URL of your TikTok profile. Save your changes.

Fans who sign up see the TikTok action next to the other actions you turned on, such as following you on Instagram or sharing their personal link. The points they collect count toward the prizes you set in Pre-Registration Prizes.

Print box-office order receipts

Print and download box-office order receipts as PDF.

You can now download the tickets of a box-office order as a PDF, ready for a ticket printer. Buyers at the door get a physical ticket, and your team can print it again if a ticket is lost.

Open your event, then Statistics, then Orders, and open the order. Select Download for Ticket Printer. The PDF downloads to your device, and you can print it from there.

If the buyer also wants the tickets by email, select Resend tickets in the same order. The PDF is useful for your own records too, for example when you check box-office sales at the end of a shift.

Delegations in dashboard

Assign event responsibilities (check-in, customer service, etc.) to team members from a dedicated delegations section.

You can now let other people issue a limited number of tickets for your event on your behalf. A partner, sponsor, artist or team member can send their own guest tickets or invitations, and you control how many they can give out.

Open your event, then Interact, then Delegations, and select Create Delegation. Enter a Delegation Name for the person or group. Under Ticket Types, add each ticket type they can use, choose Guest Ticket or Invitation, set the quantity and choose an email template. Then add the people who get access and select Save.

Use Copy access link to share the link with each person. You can change a delegation's limit later, manage who has access with Manage Access, or delete the delegation. Each delegation can issue only the ticket types and quantities you gave it.

Comedy show event type

Comedy shows are now a first-class event category, with appropriate venue and ticket defaults.

You can now set Comedy Show as the type of your event. Stand-up nights, improv shows and comedy tours get the right label, so buyers who look for comedy can find them.

Open your event, then Edit, then Details, and choose Comedy Show in the Event Type field. You can also choose it when you create a new event.

The event type also decides which planning tools Ticket Fairy suggests for your event. Comedy shows are grouped with concerts, club shows and festivals, so you get the tools made for live shows. You can change the event type at any time.

Predefined invitations: bulk actions

Multi-select, individual delete, resend, and a company field — making predefined invitations practical at scale.

Predefined invitations now give you more control over each invitation after you send it. You can manage a long list of reserved seats and guests without starting again when plans change.

Open your event, then Interact, then Predefined Invitations. In the Recipients table, each row shows the seat, the recipient email, the promoter and the status. Use Resend to send the invitation again, Copy to copy its link and share it yourself, or Delete to cancel it and free the seats. Each action asks you to confirm first.

When you group seats into channels, you can edit or delete a channel, withdraw an invitation that was sent for it, or resend it. Changes to one row do not affect the other invitations on the list.

Export customers to CSV

Download your full customer list as a CSV with one click.

You can now download your brand's full customer list as a CSV file. Use it to plan campaigns, check your top buyers, or bring your audience into other tools you use.

Open your brand, then Customers, and select Export above the customers table. The file downloads to your computer when it is ready.

The file includes each customer's name, email address, phone number, city and country, revenue, tickets purchased, events attended, referral results, and whether they opted in to brand emails and SMS. The export includes all customers of the brand. Brand owners and admins can export.

External partner support

Configure events sold through external partner platforms.

You can now work with partners who sell part of your tickets on another platform, and still keep track of those sales. Each partner sees only the sales you share with them, and your direct sales stay separate.

To send buyers to a partner's site, open your event, then Edit, then Tickets, and open the ticket type. Turn on the option that says the ticket type is being sold on a different platform and enter the Ticket URL. Buyers who choose that ticket type go to the partner's platform to complete their purchase.

To share a sales report with a partner, open your event, then Edit, then Settings. In the External/3rd-Party Sales Reporting section, enter a name, add the ticket types (and add-ons) to include, and select Generate Sales Tracking Link. Send the link to your partner. You can turn on Hide Breakdown by Date if you do not want to share daily figures.

Disputed-order highlighting

Disputed orders are now visually flagged in the orders table for faster triage.

You can now see at a glance which orders have an open payment dispute (a chargeback). This helps you spot problem orders quickly and act before the dispute deadline, so you lose less money to chargebacks.

Open your event, then Statistics, then Orders. Any order with an open dispute has a highlighted background in the orders table, on desktop and on mobile. Select the order to open its details and review the buyer, the tickets and the payment.

The highlight stays while the dispute is open or lost. When a dispute is decided in your favour, the order goes back to the normal row style.

Added support for Colombia, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Jordan, Argentina, Costa Rica, Switzerland (CHF), and the Philippines (USD).

In 2022 Ticket Fairy added eight more markets where you can sell tickets and take payments: Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Jordan, Argentina, Costa Rica, Switzerland in Swiss francs (CHF) and the Philippines in US dollars (USD). Organisers in these countries can now run their events on Ticket Fairy.

To use one of these markets, choose the country when you create your brand. Your brand's country decides which currencies and payout options you can use for its events.

For the two markets with a set currency, you sell in Swiss francs in Switzerland and in US dollars in the Philippines. Your buyers see prices in that currency at checkout.

Issue guest add-ons

Issue add-ons alongside guest tickets — useful for VIP packages and complimentary extras.

You can now attach add-ons to the guest tickets you send. A VIP guest can get their ticket and a drinks package, parking or merchandise in one step, so you do not have to issue extras separately or keep a list at the door.

Open your event, then Interact, then Guest Tickets, and select Send Guest Tickets. Enter the guest's details and choose the ticket type. Then select Attach Add-on and choose the add-on you want to include. You can attach more than one add-on to the same guest. Select Send to issue the ticket.

The list of issued guest tickets has an Add Ons column, so your team can see which extras each guest received.

Your list of issued guest tickets now opens quickly, even when an event has thousands of them. You can find a guest in seconds when an artist manager or a guest calls the box office.

Open your event, then Interact, then Guest Tickets. The list of issued guest tickets loads in pages, so you can move from page to page rather than wait for every row. To go straight to a guest, enter their name or email in Search issued guest tickets.

The list shows the Number of Tickets, Type of Ticket, Add Ons, Issued On and Issued By for each guest ticket, so you can check who sent what and when.

Add-on variants

Define variants of an add-on (size, color, etc.) instead of creating separate add-ons for each.

You can offer one add-on in several versions, such as T-shirt sizes or colours, instead of creating a separate add-on for each. Buyers find what they want faster, and your add-ons list stays short and easy to manage.

Open your event, then Tickets, and go to the Add-Ons section. Create or edit an add-on and turn on Enable Variants (Size, Color, Etc). Select Add Variant for each version you sell, give it a name and set its stock, then save the add-on.

Buyers choose the variant they want at checkout. Once an add-on has at least one variant, you cannot turn variants off for it again. If you delete a variant, buyers can no longer buy it.

Payment plans in statistics

Track payment-plan performance from the event statistics tab.

You can follow how your payment plans are doing without exporting any data. You see what buyers have paid so far and what is still to come, so you can plan your cash flow with confidence.

Open your event, then Performance, and choose the Payment Plans tab. Use Show by day or Show by week and Select date range to set the period. A chart shows how your payment plan sales divide between ticket types.

Switch between three views. All Orders shows payment plan sales by date, with Completed Payments next to Expected Payments. Future Payments shows the instalments still to be collected. Sales by Ticket Type shows which tickets buyers chose to pay for in instalments.

Bulk add-on import for guest tickets

Upload a CSV to attach add-ons to guest tickets in bulk.

You can now include add-ons when you upload guest tickets from a CSV file. Crew meals, parking passes and artist extras go out with the tickets in one upload, so you do not have to add them to each guest afterwards.

Open your event, then Interact, then Guest Tickets, and select Upload CSV. Download the template to get the right columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Number of Tickets in Total, Type of Ticket, Attach Add-Ons and Notes. In the Attach Add-Ons column, enter the add-on names exactly as they appear on your event. Separate several add-ons with commas.

Rows the import cannot read appear in Fix CSV Import Errors, where you can correct them before you issue the tickets. The Add Ons column in the list of issued guest tickets shows what each guest received.

Event payments tab

Dedicated payments view for each event — track collected amounts, payouts, and history in one place.

Each event that takes payments through Stripe now has a Payments page that brings its payment set-up together. You can check which account the money goes to and how buyers can pay before tickets go on sale, which avoids costly mistakes.

Open your event and choose Payments. In Payment Method, choose which of your brand's payment accounts the event uses. In Payment Plans, you can let buyers pay in instalments. Choose the number of instalments, how the first one is calculated and when unpaid orders are cancelled. The Customer preview shows what buyers will see.

Only event owners and administrators see the Payments page. To see payouts for a connected Stripe account, open your brand, then Edit, then Payments, and select View payout history.

OXXO payments

Accept OXXO cash payments — Mexico's largest cash-payment network.

Buyers in Mexico can pay for tickets with cash at OXXO stores. Many people in Mexico do not have or do not want to use a card online, so this opens your event to more buyers.

When OXXO is turned on for your event, buyers can choose it at checkout. They get a payment voucher by email and pay it in cash at any OXXO store. Contact the Ticket Fairy support team to turn OXXO on for an event in Mexico.

Until the buyer pays, the order shows as Pending OXXO in your event's Orders, and you can filter the list to see these orders. The tickets are issued once the payment arrives. If the voucher expires without payment, the order is cancelled. OXXO is offered at checkout only while there is enough time for the voucher to be paid before the event starts.

NFT tickets

Issue NFT-backed tickets so attendees can verify ownership on-chain.

You can give your ticket buyers a collectable NFT with their ticket. It gives fans a keepsake they own and can show off, and it can change after the event to prove that they were there.

When NFTs are turned on for your event, open your event and choose NFTs. In General, enter an NFT Collection Name and NFT Collection Symbol, choose the Network, Ethereum or Polygon, and enter the Collection Owner Address. In NFT Details, add a photo or video, a token name and a description.

Under Select when NFT is minted, choose When a customer buys a ticket or When a customer's ticket is scanned. You can also turn on Change token details after the ticket is scanned to give attendees an updated NFT, and set Secondary Sales Royalties so you earn a share when the NFT is resold.

Traffic origins

Drill into where event-page visits originate — geographic origins now broken out in the Traffic section.

You can now see where in the world your event page visitors are. Use this to plan where to advertise, which cities to target with promoters and whether your event is drawing people from further away.

Open your event, then Traffic, and choose the Locations tab. Top Countries, Top Regions and Top Cities list the places your visits come from, with the number of visitors for each. Use Filter by date to see a particular campaign or on-sale period.

Compare Locations with the Referrer URL tab to see which websites and campaigns bring in visitors from each area. To see where your buyers are, rather than your visitors, open Geographics.

Solana integration

Connect to the Solana blockchain for NFT-based ticketing.

You can now use NFTs on the Solana blockchain to give holders access to your tickets. If your community or partner collection is on Solana, its holders can unlock ticket types that are reserved for them.

Open your event, then Tickets, and edit the ticket type you want to reserve. Turn on Require NFT ownership for this type. Under Solana Mainnet, enter the address of each NFT collection that should give access, and press space or Enter after each one. Save the ticket type.

A ticket type can use Solana Mainnet addresses or Ethereum and Polygon contracts, but not both together. To give holders of collections on both kinds of network access, set up a separate ticket type for each.

Max tickets per account

Cap the number of tickets a single account can buy per type to prevent over-purchasing.

You can limit how many tickets one buyer can get across all of their orders. This stops people from getting round a per-order limit by placing several orders, so more real fans get tickets for high-demand shows.

Open your event, then Tickets, and go to Ticket Settings. Turn on Set custom maximum quantity per account, enter the number in Maximum ticket quantity per account and select Save Ticket Settings. To set a different limit for one ticket type, edit that ticket type and turn on its own maximum quantity per account.

The per-account limit works together with the per-order limit, so you can use both on the same event. A buyer who reaches the limit cannot add more tickets of that kind to a new order.

Payment method section

Configure and review accepted payment methods in one place.

Each event now shows which payment account takes its money, and you can change it in one place. This helps you make sure that ticket income goes to the right account before sales start.

First add your payment accounts to the brand. Open your brand, then Edit, then Payments, and connect an account, for example Stripe or Xendit. Then open your event and choose Payments. In the Payment Method section, select the payment method this event should use and choose Apply to event.

You can change the payment method only until the event has its first paid order. After that it is locked, so all payments for the event go to the same account. If no payment method is available, Go to brand payments takes you to the page where you add one.

SMS to checked-in attendees

Send targeted SMS only to attendees who have already checked in.

You can send a text only to the people who are already inside your event. Use it for set time changes, a merchandise offer, the last bar call or safety updates, without disturbing people who have not arrived yet.

Open your brand, then Messaging, and select New text. Choose the event, and under Who gets it choose People who came. Only ticket holders who have checked in at the door are included. Enter your Text message and send it.

The group is counted when the message goes out, so people who check in after you write the text but before you send it are included. To reach people who have not arrived yet, choose Ticket holders who didn't come instead.

Send SMS messages to event attendees alongside email.

You can send text messages to your ticket holders as well as emails. A text gets noticed quickly, which is useful for last-minute changes, door times and weather updates.

Open your brand, then Messaging, and select New text. Choose the event, then under Who gets it choose a group, for example Everyone with a ticket or People with certain ticket types. Enter your Text message, then send it now or schedule it for later.

The editor shows how many characters you have used and how many text parts your message needs. Marketing texts go only to people who agreed to get texts from you. Your sent texts appear in Messages with your emails, so your team can see what went out and when.

Pinned events section

Pin frequently accessed events to the top of your events list.

You can pin the events you work on most so they are always at the top of your events list. You spend less time searching and more time running your events.

Open Events and select the pin icon on any event to pin it. Pinned events move to the top of the list, and a Pinned tab appears so you can see only your pinned events. To remove an event from the top, select the pin icon again.

Pinned events stay at the top whichever tab or sort you use, with upcoming events shown before past ones. Pins are also shown on each brand's Events page.

Filter events by status

Switch between active, upcoming, past, and archived events with one click.

Your events list now has tabs, so you can go straight to the events you need. This saves scrolling and makes it harder to open the wrong event when you run many at once.

Open Events and choose a tab at the top of the list. All shows every event. Active shows published events. Upcoming and Past sort events by their dates. Archived shows events that are not published. If you have pinned any events, a Pinned tab appears as well.

The same tabs are on each brand's Events page. You can combine a tab with the search box, the brand filter and the list, grid or calendar view to narrow the list further.

Add-on resale

Allow attendees to resell add-ons alongside their tickets.

Buyers who can no longer use an add-on, such as parking, a meal or a merchandise bundle, can now offer it for resale through Ticket Fairy. You keep control of resale, buyers get a fair and safe way to pass on what they cannot use, and add-ons you had sold out can reach new fans.

Open your event, then Tickets, and go to Ticket Settings. In Anti-Scalping/Fraud Settings, select Settings, turn on Add-on Resale and save.

To keep a particular add-on out of resale, edit the add-on and turn on Withhold from Resale. Add-ons that you do not withhold can be resold once Add-on Resale is on.

Internal notes

Add internal notes to brands and events for your team — never shown to customers.

Your brand and your events can carry internal notes that only the Ticket Fairy team working with you can see. When you contact support, whoever helps you can see the history of your account, such as contacts, special arrangements and earlier requests, so you do not have to explain it all again.

Ticket Fairy's support team adds these notes in an Internal Notes section on your brand and on each event. Each note records who wrote it and when it was added or last updated.

Internal notes are never shown to your customers or on your public event page. If there is something you want the support team to remember about your brand or an event, tell them when you get in touch and they can add it for you.

Multi-entry passes

Issue passes that allow multiple entries to a single event, with per-entry tracking.

You can issue passes that let the holder get in more than once. Use them for season tickets, staff, artists and regulars who come back again and again, so you do not have to send a new ticket each time.

Open your brand and choose Multi-Entry Passes. First select Manage types and create a pass type. Give it a description and set Max. num. of uses. Then select Create New Pass, choose the pass type and add the people who should get one. You can add them one by one or upload them in bulk.

Each pass appears in Existing Passes with its holder, type and number of uses. From there you can edit, send or delete a pass, or select Send All to email every pass at once. The number of uses applies to each event, so a pass holder can come back within the limit you set.

Expanded payment support — 2021

Added support for Croatia (HRK) and Jamaica (JMD).

You can now sell tickets for events in Croatia and Jamaica and take payment in the local currency. Buyers see prices they understand, which makes them more likely to complete their purchase.

When you create or edit an event, set the venue in Croatia or Jamaica. Then choose the event's currency. Jamaica events can sell in Jamaican dollars (JMD) or US dollars. Croatia launched with the Croatian kuna. Croatia now uses the euro, so Croatian events sell in euros (EUR), with British pounds (GBP) as a second choice.

All the standard Ticket Fairy features work for events in both countries. Choose the currency before your first sale, because you cannot change the country once the event has sales.

Age restrictions on tickets

Set minimum-age restrictions per ticket type, enforced at checkout.

You can set a minimum age for your event and have it checked at checkout. This helps you meet licensing rules and stops under-age buyers before they pay, so there are fewer refunds and difficult conversations at the door.

Open your event, then Edit, and choose a Minimum age, for example 18+ or 21+. Leave it on All Ages if anyone may attend. To check each buyer's age, open your event, then Tickets, and in Ticket Settings turn on Collect and validate DOB against a minimum age. Then select Save Ticket Settings.

With the check on, buyers enter their date of birth at checkout, and anyone under your minimum age cannot complete the purchase. Your door staff should still check ID on entry where the law requires it.

Improved rich-text editing

Upgraded the description editor with proper formatting, links, embeds, and structure.

You can now lay out your event description with proper formatting. A clear description helps buyers find the answers they need, such as set times, entry rules and travel tips, and that means fewer questions for your team.

Open your event, then Edit, and go to the Event description field. Use the toolbar to add headings, bold and italic text, colours, bulleted and numbered lists, links, images and embedded media. You can also align text and add tables. Undo and redo are there if you change your mind.

What you format in the editor is what buyers see on your event page. Keep the most important details near the top, because many buyers read on a phone.

Multiple ticket types per order

Configure whether a single order can include multiple ticket types.

Each event can control whether one order may include more than one ticket type. With the setting on, a buyer can put general admission and VIP tickets in the same basket and pay once. With it off, each order holds a single ticket type, which helps when every ticket type has its own entry rules.

The setting is called Enable multiple ticket type purchase and sits in Ticket Settings on the event's Tickets page. Ticket Fairy's support team manages it for you, so contact support when you want it changed for an event.

Some events need it a particular way. Events with a seat map always allow several ticket types in one order, and events with table ticket types keep one ticket type per order.

Auto-generated short links

Every brand and event now gets an auto-generated shareable short link.

Every event and brand gets its own web address without any setup. You can share it on social media, in emails and with promoters as soon as the event exists.

When you create an event, Ticket Fairy suggests the Event URL from the event name and start date. Open your event and choose Edit to see the Event URL. From there you can copy the link or download a QR code for it. You can change the end of the address if you want a shorter or clearer one, using letters, numbers and hyphens only.

Your brand has a URL too. Open your brand, then Edit, and you find it in Brand Details next to the brand name.

Referrer in order details

Order detail rows now show the referrer or promoter whose link drove the sale.

You can now see who drove each sale. Every order shows the promoter or referring customer behind it, so you can check attribution, pay commission fairly and see which partners bring in buyers.

Open your event, then Orders, and select an order. In the order details, look for Promoter, Referred by and Referrer URL next to the customer's contact details. The Traffic & Source section also shows the traffic source and any UTM values from the link the buyer used.

When you export orders to CSV, the file includes Sold by Promoter, Promoter Email, Referred by Customer and Referrer Email columns. You can then review attribution for many orders at once.

ID re-verification

Trigger a re-verification flow for attendees whose ID couldn't be confirmed the first time.

When a buyer has not finished their ID check, you can send them a new link to try again. A failed or expired attempt no longer has to cost you the sale.

Open your event, then Orders. Orders waiting for an ID check show the status Needs Verification. Open the actions menu on the order, choose Resend verification and confirm with Resend email. The buyer gets an email with a fresh link to complete their ID verification.

While the check is outstanding, the buyer's card payment is on hold and no tickets are issued. From the same menu you can also choose Capture & verify to take the payment and issue the tickets without the check, or Cancel & release hold to cancel the order. You cannot undo either of these two actions.

Each brand now has its own events section, separate from the global list.

Each brand now has its own Events page that lists only the events that belong to that brand. If you run several brands, you find the right event faster and there is less risk of changing the wrong one.

Open your brand and choose Events. Use the tabs to switch between All, Active, Upcoming, Past and Archived events, and use the search box to find an event by name. Open any event from the list to manage it.

The main Events page still shows every event you can access across all your brands. When a brand has no events yet, its Events page prompts you to create one so you can start selling tickets.

Headline gross-revenue figures across the events list and event detail pages.

You can see how much money your events have brought in without opening a report. Headline revenue figures help you check how an on-sale is going, compare events and answer questions from partners fast.

Open Events. Each event card shows the total revenue and the tickets sold, with today's figures next to them. Open an event and go to Performance to see your net revenue, your tickets sold and the tickets in carts at the top of the page.

For more detail, the tables on the Sales by Type and Add ons tabs show gross revenue for each day or ticket type, with a running total. Use the All, Paid and Guest switch on Sales by Type to leave out free tickets.

You can keep certain add-ons with the original buyer when they resell their ticket. This suits extras that belong to the person, such as a meal they already ate, a personalised item or merchandise they already collected.

Open your event, then Tickets, and create or edit an add-on in the Add-Ons section. Turn on Withhold from Resale and select Save Add-On.

When a buyer resells a ticket, add-ons with this setting are not included in the sale. The new ticket holder gets the ticket and any other add-ons, and the original buyer keeps the withheld add-on. Add-ons without this setting are sold together with the ticket as before.

Mexico support

Run events in Mexico with full local payment support (MXN).

You can run events in Mexico and sell tickets in Mexican pesos (MXN). Buyers pay with local payment methods, and your payouts go to your Mexican bank account. Fans pay in the currency they know, and you get paid in the currency you spend.

When you create or edit the event, choose Mexico as the Country and MXN as the Currency. For your payouts, enter your Mexican bank details, including your CLABE number, in Payout Details. Set the country before your first sale, because you cannot change it once the event has sales.

Add-ons, promotions, guest tickets and the other standard Ticket Fairy features work in the same way for Mexico events.

Seat-map ticket assignment

Assign tickets to specific seats from a visual seat map.

You can put ticket holders in specific seats yourself, using your seat map. This helps when you seat groups together, move someone for access needs, or place buyers who bought a ticket type without a chosen seat.

Open your event, then Settings, and find your seat map. Select Assign Seats. Choose the ticket from the list, which shows the order number, ticket holder, ticket type and ticket code, then pick an available seat on the map and select Assign.

The tickets are emailed to the buyer once every ticket in their order has a seat. To change the seat on a ticket that already has one, open the order in Orders and edit the seat. You can choose to release the old seat when you assign the new one.

Search orders by notes

Find orders by searching the notes attached to them.

You can find an order by the notes your team wrote on it. When you flag orders for a follow-up, a refund promise or a special request, you can bring them back up in seconds, even if you do not remember the buyer's name.

Open your event, then Orders. Enter a word or phrase from the note in the search field above the orders table. The table shows every order with a matching note, together with orders that match on name, email address or order number.

To add a note, open an order and select Add Note in Order Notes. Use the same words for the same kind of follow-up, such as "call back" or "VIP", so a search finds all of them.

Advanced Google Tag Manager configuration

Configure Google Tag Manager containers per event with advanced options.

You can add your own Google Tag Manager container to an event page. Your marketing team can then run the tags they already use, such as advertising pixels and analytics, on your event page and checkout, without asking Ticket Fairy to add each one.

Open your event, then Settings, and go to Advanced Options. Enter your container ID in Google Tag Manager Container ID, then select Save Advanced Options. Your tags then fire on the event page and through the checkout steps, using the rules you set up in Tag Manager.

To use the same container for every event in a brand, add it once in the brand's settings. Check your tags in Tag Manager's preview mode before a big on-sale.

Sales tracking

Dedicated sales tracking with breakdowns by source, channel, and promoter.

You can see which of your marketing channels and promoters bring in sales. Give each channel its own link, and compare clicks and revenue side by side. You find out where your money works best and put more into it.

Open your event, then Tracking Links, and select Create Tracking Link. Enter a name for the channel, for example Instagram bio, radio advert or street poster, and link a promoter if you like. Share the link, or select Download QR to use it in print.

The Tracking Links table shows the number of clicks and the revenue from each link, and which promoter it belongs to. Select Copy table to paste the figures into your own report. For promoter sales in more detail, open Performance and select Sales by Promoter.

Search team members

Search bar on the event team page for finding people quickly.

You can find anyone in your team in seconds, even when dozens of people work on your event. This helps when you want to check someone's role, resend an invitation or remove a person who no longer needs access.

Open your event or brand, then Team. Enter a name or email address in Search members. The list shows only the people who match. To see everyone with the same job, such as all Door Staff, choose the role from the role filter.

Pending invitations have their own list and their own Search invitations field, so you can find an invitation that has not been accepted yet and resend it.

Standing-area guest tickets

Issue guest tickets that map to standing/general-admission areas of a seat map.

You can give guests a place in a standing or general admission area of your seat map, not only a numbered seat. Guests arrive with a ticket for the right area, and the area never takes more people than it can hold.

Open your event, then Guest Tickets, and choose Tickets on the Map. Select the standing or general admission area on the seat map and choose how many places you need. Enter each guest's first name, last name and email address, then select Continue and Issue Tickets.

The ticket shows the area. Each place you issue counts against that area's capacity, in the same way as a ticket someone buys.

Sales by time slot

Break down sales reporting by individual time slot for time-slot events.

You can see how each time slot is selling. Spot the times that are filling up and the ones that need a push, so you can move your marketing, add capacity or change prices where it helps.

Open your event, then Performance, and select the Sales by Type tab. For an event with time-slot tickets, the Sales by Time Slot table shows each slot's start date and time, the ticket type, the number of sales and the revenue, with running totals as you go down the table.

Select Show filter to narrow the report by ticket type or order date. Use the All, Paid and Guest switch to include or leave out free tickets.

Membership management

Create membership tiers, attach perks, and manage the holder list.

You can sell memberships that give your regulars benefits across the season. Members come back more often, and you get income before the season starts.

Open your event, then Membership, and select Add Membership. Enter a name and description, and set the price and the Duration (months). Under Free Admission, choose the ticket types members get for free. Under Additional Items, add extras such as merchandise, digital items or experiences. Save the plan and it appears in Membership Plans.

You can offer several plans at different prices. The Membership Usage tab shows each member's visits and the items they have collected, and you can record a visit by hand. If a teammate saves the same plan while you edit it, you choose whose changes to keep.

Event payout details

Per-event view of payout amounts, fees, and timing.

You can check how and when you will get paid for each event, and send an event's money to a different bank account if you need to. This helps when a co-promoter, venue or separate company should receive the payout for one event.

Open your event and edit it. In Payout Details, turn on Use alternative payout details for this event and enter the account holder name, bank details and address for that event. The fields match the bank details used in the country you choose.

When you publish an event, the Payment Details section tells you when payouts arrive. If the event is not connected to your own Stripe account, payouts go out 10 to 15 days after the event ends. It also lists the most common reasons for a delay, such as pending refund requests.

Google Analytics tracking

Drop a Google Analytics ID on event pages to track views and conversions.

You can send the visits and sales from your event page to your own Google Analytics account. You see how many people view your event, where they come from and how many go on to buy, all next to the rest of your marketing data.

Open your event, then Settings, and go to Advanced Options. Enter your ID in Google Analytics Measurement ID, or in Google Analytics Tracking ID for an older account, and select Save Advanced Options. Page views, checkout steps and completed purchases are then sent to your account.

To track every event in a brand, add the ID once in the brand's settings instead. You cannot add the same ID at event level when it is already added for the brand. Data can take a few hours to show in Google Analytics.

Real-time cart visibility

See how many tickets are currently held in customer carts — useful during high-demand on-sales.

You can see how many tickets people are holding in their carts right now, next to the tickets already sold. During a busy on-sale this shows you real demand as it happens, so you know when to release more tickets or open the next tier.

Open your event, then Performance. The Tickets in carts figure shows how many buyers are checking out and how many tickets they hold. Select the Tickets in Cart tab for more detail: the ticket types in carts and a map of where buyers are, with a list of buyers by city.

Tickets in a cart are held for the buyer for a short time. If they do not finish checkout in time, the tickets go back on sale for other buyers.

Export individual orders as printable PDFs for receipts and records.

You can download the tickets in an order as a PDF, ready to print. This helps at the box office, for guests who arrive without their phone, and for anyone who wants a paper copy.

Open your event, then Orders, and open the order. Select Download for Ticket Printer. A PDF file with the tickets in that order downloads to your computer, and you can print it straight away.

To print all tickets of one ticket type at once, use Print Ticket Type Tickets from the orders table. Choose the ticket type, select Load tickets, and then Download All.

Live stock counts

See remaining inventory per ticket type in real time.

You can see how many tickets are left for each ticket type at a glance. You know which tickets are selling fastest and when to release the next tier, without working out sales against capacity yourself.

Open your event, then Tickets. The Stock column in the ticket types table shows the tickets left for each type, and updates as orders come in. If your event uses a maximum inventory, the column shows the tickets left and the maximum side by side. The bottom of the table shows the total for all ticket types.

When a ticket type has no stock left, its row is shown as sold out. To stop sales of a type early, open its menu and select Mark as Sold Out.

Bulk gift certificate issuance

Upload a CSV to issue many gift certificates at once.

You can send many gift certificates in one go instead of issuing them one by one. This saves hours when you reward staff, send partner packages or hand out competition prizes.

Open your event, then Gift Certificates. In Upload Gift Certificate, choose the email template to send. Prepare a CSV file with one row per recipient and these columns in order: first name, last name, email address, type of ticket, number of tickets and notes. Do not include a header row. Select Add from CSV and choose your file.

Check the rows that appear in the table and correct anything that looks wrong. Then issue the certificates. Each recipient gets their certificate by email.

Support user role

New role limited to orders and check-in — designed for customer-support team members.

You can give your help desk and front-of-house team the access they need to look after customers, and nothing more. They can find orders, help buyers and scan tickets at the door, while your money, settings and guest lists stay out of their reach.

Open your event or brand, then Team, and select Invite New Team Member. Enter the person's email address and choose the Customer Support role. They get an email invitation to join.

People with this role can view and manage orders and run check-in. They cannot see financial figures, change event settings or issue guest tickets. You can change their role or remove them from Team at any time.

RSVP tracking

Track RSVPs and turn them into orders when attendees decide to commit.

You can run free events where guests RSVP instead of buying a ticket, and see who is coming in one list. This helps you plan numbers for launches, showcases and community nights, and keep in touch with the people who said yes.

To turn it on, open your event, then Settings, and switch on Enable RSVP. To see your guest list, open Performance and select the RSVP tab. The list shows each person's name, email address and the date they replied. Select Export RSVP to download the list.

People who RSVP are kept apart from your waiting list and your pre-registrations. When you email your guests from Messaging, choose All ticket holders and RSVPs to reach them together with your ticket holders.

Date filters on orders

Filter the orders table by purchase date range.

You can find orders from a certain period without scrolling through your whole order list. This helps when you check a busy weekend, follow up on sales from a promotion, or answer a question about orders from a particular day.

Open your event, then Orders. Set the start and end dates to narrow the list to orders from that window. Combine the dates with the other filters, such as ticket type or status, to get the exact group you need, for example all VIP orders from a promotional weekend.

To take the result away with you, use Export Filtered Tickets. Clear the filters to see every order again.

Membership usage

See how many times each membership has been used and on which events.

You can see how your members use their membership. Check which benefits each member has used, and find members who have not visited yet, so you can remind them what they get. It also helps you confirm that every visit and item was recorded correctly.

Open your event, then Membership, and select the Membership Usage tab. Open a member to see their visits, how many of their included tickets have been checked in out of the total, and which extra items they have collected.

To add a visit by hand, select Record a Visit. Choose the ticket, record any items the member collected, and save. You can update a visit later if something was missed.

Reassign ticket time slots

Move an attendee to a different time slot directly from the orders section.

You can move a ticket holder to a different time slot yourself. When someone is running late or needs another day, you change their booking in a few clicks instead of refunding and selling them a new ticket.

Open your event, then Orders, and open the order. Select Change Time Slot, then choose the new Date and Time and save. The attendee gets an updated ticket by email.

The new slot must have space left. If it is full, you can choose Override stock to move the ticket anyway. When you change a whole order at once, tickets that are checked in, cancelled, refunded or being resold stay as they are.

Message pre-registered users

Send announcements and updates to people on a pre-registration list.

You can email everyone who pre-registered for your event. These are your keenest fans, so tell them first when tickets go on sale, share an early access code, or reveal your line-up to build excitement before the sale opens.

Open your event, then Messaging, and start a new email. For the audience, choose Pre-registered customers to reach everyone who signed up, or Pre-registered customers without orders to reach only people who have not bought yet. Enter your subject and message, send yourself a test if you like, and then send it.

Choose the group without orders when you want to remind people to buy, so your existing buyers do not get the same message twice.

Reserve specific seats on guest tickets

Issue guest tickets with chosen seat assignments instead of general admission only.

You can give guests a real seat, not only general admission. Put VIPs, press or family in the seats you choose, and they arrive with a ticket that shows exactly where to sit. This saves confusion at the door and keeps your best seats for the right people.

Open your event, then Guest Tickets. On a seated event, choose Tickets on the Map instead of Regular Tickets. Select the seats on the seat map, then enter each guest's first name, last name and email address. Select Continue, then Issue Tickets.

The seats you pick are held for the guest and can no longer be sold. For a guest who does not need a seat, use Regular Tickets as before. Ticket types must be linked to the seat map before they appear on the map.

Localized event descriptions

Provide event descriptions and images in multiple languages.

You can show your event page in your visitors' language. Add a translated description and flyer for each language you want to support. Fans read about your event in words they understand, which helps more of them buy.

Open your event and edit it. In the Event Description section, use the language menu to choose a language, then enter the description in that language. In the Event Images section, choose the same language and add a flyer or poster for it. Repeat for each language, then save the event.

Visitors see the version that matches their browser language. If there is no match, they see your default description. To remove a translation, select Clear and use default description.

Message brand opt-ins

Send messages to all customers who opted into the brand, not just those with active orders.

You can email everyone who agreed to hear from your brand, not only people with tickets for an upcoming event. Past guests who liked your last show are often your best buyers for the next one, so this helps you fill new events faster.

Open your brand, then Messaging, and start a new email. For the audience, choose the group of people who agreed to get emails from your brand. Enter your subject and message, review it, and send it.

Marketing emails go only to people who opted in, and each email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also send an email to your brand team.

Attendee tags

Tag ticket holders with custom labels for segmentation, filtering, and targeted messaging.

You can label ticket holders with your own tags, such as Artist, Press, Sponsor or Crew, on top of the ticket type they bought. Tags help your team recognise who is who and give special people the right treatment.

First, set up the tags for your event. Open your event, then Tickets, and go to the ticket settings. In Attendee Tags (optional), enter each tag you want to use. Then add tags to people. When you issue a guest ticket, choose tags in Attendee Tags (optional). For a ticket that someone bought, open the order in Orders, edit the ticket and choose its tags.

Tags belong to one event. Each event has its own list of tags.

Running totals on add-on sales

Add-on sales reports now show cumulative totals alongside per-period figures.

You can see how your add-on sales build up over time, without adding up rows yourself. Each day's figures now sit next to a running total, so you can tell at a glance how close you are to selling out your merch, parking or other extras, or to your revenue target.

Open your event, then Performance, and select the Add ons tab. The sales table by date shows the number of sales, revenue and gross revenue for each day. Next to each of these, a Running Total column adds up everything sold up to that day.

Use Copy table to paste the figures into your own spreadsheet or report.

Paid-only sales filter

Filter sales reporting to exclude comp tickets and unpaid orders.

You can see your sales without free tickets mixed in. Guest tickets and 100% discount codes add to your ticket counts but bring in no money. Hiding them shows you what people really paid for, without exporting your data and cleaning it up yourself.

Open your event, then Performance, and select the Sales by Type tab. Use the switch at the top of the report: All shows every ticket, Paid shows only tickets with a price, and Guest shows only free tickets. The tables and totals update straight away.

On the Sales by Promo Code tab, turn on Only show paid tickets to hide free tickets from each code's figures. These filters change only what you see. Your orders stay the same.

Guest ticket delegations

Delegate guest-ticket allocations to other team members or partners.

You can share out your guest list without sharing your whole event. Give a partner, an artist or a team member their own allowance of tickets, and they send them out themselves. This saves you from handling every guest request, and you still see every ticket they issue.

Open your event, then Delegations, and select Create Delegation. Enter a Delegation Name for the person or group. Under Ticket Types, add the ticket types they can issue and the quantity of each. Then select Manage Access, add the people by first name, last name and email address, and use Copy access link to share it with them.

You can change a delegation's quantity later, and you confirm the change before it saves. Deleting a delegation also asks you to confirm.

You can run events in India and sell tickets in Indian rupees (INR). Buyers pay with local Indian payment methods at checkout, and your payouts go to your Indian bank account in INR. This makes it easier for local fans to buy and keeps your money in the currency you spend.

To set up an India event, open the event form and choose India as the Country, then choose INR as the Currency. Set this before your first sale, because you cannot change the country once the event has sales.

Promotions, add-ons, guest tickets and the other standard Ticket Fairy features work for India events. If you let fans resell their tickets, sellers at India events pay no resale fee.
