A staple of the drum & bass scene for nearly a decade, the pair have recently dropped a six-track EP ‘[Superstructure](https://open.spotify.com/album/6JVMOw5jb15bbNMSpynwhF)‘ via Shogun Audio record label, which features a scintillating collaboration with Bristol-based musician Javeon (on ‘[Loaded](https://open.spotify.com/track/11rI05X3ebGKNKp78Shi8z)‘) and a techno-inspired tune in ‘[Escalate](https://open.spotify.com/track/7MleKci9LcTMxxWBLvwouK).’ Speaking about the EP’s artwork with UKF, the duo [shared](https://ukf.com/read/catching-up-with-gest/), “Throughout the whole GEST project really there’s been an inspiration from brutalist architecture, these kinds of almost ugly, concrete structures that feel fairly threatening, but are actually maybe beautiful and interesting. Maybe it’s a natural link for a lot of producers, that sci-fi influence, when you see some of these structures and buildings it brings to mind dystopian vibes and the music has a link to that.” GEST marks this release with a [four-city tour](https://www.instagram.com/p/C6nuwEAilhu/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) of Australia and New Zealand, off which Chiccoreli’s Liquid Lowdown is the final stop, slotted for June 8.
