# Pay artists, suppliers and crew straight from ticket sales

With Vault, ticket money reaches your balance as buyers pay, so you pay the people you owe without waiting for the payout. Settle everyone after the show in one batch.

[Get started free](https://manage.ticketfairy.com/registration) [Book a demo](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/book-a-demo) ![Ticket Fairy Vault overview for an active account, with balances in two currencies and the Vault account card below them](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault--balance-overview.png)

- Pay suppliers from this year's ticket sales
- Settle everyone the event owes in one batch
- A second person approves payments when you choose

## See each event's earnings and what you can pay today

Ticket money reaches your balance as buyers pay, so you can pay next year's venue deposit from this year's ticket sales. The Overview shows each currency, with the money available now kept apart from money still on its way or held. For each event, you see the ticket sales and add-ons and what came off for refunds, fees and partner shares. You also see what you can expect to receive and when the payout is due.

- **Balance per currency**: available now, on its way and held, in each currency you hold
- **Money from each event**: what buyers paid, what came off and what you can expect
- **Payout dates**: which events have a payout due, on hold or already paid

![Ticket Fairy Vault Money from this event for an ended event, with ticket sales and add-ons, refunds, fees, partner shares, Capital repaid, disputes and the estimate of what reaches you](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault-event-money--statement.png)

## Pay your artists, suppliers and crew after the show

You keep the list of who you owe on the event, and Ticket Fairy starts it for you from your artist and supplier bookings. Choose the people to pay and send them all in one batch, or upload a spreadsheet of payments. Pay a single supplier with the reference they will see on their statement. Set up recurring payments for venue rent and residencies. You can pay from a balance in another currency, and you see the rate and fee before anyone sends the payment.

- **Who you owe for this event**: started from your bookings, each person marked to pay or paid
- **Pay several people**: entered by hand or uploaded from a spreadsheet, sent now or on a date
- **Recurring payments**: rent, residencies and regular suppliers paid weekly or monthly
- **Pay from any balance**: see the rate and fee before the payment goes

![Ticket Fairy Vault Pay several people with three payments to an event's artist, sound supplier and venue](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault-payment-batches--builder.png)

## Give your event team cards with the limits you set

Give a team member a virtual or physical card in their name. Choose what the card is for and it comes with matching limits, dates and places it works, all of which you can change. Give your whole crew a virtual card each for an event in one go. If a card goes missing, freeze it in seconds. Add a photo of each receipt to the payment and link it to the event. If a payment was charged twice or never arrived, report it in your own words.

- **Cards for your team**: virtual or physical, in each person's name
- **Crew cards**: one card each for your crew, linked to the event
- **Freeze and change**: freeze, cancel or change limits from the card
- **Receipts on card payments**: you see when the receipt total differs from the payment

![Ticket Fairy Vault Create card with Crew card for an event chosen and its controls open: the dates it works, a daily limit, ways to pay and where it works](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault-cards--crew-card.png)

## Get paid for table deposits, sponsorship and hire fees

Take money that is not a ticket without chasing bank transfers. Share a payment link for a VIP table deposit, venue hire or merchandise pre-orders. One person can pay it once, or many people can pay it, and the money goes into your Vault balance. Raise invoices with line items and a due date for sponsors, traders and partner venues. Open local bank details in another currency, so a sponsor abroad pays you the way they pay any account in their own country.

- **Payment links**: a set amount or one the payer chooses, shared or emailed
- **Sponsor and trader invoices**: finalise, send the link, then mark paid or void
- **Receiving accounts**: local bank details in the currencies you are paid in

![Ticket Fairy Vault Get paid page with a paid VIP table deposit link, merchandise pre-orders taking payments, a sponsorship link turned off and a group deposit that ended](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault-get-paid--payment-links.png)

## Keep control of the payments your team makes

Turn on payment approvals and a different owner or admin must send each payment someone prepares. A mistake or a stolen login cannot move money on its own. Before money moves, you confirm it is you and see exactly what you are approving. Mark the suppliers you pay at every event as trusted, with a second person approving them. Each batch shows who prepared it and who sent it. Your accountant gets statements and a spreadsheet of every movement.

- **Payment approvals**: one person prepares, a different person sends
- **Trusted recipients**: fewer checks for suppliers two people have approved
- **Statements for your accountant**: an official PDF or a spreadsheet of every movement

![Ticket Fairy Vault payment batch seen by the person who prepared it, saying someone else needs to send it](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-vault-payment-batches--second-person-required.png)

## Let Fai prepare payments and reminders after each show

After an event, Fai works out who to pay from your bookings. For a percentage deal, she works out the final fee from the contract and the ticket sales. Fai then prepares payment batches and invoice reminders, and shows each step of her working. You accept a suggestion, change it first or dismiss it. Money moves only when a person on your team sends it.

- **Percentage deal fees**: each step of the sum shown before you accept
- **Prepared for you**: accept, change or dismiss each suggestion

## Questions About Vault

### Vault

#### Is Ticket Fairy a bank?

No. The Ticket Fairy, Inc. is a technology platform and is not a bank. Vault banking services are provided through regulated banking partners, and Ticket Fairy Capital financing is provided by third-party private credit partners, who make every funding decision.

#### How do I open a Vault account?

An owner or admin opens it from Vault on your brand. You enter details of the business and the people behind it, then finish a verification check. Cards, transfers and receiving accounts are ready to use once the account is active.

#### Which businesses can open a Vault account?

You can finish setup in Ticket Fairy for a company, partnership or sole trader in the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore, any EU country, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. A business in the United Kingdom or one of those European countries accepts the agreements for its own country before sending its details.

#### Does my ticket money go straight into Vault?

Yes, for events where your buyers pay by card through Vault. The money reaches your Vault balance as buyers pay. You can also collect money into Vault with payment links and invoices, and receive payments into your local bank details.

#### Who on my team can use Vault?

Your brand's owners and admins. Event-level logins such as promoter, door and stats do not see Vault. Only the brand owner can turn payment approvals on or off.

#### Can I still take a normal payout?

Yes. Payouts run on the schedule you agreed, and they still go to your own business bank account. Vault changes where the money waits and what you can do with it while it waits.

#### Is all of Available now mine to use?

It is what you can move out of Vault today. It does not take off refunds you still owe, Capital you have not repaid or money due to others, so subtract those before you commit to a payment.

#### How many payments or cards can I send at once?

A payment batch holds up to 100 payments, and Issue several cards makes up to 50 virtual cards in one go. Physical cards are issued one person at a time.

#### Can Fai send money on her own?

No. When you accept a suggestion that involves money, Fai only adds people to an event's list or prepares a payment batch. A person on your team sends it after confirming it is them, and a second person sends it when payment approvals are on.
