Create a reusable event template Créer un événement # Create a reusable event template When a ticket setup works for you, from release tiers to add-ons, share it as a template without showing your prices. You choose the standard ticket, say who the setup suits and send it for review before anyone else can start from it. Sharing puts your brand's name on a public page, so if you can't find **Share an event**, ask an owner or an admin to do this part. - Check that the ticket names, prices and allocations reflect what you want to share. 1. ## Pick the event to share Open **Event Templates** on your brand, select **Share an event**, then pick the event whose ticket setup another event organizer could reuse. **Remarque:** A successful event gives another event organizer a proven starting point for prices, allocations and release timings. ![The Share an event as a template dialog with an event selected](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-templates--share-event.png) *Brand settings, Event templates, Share an event.* ## The tiers the template copied The template copies the ticket tiers, their relative prices and allocations from the event. It is the one tier the next event organizer prices, and it starts as the paid tier with the largest allocation. **Remarque:** Changing it recalculates every tier's relative price without changing the relationship between them; only the price the next event organizer enters changes. Pick a paid ticket type that buyers would recognize as the standard option. 3. ## Enter the template details Enter a name that describes the kind of event in **Template name**, such as Two stage weekender, and choose the closest **Kind of event**. Both are needed before you can create the draft. **Conseil:** Name it for the kind of event rather than for yours. A name like Summer Weekender 2026 belongs to one date, so an event organizer browsing the gallery cannot see what it sets up; Two stage weekender with camping tells them at a glance whether it fits their event. 4. ## Explain what the template is for Explain the setup in one or two plain sentences in **What is it for?**, in your own language if that is not English. Optional: enter who should use it in **Who it suits**. 5. ## Create the draft Select **Create draft**. The draft appears on the Event Templates page. 6. ## Submit the template for review On the Event Templates page, select **Submit** on the draft, then **Submit** to send it for review. You can withdraw it while it is under review or after it has been published. **Remarque:** The template returns to draft and disappears from the public gallery. Your team can still open and edit it. Fai can find the template and withdraw it after showing you its current status.
