# Can you run a festival's marketing and production from one dashboard?

The stage time on the running order is the one on the artist's contract and the one in the announcement. In Ticket Fairy a festival team's schedule, artists, travel, tasks, budget and messages to buyers all sit on the same event as the tickets. Your production team and your box office work from the same facts.

Tickets, the schedule, the artists, their travel, the crew, the budget and every message to buyers all sit on the same event, so you do not keep any of it in a second tool.

Pour: Running a festival's tickets and production on the same event

Durée: 7 minutes

Yes, for the parts a ticketing platform can honestly hold. The event you sell tickets from also carries the running order, the artists and what each of them was promised, their flights and hotels, the task board, the budget, and every message you send buyers.

It matters because those things share the same facts. The stage time on the running order is the one on the artist's contract and the one in the announcement. Kept in separate tools, the same stage time has to be changed in each one.

Marketing works the same way: promoter links, referral rewards, tracking links, social posts and buyer emails each show you the sales they brought in, beside the sales report itself.

## Comment Ticket Fairy vous aide

- ### [The running order](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/plan-your-event-production)

Stages, set times and changeovers on the event itself, so the running order has one home.
- ### [The artists and what they were promised](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/book-and-brief-your-artists)

Each act with its fee, rider, contacts and stage time, so the brief you send is the deal you agreed.
- ### [Travel and hotels](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/book-travel-and-accommodation-for-your-artists)

Flights, transfers and rooms against the act they belong to, rather than a spreadsheet only the tour manager can read.
- ### [Who owes what, and when](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/keep-your-event-tasks-on-track)

Tasks with an owner and a date, on the event, so the week before the show is a list rather than a group chat.
- ### [Everything you send buyers](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/email-your-buyers)

Announcements, door times and the thank-you afterwards, sent to the group you choose and measured by who opened them.
- ### [The marketing that sold the tickets](https://www.ticketfairy.com/fr/guides/track-which-promotion-sold-your-tickets)

Promoter links, referral rewards and tracking links, each showing the sales it produced beside the sales report itself.

## Le configurer

- [Put the running order where the tickets are](#step-1)
- [Keep each act and what you agreed together](#step-2)
- [Book the travel and the rooms](#step-3)
- [Give every job an owner and a date](#step-4)
- [Ask Fai about the whole event](#step-5)

## Avant de commencer

- You're an owner, an admin or a **Producer** on the event. A Producer can manage the schedule, the artists and the tasks.
- Event management is switched on for your account. If it is not, the page says so.
- Your event exists with its dates. The schedule, the artists and the tasks all hang off it, so it comes first.

1. ## Put the running order where the tickets are

Open the event, select **Schedule & Timeline** and add the stages and set times.

**Remarque:** The stage time you announce is the same one your crew works to.
![The schedule of a festival, with stages down the side and set times across the day](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-production--schedule.png) Schedule & Timeline.
2. ## Keep each act and what you agreed together

Select **Artists** and add each act with its fee, contacts and rider.

**Remarque:** The brief you send an act is then the deal you made, and the week of the show nobody is searching an inbox for the rider.
![The artists booked for a festival, with their fees and contacts](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-production--artists.png) Artists.
3. ## Book the travel and the rooms

Select **Travel** for flights and transfers, and **Accommodation** for the rooms you have taken and who is in each one.

**Remarque:** A delayed flight is then attached to the act it affects, so you can see which set is at risk. The picture below shows the accommodation list.
![Accommodation booked for a festival's artists, with rooms and dates](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-production--accommodation.png) Accommodation.
4. ## Give every job an owner and a date

Select **Tasks** and assign each job with the date it is due.

**Remarque:** The people working the event are already in it, so the board is where they look.
![The task board of a festival, with each job assigned and dated](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-production--tasks.png) Tasks.
5. ## Ask Fai about the whole event

Ask Fai what is running late across tickets, artists, travel and tasks.

**Remarque:** You get one answer instead of opening four tools and comparing them yourself.

## Ou faites-le faire pour vous

Fai, the assistant inside your dashboard, reads across all of it in one question: what is unsold, what is unbooked, what is late. She drafts the messages and puts anything that changes your event to you first.

### Dans votre tableau de bord, avec Fai

For \<EVENT NAME\>, tell me what is behind: unsold ticket types, artists with no travel booked and tasks past their date

### Depuis votre propre assistant, via MCP

Connectez votre assistant à [notre serveur MCP](https://www.ticketfairy.com/mcp-server) et demandez-lui :

Conservez `--read-only` dans votre configuration MCP. Cette tâche ne fait que lire des données, votre assistant n’a donc pas besoin d’outils qui effectuent des changements.

Find my event \<EVENT NAME\> and show its schedule and tasks

## Questions que vous pourriez avoir

Does this replace my project management tool?: For the work that hangs off the event, yes: the schedule, the artists, their travel and the tasks. Work that has nothing to do with the event stays where it is.

Can my production team see this without seeing my sales?: Yes. Give them the **Producer** role on the event: they can add and complete tasks, change the schedule and see the artists, and they never see your revenue. Anyone with any role on the event can read the tasks.

What happens to all this when I run the event again next year?: Duplicate the event and the setup comes with it, so next year starts from what worked rather than from an empty page.

Is the marketing side in the same place?: Yes. Promoter links, referral rewards, tracking links, social posts and buyer emails are all on the same event, and each reports the sales it produced.
