Ce dont vous avez besoin avant de commencer

  • You have an owner, admin or Stats login for the brand.
  • You have at least one completed buyer order for an event under this brand. Orders without a country still count in the total but cannot appear under a named place.
  • Start with the whole brand

Open your brand and go to Geographics. Show buyers for starts at All events, so the first report combines buyer orders from every event under the brand. The four figures at the top show the number of orders, how many named countries appear in buyers' billing addresses, the leading country and the leading city. The chart ranks up to six countries by orders; each percentage is that country's share of orders with a country on record. The three tables rank countries, regions and cities.

The places shown come from the billing address on each order, not the event venue or the buyer's location at checkout. Orders counts purchases; Tickets counts tickets bought for the events in this report. Orders without a country remain in the total and appear as Orders with no location on record.

  • Choose the events the report should cover

Open Show buyers for and choose one of six options: All events, An event series, Specific events, One venue, Events in a city or Events in a country. After you choose an option, use the second field to choose the series, events, venue, city or country. A series includes every event assigned to it. A venue includes every event for this brand at that venue, and its field searches as you enter the venue name.

These choices are alternatives. Choosing Events in a city replaces Specific events; it does not add a city filter to the events you chose. Use Specific events when you need one hand-picked set.

  • Compare a hand-picked set of events

Choose Specific events, then search for and select up to 500 events. The field keeps every event you chose visible, and the subtitle above the chart changes to Across the events you chose. Use this for a launch weekend, two editions of the same show or any group that is not already an event series.

The report adds the chosen events together. It does not place them side by side, so choose one event at a time if you want to compare their figures.

  • Find buyers for events taking place in one location

Choose Events in a city or Events in a country, then select the place where the events take place. The chart and tables still show where those events' buyers are based. In the example, choosing Manchester includes events at Manchester venues. The table may still list Manchester, London and Dublin because those are the places recorded for their buyers.

Online events without a venue are not included when you choose a host city or host country. They still belong to All events and can be included under Specific events. A city is paired with its country, so two cities with the same name remain separate choices.

Questions que vous pourriez avoir

Does an Events in a city filter show buyers who live in that city?
No. It first chooses events taking place in that city, using each event's venue. The country, region and city results then show the billing addresses of buyers for those events.
Why is the Tickets number higher than Orders?
One order can contain several tickets from the events included in the report. Each purchase appears once under Orders in its billing location. The Tickets figure counts only the tickets from those events.
Why do the named countries add up to fewer orders than the total?
Some orders have no billing country on record. They remain in the Orders total and in the unknown-location figure, but cannot appear under a country, region or city.
Which orders are included?
The report includes customer purchases after payment, including orders with tickets listed for resale or going through a resale. When a resale completes, the original buyer's order no longer counts. The report also excludes deleted or refunded orders and tickets issued by your team rather than bought by a customer.
Can I combine a venue with a city or country?
No. The six choices under Show buyers for replace one another. Choose Specific events and select all the events you need when no single series, venue, city or country describes the group.
Can I see each buyer on a map?
The brand report is a ranked summary across events, not an order-by-order map. Open one event and use its Geographics page when you need that event's map and its billing-address or purchase-location views.
Can Fai answer the same questions for a chosen group of events?
Yes. Ask in ordinary language. Fai can find the matching series, venue, event host city or event host country, then compare buyer countries, regions and cities from billing addresses for those events. For a hand-picked set, name the events you want included.
