1. ## Choisissez ce modèle

## Questions que vous vous posez peut-être

When does an attendee get the deposit back?:  Their ticket earns the deposit back when it is scanned before the cutoff you choose.

What happens when only some tickets in an order are scanned?:  Each ticket scanned by the cutoff earns its own share back. Only tickets not scanned by the cutoff are charged.

Can the cutoff be after the event starts?:  Yes. Choose a relative time after the start, before the end, throughout the event or a specific time inside the event window.
