Shimza, one of South Africa’s finest talents, will bring his infectious sound to Mia on November 25. His show in Tulum is a part of his ‘Shinzo on Tour,’ which began this month on November 5 in Johannesburg, and will end with a show on New Year’s Eve at the Umhlathuze Complex in Richards Bay, SA. He has also remixed Copenhagen-based band, WhoMadeWho, and Rampa’s ‘Everyday.’ In 2009, he started a philanthropic initiative called ‘One Man Show.’ The show featured performances from some of the greatest artists, including Grammy-winning South African DJ/producer and songwriter Black Coffee, South African rapper Cassper Nyovest, electronic duo Black Motion, and more.
