Mikael Temrowski, known popularly as [Quinn XCII](https://www.instagram.com/quinnxcii/), is an American singer-songwriter based in Detroit, Michigan. His journey with music began back in 2011, after writing and recording his own songs while still studying at Michigan State University. After a few years, Quinn XCII released his debut EP ‘[Change of Scenery](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytsQx5m6GZo&list=PLeeJEuZ3JKa1fq-SrNZ_N5ik1b-GhPL2F)‘ in 2015, which garnered millions of listeners – enough for him to later sign with [Columbia Records](https://www.columbiarecords.com/) and release four albums year after year. Quinn XCII has been known for blending various genres, including hip-hop, reggae, rock, electronic, and even soul, which will be on display at The Surf Lodge.
