# Connect your Meta and network advertising pixels

Put your advertising pixels on your event pages and checkout, so the platforms you buy ads on can see which ticket sales came from which campaign.

Who it is for: Anyone buying ads for an event

How long it takes: 10 minutes

Checked against the dashboard: 23 August 2026

## Steps

1. ### Open your brand settings

Pixels belong to the brand rather than to one event, so every event you run inherits them and you set them up once. Open the brand you are selling under and go to Integrations. You need to be an owner, an admin or on marketing for this brand. If you are a promoter or on stats, ask one of them to do this part.
2. ### Connect Meta

Meta comes first and works differently from the rest. In Meta conversion tracking, select Connect Meta, sign in, choose your ad account and the pixel your sales should report to, then turn tracking on. Sales then report to Meta from our servers as well as from the browser, so a buyer who blocks tracking is still counted. The sign-in lasts about two months; renewing it means going through Connect Meta and these steps again.
3. ### Add the other networks you buy on

The panel is called Network Conversion Tracking Pixels, and it gives each network its own tab. Pick the tab, paste the ID, and add as many as that network needs. The tab shows a count once a pixel is on it, so you can see at a glance what is live.

4. ### Check that a sale reports back

Buy a ticket on your own event, or use a test order, and look for the purchase event in the network you are checking. Seeing it arrive is the check. Most networks also get the order value with it, so their reporting matches your ticket sales; TikTok is the exception and receives the sale without an amount, which is normal and not a sign that anything is wrong.

## Or ask an assistant to do it

Fai, the assistant inside your dashboard, can set both halves up for you, and so can your own AI assistant through our MCP server. Both stop and ask you to approve each change before they make it. The one part neither can do is the Meta sign-in, which has to happen in your browser, so do that step yourself and let the assistant take it from there.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

Show me which tracking pixels this brand has, then turn Meta conversion tracking on for the pixel we advertise with and add our TikTok pixel \<your TikTok pixel ID\>.

### From your own assistant, over MCP

Connect your assistant to [our MCP server](https://www.ticketfairy.com/mcp-server) and ask it:

The setup on that page starts your assistant in read-only mode, where it can look but change nothing. Take `--read-only` out of it to let the assistant do this for you. It then asks you to approve each change before it makes it.

Pick the brand I sell under, then list its tracking pixels and its Meta connection status, turn Meta tracking on for the pixel I name, and add the network pixels I give you.

## Questions people ask about this

Where do I put my Meta pixel in Ticket Fairy?: In your brand settings, under Integrations. Meta has a guided setup of its own, above the other networks: you connect Meta, pick the ad account and the pixel, and turn tracking on. There is no ID to copy and no token to paste.

Which advertising networks can I track, besides Meta?: TikTok, ChatGPT, Reddit, X, Google Analytics, Pinterest, Snapchat and Bing report your sales back today, and there is a custom option for anything else you run. Spotify, LinkedIn, Amazon and Google Ads have a tab you can save an ID in, but they do not record a sale yet, so add them for the tag and take those numbers from your Ticket Fairy reports until they do.

Can I add more than one pixel for the same network?: Yes for every network except Bing, which uses the first one you add and nothing else. Everywhere else the tab holds a list, so an agency running two accounts against one event can add both and see a count on the tab.

Will my pixels still fire if the buyer checks out on my own website?: Yes. The embedded checkout fires the same pixels at the same points as the hosted checkout, so a sale on your own site is attributed the same way.
