# Review event comments and reports

Your event's conversation can include new comments awaiting approval and published comments someone has reported. Your event team and authorized Ticket Fairy support review the same conversation, with each decision recorded against the comment's current version.

Takes:  4 minutes

- [Open the event's Comments page](#step-1)
- [Choose what to review](#step-2)
- [Inspect the photos](#step-3)
- [Approve or hide the comment](#step-4)
- [Check new work from the header](#step-5)

## Before you start

- You are signed in to the Ticket Fairy account you use to administer the event, or to your authorized Ticket Fairy support account.

1. ## Open the event's Comments page

   Choose your event in the dashboard, then select **Comments**. The page opens the existing conversation and its review controls.
2. ## Choose what to review

   Select **Awaiting review** for new and edited comments, or **Reports** for reported comments. The list shows the comment and its conversation.
3. ## Inspect the photos

   Select an attached photo, inspect the other photos on that comment, then close the photo viewer to return to the conversation.
4. ## Approve or hide the comment

   Choose **Approve** to publish a comment or **Hide** to remove it from the public conversation, enter your moderation reason, then confirm with **Approve comment** or **Hide comment**. The comment shows the result.
5. ## Check new work from the header

   Select the bell labeled **Comment review** in the dashboard header, then an event notice to open that event's Comments page. **Next page** and **Previous page** move through longer notice lists.

## Or have it done for you

Fai, your AI teammate, can check sales, update your event or change a ticket when you ask.

Fai can list your comment-review notices, read an event's pending or reported comments and open their attached images. She can approve or hide a comment with its current revision and your reason, and asks you to confirm the decision first. She uses the same event permissions as the dashboard.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

```
Show the comments awaiting review and unresolved reports for my event, including their photos. Show me each proposed decision and reason, and wait for my confirmation before approving or hiding anything.
```

## Questions you might have

**Who can review an event's comments?**

 People who have administrator access to that event and authorized Ticket Fairy support can review it. Other team roles do not gain review access from a notice or an old link. Your current access is checked again when you open the list or make a decision.

**Why is there no comment-review notice?**

 Comment-review notices are being rolled out. Until notices are enabled, open the event and select Comments to check its current review lists. Once enabled, unread work is grouped by event rather than sending one notice for every comment. Check the dashboard; an email, a phone alert and a response time are not part of these notices.

**Does opening a notice finish the review?**

 No. Opening a notice takes you to the event and can mark only the notice version you saw as read. If newer work arrived first, that work stays unread. You still need to inspect the comments and make your decisions.

**What if another administrator reviewed the comment first?**

 Reload the comments and check the current result. Your earlier view cannot overwrite a newer decision. Decide again only if you still need to change the current comment, and enter the reason for that decision.

**Are comments approved automatically?**

 No. Your event team and authorized support make the review decisions. Fai can help you read the lists and prepare a decision, but she asks for confirmation before she approves or hides a comment.

**Which languages do the review controls use?**

 The discussion controls support English and Spanish. Other dashboard languages use the documented English fallback inside the discussion widget. The surrounding Comments page and Comment review panel use the dashboard language.
