# See which event pass holders have arrived and send a pass again

On build and show days, accreditation managers get asked the same questions again and again: has the crew from this supplier arrived, and can you send my pass again? The arrivals on the passes list answer the first, and sending the pass again from its record answers the second in seconds.

See when and how each accreditation pass holder arrived, from the desk hand-over, a staff gate or the door scanner, and how many of each group have arrived. Send a pass email again to anyone who cannot find theirs.

For: Tracking who has arrived with an accreditation pass

Takes: 4 minutes

- [Open the passes](#step-1)
- [Show who has not arrived yet](#step-2)
- [Arrival from desk, gate or door](#step-3)

## Before you start

- You are an owner, admin or producer on the event. The event's **Operations** page opens for those roles only.
- The passes are issued.

1. ## Open the passes

Open the event, select **Operations**, then select **Accreditation** in the list of sections.

**Note:** Each issued pass says when its holder arrived and how, or **Not seen arriving yet**. **Groups and allowances** counts how many of each group have arrived.
![Ticket Fairy passes list of a festival, with when each issued pass holder arrived, the Arrived filter and each group's arrivals](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-small-items--arrivals.png) Who has arrived, on the passes list.
2. ## Show who has not arrived yet

In **Arrived**, choose **Not arrived yet**.

**Note:** Choose a group too, such as an outside team's crew, to see who from it is still to come.

## Arrival from desk, gate or door

A holder has arrived at the first of these: their pass is given out at the desk, it is let in at a staff gate, or its ticket is scanned in at the door. The list says which one and when. Nothing is marked by hand, so a pass never scanned or given out shows as not seen arriving yet.

## Try these steps on your own event

Create a free account, build your event and follow the steps above in your own dashboard. It takes a few minutes and you do not need to book a sales call.

Your email address [Create a free account](https://manage.ticketfairy.com/welcome) [Book a demo](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/book-a-demo)

No setup fees. No required monthly ticketing fee. No credit card required.

## Or have it done for you

Fai lists who has arrived and who has not, counts the arrivals of each group, and sends a pass email again after you confirm.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

How many of the Northern Bars crew have arrived at \<EVENT NAME\>?

## Let Fai do it for you

Fai works inside your Ticket Fairy dashboard. Create your account, open Fai and paste the prompt above.

## Send a pass again

1. ### Open the pass

Select the person in the passes list.

**Note:** An issued pass says when and how its holder arrived.

2. ### Send it again

Select **Send the pass again**, then select **Send again**.

**Note:** The pass email goes again to the address it was issued to, and the first one still works. The message then names the address it went to.

Fai sends a pass email again to the address it was issued to, after you confirm.

Send Jane Doe's crew pass for \<EVENT NAME\> again, she cannot find the email

## Questions you might have

How often can I send a pass again?: Wait two minutes between sends, and send one pass at most five times a day. After that, check the email address with the holder first.

What if the email address is wrong?: Sending again goes to the same address. To send it somewhere else, cancel the pass, change the email, then issue it again.

Which passes can be sent again?: An issued pass with an email address. A pass waiting for approval, declined or cancelled has nothing to send.

Does every send show on the pass?: Yes. Each send is in the pass's history with who sent it and when.
