# Send contracts to many performers, traders or suppliers for your event at once

A festival with forty acts or a market with sixty traders needs the same agreement sent to everyone, each with their own fee, dates and details. Sending several contracts at once fills each one from the person's own booking, shows you every contract first, and sends them in your name.

Make a contract for every booked performer or speaker, approved trader or supplier on your event from one template, each filled in from their own booking or record. You check every contract before anything is made, then send them all for signature in one approval or keep them as drafts, and see each person's result.

For: Sending the same agreement to all your performers, traders or suppliers

Takes: 6 minutes

- [Open Send several](#step-1)
- [Choose who the contracts are for](#step-2)
- [Choose the template](#step-3)
- [Choose what happens to each contract](#step-4)
- [Check every contract](#step-5)
- [Send or make the contracts](#step-6)
- [Check the results](#step-7)

## Before you start

- You need an owner, admin or producer role on the event.
- The performers or speakers are booked, the traders approved or the suppliers linked to the event, each with an email address.
- Your agreement is one of your contract templates, or you use a starter template.

1. ## Open Send several

Open the event, select **Operations**, select **Contracts** in the list of sections, then select **Send several**.

**Note:** If Contracts is not in the list, select **More sections** and open it there.
![Ticket Fairy Send several contracts dialog with performers ticked, one who already has a contract unticked, one with no email address, the template and send for signature](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-contract-batches--send-several.png) Send several contracts.
2. ## Choose who the contracts are for

Under **Who the contracts are for**, choose **Performers and speakers**, **Traders** or **Suppliers**, then tick the people.

**Note:** People who already have a contract start unticked and say **Has a contract**. You can make up to 300 contracts at a time.
3. ## Choose the template

Choose the **Template**. One of your own templates, or a starter template, fills every contract.

**Note:** Each contract is filled in from the person's own booking or record: their name, their fee in its own currency, the dates and more.
4. ## Choose what happens to each contract

Choose what happens to each contract.

   - **Send for signature**: Each person gets an email in your name to read and sign their contract. People with no email address, or whose contract is missing details, get a draft to finish first.
   - **Keep as drafts**: Each contract is kept as a draft, so you can check it and send it from its own page.
**Note:** When you send, you can add an **Email subject (optional)** and a **Message in the email (optional)**.
5. ## Check every contract

Select the button that counts the contracts to check. Each contract shows the person, the fee in its currency and anything missing.

**Note:** **No email address** and **Needs details** mean that contract is kept as a draft. Select **Back** to change who is ticked or the template.
![Ticket Fairy check of two contracts from the performance agreement, one ready to send with its fee and one kept as a draft for a performer with no email address and a missing set time](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-contract-batches--check-contracts.png) Every contract, checked before anything is made.
6. ## Send or make the contracts

Select the button that sends the contracts, or makes the drafts. The contracts are made and sent in the background, and **Contracts made together** opens.

**Note:** Nothing is made or sent before you select this button, and a second tap never sends a contract twice.
7. ## Check the results

**Contracts made together** lists each person as **Sent**, **Kept as draft**, **May not have arrived** or **Not made**, with the reason.

**Note:** Select **Open** to finish a draft or send a contract again from its own page.
![Ticket Fairy results of contracts made together, with one sent, one kept as a draft for missing details and one not made, each with its reason](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-contract-batches--results.png) Contracts made together.

## Try these steps on your own event

Create a free account, build your event and follow the steps above in your own dashboard. It takes a few minutes and you do not need to book a sales call.

Your email address [Create a free account](https://manage.ticketfairy.com/welcome) [Book a demo](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/book-a-demo)

No setup fees. No required monthly ticketing fee. No credit card required.

## Or have it done for you

Fai shows who a batch can go to and a preview of every contract, then makes and sends the contracts from one template or keeps them as drafts, reads each batch's results and starts a batch that did not start. She shows you every contract first and waits for your yes.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

Send the performance agreement to every booked performer at \<EVENT NAME\> who has no contract yet, and show me each contract first

## Let Fai do it for you

Fai works inside your Ticket Fairy dashboard. Create your account, open Fai and paste the prompt above.

No setup fees. No required monthly ticketing fee. No credit card required.

## Open a batch you made earlier

1. ### Open the batch

Under **Made together** at the top of Contracts, select the batch.

**Note:** Each batch shows its template, how many contracts it made, who they were for and when they were sent. The latest batches are first.
![Ticket Fairy Made together list at the top of Contracts, with a batch still working and a batch of performance agreements sent for signature](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-event-contract-batches--made-together.png) Batches made together.

Fai reads your latest batches and each contract's result and current status.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

Which contracts from the batch I sent at \<EVENT NAME\> are still waiting for a signature

## Try again for the people a batch missed

1. ### Try again

In **Contracts made together**, select the button to try again for the people who were missed, then check and send as before.

**Note:** The dialog opens with those people ticked and the same template. If a batch says **Did not start**, select **Start again** instead.

Fai starts a batch that did not start after you confirm.

### In your dashboard, with Fai

The contracts batch at \<EVENT NAME\> did not start, start it again

## Questions you might have

Can I send several contracts from accepted offers?: No. An agent sends back their own contract for an offer, so make that contract from the offer one at a time, as in the guide to sending contracts.

What if a performer already has a contract?: They start unticked. If you tick them, the check says they already have a contract, so go back and untick them if they do not need another.

What does the other party receive?: The same email and signing page as a contract you send on its own. Each person signs by entering their name, with no account.
