Show each act their whole stay and what changed
Tour managers and artist agents juggle flight times, hotel dates, pickups and set times sent in separate emails, and one missed change strands an act at the airport on show day. One list of the whole stay, with every change since they last looked marked, keeps the act and your artist liaison team working from the same plan.
Give each performer at your event one list of their whole stay, from their flights and pickup to their hotel, load-in, soundcheck and set, on their day sheet. You see what changed since the act last opened their day sheet link, and they see what changed since they last looked.

Before you start
- You are an owner, admin or producer on the event. The event's Operations page opens for those roles only.
- The act's flights, pickup and hotel are in Travel, and their cues are in the run of show.

Open the act's day sheet
Open the event, select Operations, select Day sheets, choose Performer, then choose the act.

Read the whole stay
Read Whole stay on the act's day sheet.
Note: Flights, the pickup, the hotel nights and every call from load-in to their set are in one list in the event's time. The line above it counts the changes since the act last opened their day sheet link.

Share the act's day sheet link
Select Share link, then make the link and send it to the act's tour manager.
The act's own whole stay
The act's day sheet link shows the same whole stay. For a day after they first see a change, the list of changes since they last looked shows what was added, removed or moved, with the old and new times.

- How do you know what the act has seen?
- Each time the act opens their day sheet link, the list they saw is kept. Changes are counted from the last list they opened, so an email you sent is not counted as seen.
- What if the act has not opened their link yet?
- The whole stay says
The act has not opened their day sheet link yet.
Everything shows as it is now. - Which times does the list use?
- The event's local time, so a flight from another time zone shows when it lands where the event is.
