# Add parking, merchandise or an upgrade to your order

You can add extras to a ticket after you buy it, for as long as the organiser offers them. You choose the extras for one ticket at a time on your order page and pay for them separately.

## Before you start

- You are logged in to the Ticket Fairy account that bought the order.

1. ## Open the ticket on your order page

   Open your order from **My Tickets** or from the link in your confirmation email. Each ticket has an **Upgrades and Add-ons** box under its QR code. Select **+** in the box on the ticket you want the extra for.

   **Note:** The box has no **+** after the event ends, while the ticket is for sale, or when the event offers nothing you can add after buying.

2. ## Choose the extras and the quantity

   Choose a quantity beside each extra you want, then select **Get add-ons**. The Summary section shows the ticket the extras are added to.

   **Note:** To add extras to another ticket, go back to the order page and select **+** on that ticket.

3. ## Pay for the extras

   Check the total on the review page and enter your payment details. The total can include a small upgrade handling fee, which is shown before you pay.
4. ## Check your order

   Your order page shows the new extras in the ticket's **Upgrades and Add-ons** box, and we email you an updated confirmation.

## Questions you might have

Why is there no + button on my ticket?:  The event has ended, the ticket is listed for sale, the event offers no extras after buying, or a refund on the order is still being processed. If your ticket is for sale, take it off sale first and the button comes back.

Can I add more than one of an extra?:  Yes, up to the limit the organiser sets for each ticket. The quantity list only offers what you can still add.

What if an extra is sold out?:  Where the organiser runs a waiting list for it, the page says the extra is sold out and lets you join the waiting list instead. You get an email when you are added.

Can I get a refund on an extra?:  Ask the organiser through our support team. The upgrade handling fee is not refundable.
