Your tickets and orders

# Find your order and your tickets

Every order has its own order page. It shows your tickets and their QR codes, and it is where you sell, refund, give away or add to a ticket.

- [Log in and open My Tickets](#step-1)
- [Or open the order from your confirmation email](#step-2)
- [Find the ticket you need](#step-3)

1. ## Log in and open My Tickets

Log in with the email address you bought with, then select **My Tickets** at the top of the page. Your orders are listed newest first. Select **Details** beside the order you want.

**Note:** The list is empty when you bought with a different email address. Log out and log in with that address.

2. ## Or open the order from your confirmation email

The link in your confirmation email opens the order without logging in. You can see your tickets and select **Download PDF**. To sell, refund or change a ticket, select **Log in** on that page.

3. ## Find the ticket you need

Each ticket shows its status, its ticket type, the name on it and its QR code. Use the dots under the tickets, or swipe, to move between them. The button under each ticket, and the ☰ list beside it where there is one, show what you can do with that ticket.

## Questions you might have

I cannot find my confirmation email. What do I do?: Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Ticket Fairy. If it is not there, log in with the email address you bought with and open **My Tickets**. Your tickets are on the order page.

Why is there no QR code on my ticket?: The ticket says why. On a payment plan the QR code appears when the last payment is made. Some organisers send tickets closer to the event, or by email only.

My order says it is pending. What does that mean?: The organiser approves orders for this event before they are confirmed. You get an email when your order is approved.

I do not have an account. Can I still see my tickets?: Yes. Open the link in your confirmation email. Buying your tickets also set up an account for your email address, so to manage them, log in with a code we email you.
