# Get a receipt or tax invoice for your order | Ticket Fairy Help

# Get a receipt or tax invoice for your order

Your confirmation email and your order page both list what you paid. Some events also give you a tax invoice to download.

1. ## Open the Summary tab

   Open your order and select the **Summary** tab. It lists your tickets, add-ons, fees, taxes and the total you paid.
2. ## Download the tax invoice

   Where the event provides one, select **Tax Invoice** at the top of the order page to download it.

   **Note:** There is no **Tax Invoice** on free orders, or when the organiser does not issue them.
3. ## Keep your confirmation email

   Your confirmation email shows the order number, the items and the total, including taxes and fees.

## Questions you might have

I need an invoice with my company's details.:  Contact our support team with your order number and the details you need on it.

I do not recognise a charge on my statement.:  Ticket charges usually show a short form of the event's name. Search your email for a Ticket Fairy confirmation from the same day. If you find none, contact our support team with the date and amount.
