# How do I get my tickets and get into the event?

Your ticket is a QR code. The door team scans it from your phone or from a printout.

Show the QR code on your ticket at the door. It is on your order page, in the PDF ticket you can download from there, and in your confirmation email. Each ticket has its own code, so everyone in your group needs their own ticket.

Bring photo ID when your confirmation email or the ticket asks for it. Events with an age limit show the age and ID REQUIRED on the ticket.

## What to do

- [Download your tickets as a PDF](#step-1)
- [Add your tickets to your phone's wallet](#step-2)
- [Give each person their own ticket](#step-3)

1. ## Download your tickets as a PDF

On your order page, select **Download PDF** under a ticket, or in the ☰ list beside it. Do this for each ticket in your order.

**Note:** On a payment plan you can download your tickets when the last payment is made.

2. ## Add your tickets to your phone's wallet

Where the event offers it, select **Add to Wallet** at the top of your order page, then add each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
3. ## Give each person their own ticket

Send each friend their PDF ticket, or give the ticket to them from your order page so it arrives in their own account.

**Tip:** Giving a ticket puts the friend's name on it, which helps where the event checks names.

## Questions you might have

Can I show the ticket on my phone?: Yes. Turn your phone's brightness up so the QR code scans first time.

Can I email my tickets to myself again?: You can download the PDF tickets from your order page at any time. If you still need the email again, contact our support team.

What if someone else uses a copy of my ticket?: Each QR code is for one person, and the door team can see when a code has already been used. Share your tickets only with the people you bought them for.

My ticket was scanned. Can I still refund or sell it?: No. A ticket that has been checked in cannot be refunded, sold or given away.
