Buying tickets

What do I do if my payment does not go through?

A declined payment means we did not take your money for that attempt.

Check your card details and try again, or use a different card or payment method. If the message says your bank declined it, your bank can tell you why. We do not charge you for a declined attempt.

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code. Keep the checkout page open until you have approved it, and the order then completes on its own.

  1. Read the message on the page

The message under the payment form says what went wrong, such as an expired card or a wrong security code.

  2. Try again before the timer runs out

Your tickets are held for 10 minutes. Correct the details or choose another way to pay, then select Submit Payment again.

Note: If the time runs out, go back to the event page and choose your tickets again.

Questions you might have

The page says the tickets are no longer in stock. Was I charged?
No. The page says we did not charge your card. Choose other tickets if any are left.
I was charged but have no tickets.
Log in and open My Tickets: the order may be there. If your order says it is pending, the organiser approves orders for this event. If there is no order, contact our support team with the date and amount of the charge.
Why did my bank decline the payment?
Banks decline payments for reasons such as limits, security checks or payments abroad. Contact your bank, then try again.
