# Choose the emails you get, or delete your account

You decide which brands can send you news. Emails about your own orders, such as confirmations and refunds, still reach you.

1. ## Unsubscribe from one email

   Select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. The page confirms that you are unsubscribed from that list.
2. ## Choose which brands can contact you

   Log in, open **Account**, and find **Your Preferences**. Turn email or SMS on or off for Ticket Fairy and for each brand. Each change saves straight away.

   **Note:** SMS choices appear after you add a phone number to your billing details.
3. ## Update your name or email address

   On the **Account** tab, change your details and select **Save Account**.
4. ## Ask us to delete your account

   Contact our support team and say that you want your account deleted. We remove your personal details from the account.

## Questions you might have

I unsubscribed but still get emails about my order.:  Order emails, such as confirmations, refunds and event changes, are sent whatever your choices, because they are about tickets you bought.

How do I stop emails about my referral rewards?:  In **Your Preferences**, clear **Send me referral and prize updates**.
