# Pay for tickets with a payment plan

Where the organiser offers a payment plan, you pay the first payment at checkout and the rest come from your card on a schedule you see before you agree.

1. ## Check the plan on the event page

   The ticket box says a payment plan is available and shows the smallest payment. The organiser may use another name for it, such as instalments. Select the information icon beside it to see the schedule and the admin fee.

2. ## Choose the plan at checkout

   Choose your tickets and go to checkout. Select the box to pay in instalments, read the plan terms, enter your card details, then select the confirm button under them.

   **Note:** Payment plans are paid by card. Apple Pay and Google Pay are not offered with a plan.
3. ## Follow your payments

   Your order page lists each payment with its date. Select **Update Card Details** there to change the card the next payments come from.

## Questions you might have

When can I use my tickets?:  When the last payment is made. Until then the order page shows your schedule instead of a QR code.

What if a payment fails?:  We email you and try the payment again a few times. Update your card on the order page. If every try fails, the plan is cancelled, the cancellation fees in the plan terms apply, and the rest of what you paid is refunded.

Can I pay off the rest early?:  Not from your order page. Contact our support team if you want to finish early.

Is the admin fee refundable?:  No. The plan terms at checkout list every fee before you agree.
