Reset your password
If you forgot your password, we email you a link to choose a new one.

Ask for a reset link
On the log in page, select Forgot Your Password?. Enter your email address and select Reset Password.

Open the link in the email
Open the email from Ticket Fairy and select the link within 24 hours.

Choose a new password
Enter a new password of at least 6 characters in New Password and Confirm Password, then select Save new password. Log in with it.
Questions you might have
- The link says it is invalid or expired.
- Links work for 24 hours and once only. Ask for a new link.
- I never set a password.
- Log in with a code we email you. You can then add a password from Account, then Security.
