# Reset your password

If you forgot your password, we email you a link to choose a new one.

1. ## Ask for a reset link

   On the log in page, select **Forgot Your Password?**. Enter your email address and select **Reset Password**.

2. ## Open the link in the email

   Open the email from Ticket Fairy and select the link within 24 hours.
3. ## Choose a new password

   Enter a new password of at least 6 characters in **New Password** and **Confirm Password**, then select **Save new password**. Log in with it.

## Questions you might have

The link says it is invalid or expired.:  Links work for 24 hours and once only. Ask for a new link.

I never set a password.:  Log in with a code we email you. You can then add a password from **Account**, then **Security**.
