Buying tickets
Unlock a password-protected event
Some events are private. You enter the password once, and the event page then works as usual.
Before you start
- The event password, from the organiser or your invitation.

Enter the password
Open the event link. Enter the password in Please enter the password for this event, then select Enter Event.

Buy your tickets
The event page opens. Choose your tickets and check out as usual. You stay unlocked until you close your browser.
Questions you might have
- It says Incorrect password.
- Check the spelling and capitals, or ask the organiser for the password again. Some passwords stop working after a date the organiser sets.
- I have a code, not a password.
