See which ads sold tickets
Promoters buying ads across several networks get clicks and impressions from each network's own report, and no ticket sales. Ticket Fairy counts the orders and the revenue each campaign brought in, so you can see which campaign to keep paying for and which to stop.
Compare your advertising by the ticket orders each campaign brought in rather than by clicks, so you know where to spend next.

Før du starter
- Your advertising networks are connected, so their spend appears beside your sales. Spend on a network you buy from outside Ticket Fairy does not appear here.
- Your event pixel is installed. Without it, a sale cannot be traced back to the campaign that brought it.
- You can open the advertising pages with an owner, admin or marketing role on the brand.
-
Open the advertising overview
Open the brand and select Overview under advertising.
Merk: The figures are brand-wide. Filter to one event when you are deciding about that event rather than about the brand.

Compare campaigns on sales, not clicks
Read each campaign against the tickets it sold and what those sales cost.
Merk: A campaign with cheap clicks and no sales is the most expensive one you are running. The network reporting it will not tell you that.
-
Check which networks are connected
Open Connected networks to see which networks report their spend here.
Merk: A missing network is not a network with no spend. Its campaigns are absent from every comparison until it is connected.
-
Move the budget to what sold
Raise the budget on the campaigns with confirmed ticket sales, and pause the ones confirmed to have sold none.
Merk: A campaign with no confirmed figure is unknown, not zero: nothing has been matched to it yet. Never cut a budget on an unknown.

Use a named tracking link
Give each poster, post or partner its own tracking link when you need to separate them inside one campaign.
Merk: Campaigns tell you which network sold; tracking links tell you which piece of it did.
Fai can open the tracking links for the event. What each one brought in is read in the dashboard today.

Spørsmål du kanskje har
- Why do these figures differ from the network's own?
- A network counts the sales it believes it caused, and counts them for itself. These figures count the paid orders your event actually took, once each. An order can hold one ticket or ten, so read them as orders rather than tickets.
- Why does a campaign show spend but no sales?
- A confirmed zero means it sold nothing. An empty figure means nothing has been matched to it: the sales may not have come through its link yet, or the pixel is missing. Only the confirmed zero is a reason to pause.
- How long should I leave a budget change before I judge it?
- Two or three days. An on-sale day distorts everything that ran through it, so a figure read the morning after says more about the announcement than the campaign.
- Can I see this per event?
- Yes. Filter to the event when the decision is about that event. Brand-wide figures answer where the budget goes next, not what one on-sale did.
