Novo Dia Wellness Experience: A Day of Immersive Wellness, Art, and Food at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego 🌿🎨🍲
This promises to be an unforgettable journey into the realms of wellness, art, and culinary delights. The event will offer over 20 different types of wellness practices ranging from yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork to private massages, educational workshops, and much more!
We will be offering a catered breakfast and beverage service for our EXPAND and ELEVATE ticket holders. To wrap up the day, we will end the event with a closing reception where you will have a chance to celebrate the day and connect with key individuals of the wellness industry in San Diego.

MCASD invites all audiences to experience our world, our region, and ourselves through the prism of contemporary art. MCASD seeks to harness the potency of contemporary art to inspire expansive thinking and an inclusive world. We believe art is essential to our well-being much like movement and other practices. We encourage you to spend the afternoon with us: enjoy art with a view. Galleries open to ticket holders at 10:00 AM, leave your belongings in designated areas and pick up a mal from the Visitor Engagement team for a self-guided tour. Or after you have lunch at The Kitchen, join us at 12:00 PM for a museum educator led tour.

To wrap up this enriching day, all participants are invited to join our closing reception starting at 5PM. Connect with like-minded individuals, share your experiences, and forge lasting connections with members of the wellness, art, and food communities +
