# Your plan pays for itself when you sell with Ticket Fairy

Each calendar month, Ticket Fairy's fees on your paid tickets come off your next plan bill, up to the full plan price. A steady seller pays nothing for the software.

[Get started free](https://manage.ticketfairy.com/registration) [Book a demo](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/book-a-demo) If you sell 40 tickets at $50 in a month, Ticket Fairy's fees come to $200. That covers your Max plan at $100, so you pay $0 for it.

The rule

## How does the plan cover work each month?

Every month you sell, Ticket Fairy's booking fees on your paid tickets come off your next plan bill, up to the plan price.

- ### Counted each calendar month
At the end of each month, Ticket Fairy adds up its fees on your paid tickets, net of refunds, and takes the total off your next plan bill.
- ### Up to the full plan price
Pro is covered from $20 of fees in a month, Max from $100, Max 200 from $200 and Business from $500. Unused cover does not roll over.
- ### A yearly plan counts all year
On a yearly plan your fees count up to the yearly price, so one strong month, such as an on-sale, can cover the whole year.
- ### Every brand counts on Business
On Business, the fees of all your brands count together, and they cover your extra brands too.
- ### Only paid tickets count
Refunded tickets stop counting, and free tickets never count. Usage packs are paid for separately and are never covered.
- ### Nothing is taken from your sales
You never pay for the cover out of your ticket money. It is a credit from fees Ticket Fairy has already earned, never a payment to you and never a loan.

Keep your fees

## You can add your own booking fee and keep all of it

On a paid plan you can add your own booking fee on top of Ticket Fairy's, as a percentage and a fixed amount per ticket, and keep all of it from the first ticket. Your buyers see one booking fee.

Where fees show on top of the price, the whole booking fee is capped at twice the standard fee. Where the law asks for one price that includes every fee, you set that one price. Ticket Fairy's own fee stays the standard fee, so it still covers your plan.

## When you sell your tickets somewhere else

The [Event Operating System](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-operating-system), Social, websites, the Support Inbox, Concierge and Fai work without Ticket Fairy ticketing. You pay the list price by card, with no plan cover. When your contract ends, you can move your ticketing to Ticket Fairy, and your fees can cover your plan from then on.
