## Get answers about your sales in your own words

Ask Fai the way you would ask a colleague, such as "Which ticket type is slowest to sell?" or "How did last weekend compare with the weekend before?". Fai uses the same figures as your reports. When your question could mean two things, she asks a short question back, then answers in plain language. Ask for a chart when you want to see the trend, or a full summary with sections and tables when the answer is going to a venue, a sponsor or your team.

## Hand Fai the setup jobs for your events

Tell Fai what you want, and she works out the steps. She can create an event from a template or take the date, line-up and venue off your flyer. She can add an [early bird](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/event-promo-codes) release, create promo codes and group discounts, send guest tickets and invitations, and make a sales report link for a partner. ## Questions About Fai

### Fai

#### Is Fai included in my account?

Yes. Fai chat comes free in your dashboard. Ask her to build and change events, check live sales and make most of the changes you could make yourself. Add the ticket concierge to answer your buyers on your own website as well.

#### Will Fai change something without asking?

No. Fai can look at your data freely, but anything that changes an event, an order or a message is shown to you first and saved only when you approve it. On a call, approve it in the panel or say the exact words Fai reads out for that change. A plain "yes" never approves anything.

#### Can Fai see other organisers' events?

No. Fai works inside your permissions. She answers only about the brands and events your role can reach, and gives only the figures your login can see.

#### What should I do when an answer looks wrong?

Say so in the conversation and name the figure you expected, then open the report behind it. Fai uses the same data as your reports, so check the report before a figure goes into a decision that costs money.

#### Can Fai send money?

No. Accepting a finance suggestion only prepares something, such as a payee on an event's list or a payment batch ready to send. A person on your team sends it after confirming it is them, and a second person approves it when your team has payment approvals on. Do it for me is offered only for finance work that moves no money and sends no email. Fai checks for new finance work every 15 minutes.

#### Where can Fai work through the page I have open?

In Ticket Fairy Promoter, the desktop app. There, Fai sees the page you have open and uses the controls on it with you.

#### How long can I talk to Fai?

A call lasts up to 20 minutes, and Fai tells you before it ends. Each brand has 300 minutes of talking a month. To talk, you need a browser with a microphone. The desktop app has no call button, and typing works everywhere.

#### What do I need to talk with Fai?

A browser with a microphone. Your browser asks for the microphone the first time you talk with Fai, and if it blocks the microphone, allow it in your browser settings. The panel shows the time left on the call, and talking minutes reset each month.

#### Is there anything Fai cannot do?

Some jobs stay on the page, such as resending tickets, correcting a buyer's name, moving a buyer to another ticket type or seat, and cancelling an event. Fai finds the order or reads the event back to you, then you finish the job in the dashboard. Signing up for an account is also yours to do.

#### Is Fai the Ticket Fairy AI?

Yes. Fai is Ticket Fairy's AI co-pilot. She answers questions about your sales from your own figures, and sets things up after you confirm.
