True to their word, the festival has ensured the promise comes to fruition. Breaking new ground for 2025, the drum & bass experience in paradise has leveled up from its previous format into a full four-day drum & bass extravaganza, transforming Luna Beach Club’s stunning landscapes into the ultimate bass-fueled playground. This year’s expanded four-day format unlocks a whole new dimension of the LOCUS Bali experience, giving you more time to immerse yourself in the rhythm and more moments to lose yourself in drum & bass music under the stunning Balinese sky. With the festival’s promise of having something for everyone, the meticulously curated first phase flows seamlessly from genre pioneers to today’s chart-topping icons and tomorrow’s breakthrough stars alongside Indonesia’s most electrifying drum & bass talent. This carefully crafted musical voyage from LOCUS connects the dots between drum & bass’s rich history and its thrilling future, ensuring every moment pulses with discovery and nostalgia in equal measure. The epic first phase kicks off with a special showcase on **Thursday, June** **19**, as **Fabio & Grooverider** bring their iconic **Outlook Orchestra** to Bali—marking its debut outside the UK and EU. Joining them are **Ed Rush & Optical**, the legendary pioneers of neurofunk, followed by another groundbreaking duo, **Kemal & Rob Data** (aka **Konflict**), who helped shape the sound of drum & bass. Returning to Bali for their second appearance are drum & bass visionaries **S.P.Y** and **TC**, alongside one of the scene’s hottest names, **Lens**. **Voltage**—one-third of **The Kings of The Rollers** and a double-award-winning DJ/producer—will bring his signature wobbly rhythms, while **Disrupta** makes his **LOCUS Bali debut** with his liquid DnB magic. Also stepping onto the stage for the first time are **Monrroe**, known for his deep and emotive soundscapes, and **Emily Makis**, with her style of soulful and profound vocal delivery. The line-up also welcomes two of the most respected duos in drum & bass—**Technimatic** and **QZB**—both making their **LOCUS Bali debut**. Joining them as debutants at the festival is the legendary **Klute** and **Kimyan Law**, who will transport the crowd with his ethereal, genre-defying sound. Rounding out the phase are **AMA**, **Sabrina**, and Indian DnB talent **Smokey**, **Patch**, **Dust and Beau**, **Rizkycore**, **Roba Grow**, alongside **Javabass Soundsystem** and **Magnetic Soul**, the leading voices of drum & bass in Indonesia and Hong Kong. Hosting duties will be handled by some of the scene’s most iconic MCs, including **Ayah Marar**, **Stamina MC**, **Duskee**, **Jakes**, **MC Lowqui**, and **MC Xsessiv**. LOCUS has carved out a name for itself by elevating drum & bass to bold new heights and taking it to places where they haven’t experienced the genre at this scale.
