Founder Armin van Buuren has revealed festival dates to mark the milestone event and the first wave of artists performing at the 25th anniversary, which is confirmed for February 27 and February 28, 2026. **Armin** will play a 5-hour set on Day 1! “This isn’t just another festival, it’s a celebration of everything we’ve built together over 25 years. German DJ duo **Cosmic Gate**, **Ruben de Ronde**, Ukrainian melodic techno and progressive house maven **Korolova**, Dutch DJ/producer **Benwal**, Italian trance DJ/producer **Giuseppe Ottaviani**, and Glasgow-born **Will Atkinson** will be heading to Rotterdam Ahoy in the Netherlands for the 25th Anniversary of A State of Trance. Armin van Buuren is due for a B2B set with **Maddix** and **Oliver Heldens**. Italian techno and trance titan **Mauro Picotto**, **Estiva**, Netherlands’ DJ/producer duo **Rank 1**, **JOA**, Slovakian trance music maestro **Nifra**, duo **AVALAN ROKSTON**, and techno, progressive house, and trance DJ/producer **Laura Van Dam** are among those on the phase one line-up. A State of Trance will host artists across its three stages on February 27, while the second day of the festival will feature five stages. A special ‘Journey Through 25 Years Of Trance’ stage will be set up on the first day of the festival. A State of Trance is an esteemed trance music brand with festivals, podcasts, parties, and a radio show. The Dutch trance radio show went on air in June 2001.
