Book the Right Acts and Get Every One on Stage on Time

Make each offer with what you paid the act before and a fee range from Fai beside it, and turn the agent's contract, invoice and riders into a signed deal and a started advance. Every act's flights, hotel, pickups, guest list and rider then sit on their own performer page, where your artist liaison team works from the same facts as the act's tour manager. After the show, Fai drafts the settlement from your ticket sales and costs, and you share it with the act's team.

  • Offers backed by what you paid before
  • Advances filled in by each act's own team
  • Every act housed, picked up and settled

Make Offers Agents Say Yes To

Open a new offer and see what you paid this act before and the fee range Fai suggests, then start from a template or reuse your last offer. Add the deposit, due dates, set length and the agency fee as an amount or a share of the fee, and email the offer to the agent. Each counter-offer stays with the offer, so anyone on your team can see where the deal stands. When the agent accepts, the act is booked onto your event. Acts and speakers who apply through your own Apply to play or Submit a talk form arrive scored by Fai and your review panel, and accepting one gives them a draft offer.

  • What you paid before: past fees for the act beside the new offer
  • Suggested fee range: a range from Fai to check your offer against
  • Counter-offers: every answer from the agent kept with the offer
  • Applications: acts and talks scored by Fai and your review panel

Turn the Agent's Paperwork Into a Signed Deal

When the agent sends back their contract, invoice and riders, Fai finds them in your connected mailbox or in the files you add and says what each one is. The contract is compared with your offer term by term in plain words, so a changed fee, deposit, date or set length is clear before you sign. The invoice goes into Payments due and your budget, and the riders become answers to accept on the act's advance. For an act without an agent, send your own contract and they sign on their phone without making an account.

  • Compared with your offer: fee, deposit, due dates, show date, set length and cancellation
  • Contracts signed online: the act signs without making an account, and you countersign
  • Payments due: every deposit and balance by the date it is due

Get Every Advance Back Without Chasing

Send the tour manager one advance link, and their team enters travel, hotel, schedule, technical, hospitality and guest list details and uploads riders without making an account. Fai fills in answers from their replies, forwarded emails and tour books, shows the words each one came from and chases what is missing. Set each act's guest list places, rooms, nights, meals and drinks from the offer, and the act sees what is left and asks you for more. Your event type names the section the way your team does: Artists for a festival or a club night, Speakers at a conference, Special guests at a convention and Athletes at a sports event.

  • A page for their team: no account to make, and the tour manager can invite teammates
  • Advance from anything: answers from emails and tour books, each one for you to accept
  • Allowances and travel party: guest list, rooms, meals and drinks for each act

House, Move and Look After Every Act

Hold rooms in hotel blocks night by night and give each act their stay, and Fai suggests giving empty rooms back before the release date. Plan every airport and hotel pickup with a driver and a vehicle, and when a flight is late the pickup moves and Fai suggests a new plan for you to approve. Each act sees their whole stay on their day sheet link, from the flight to the set, with what changed since they last looked. Your runner gets one shopping list for the dressing rooms, added up from every rider for each day, and the meal desk shows the meals and drinks each act has left.

  • Hotel blocks and rooming lists: rooms held and filled night by night, with a live link for each hotel
  • Pickups: drivers, vehicles and a new plan when a flight is late
  • Whole stay: every flight, pickup, hotel and call with what changed
  • Rider shopping list: the right amounts for each day from every rider

Keep Set Times on Track and Fans Following Your Line-Up

Running-order checks look at each show day for the same act on two stages, a flight that lands after soundcheck, a changeover too short for the stage and a set past curfew, and each problem comes with a fix from Fai that you apply or undo in one tap. Announce your line-up in waves with a photo and a bio for each act, which Fai drafts for you to review. On the day, a TV backstage shows the act on now, the act next and how late each stage is running, so the act's team knows when to be ready.

  • Running-order checks: clashes, travel, changeovers and curfew
  • Announce times: reveal each act when you choose
  • Backstage now and next: on any TV from a private link

Know What Each Act Costs and Settle Every Show Fast

Each performer page adds up the all-in cost of the act: the fee, the agency fee, every trip, the hotel stay, per diems, backline and their share of hire. After the show, Fai drafts the settlement from your ticket sales, your costs and the deal, and every line shows how its figure was worked out. Share it with the artist's team, add or reverse a line, and mark it agreed and paid. Pay the act from your Vault balance with the rest of the event's payments.
