Advance Every Act and Run Every Stage to Time

Send each act's tour manager one advance link, and Fai fills in the technical details from their riders and tour books for you to accept. Backline hire is worked out from every rider and sent to your suppliers, each stage gets its plot, input list and changeover plan, and power, effects and rigging are signed off before doors. On the day, your show callers call each cue from a run of show Fai drafted and you locked.

  • Every rider turned into a stage spec and a hire list
  • Every changeover planned and every cue called on time
  • Power, effects and rigging signed off before doors

Get Every Act's Technical Needs Back Early

Send the agent or tour manager one link, and they enter their travel, schedule, technical and hospitality details and upload their riders, with no account to make. Fai fills in answers from their replies, forwarded emails and tour books, shows the words each answer came from and chases what is still missing. Each act's travel party, guest list places, rooms and meals stay within the allowances in their offer, and you sign off each advance when it is complete.

  • Advance links: the act's team fills in their own details, no account needed
  • Answers from riders and tour books: each one for you to accept
  • Allowances: guest list places, rooms, nights and meals from the offer

Hire Exactly the Backline and Production Your Stages Need

Backline hire fills itself from each act's technical rider, and the dressing-room shopping list from their hospitality riders and your standard packages. How many to hire is worked out for you: gear shared on a stage, reusable gear hired once for the busiest day, and the stage's own kit taken off first. Send each supplier their lines, let them confirm or ask for changes on their own page, and count in what arrived and what went back. When a rider changes, the list updates and flags any line your team changed by hand.

  • Backline from riders: how many to hire, worked out stage by stage
  • Supplier pages: suppliers confirm their lines or ask for changes
  • Goods in and out: what arrived, what was damaged and what went back

Plan Every Stage and Every Changeover From the Riders

Each stage gets the stage plot, input list and power for every act, filled in from their technical rider. Plan the changeover between acts and call the crew for it on the running order, so your stage manager knows who is needed and when. Running-order checks catch the same act on two stages, a flight that lands after soundcheck, a changeover too short for the stage and a set past curfew, each with a fix from Fai you apply or undo in one tap. Every stage has its own page with its sets, run of show, teams, rota and tech notes.

  • Stage specs: plot, inputs and power for each act
  • Changeover plans: with crew calls on the running order
  • Running-order checks: clashes, changeovers and curfew caught early

Sign Off Power, Effects and Rigging Before Doors

Plan your generators and the loads in each zone, from the stages to the trader pitches on your power sheets, keep a fuel log and get an alert before a generator runs low. Keep every pyro, laser, drone and confetti cue in a register with its licensed operator, permit and exclusion zone on your site plan, and sign each one off before doors. Rigging points, stages and structures get timed inspections, each signed off and kept with its history. Nobody goes on a shift without the certificate it needs unless your team records a reason.

  • Power plan and fuel log: generators, loads and low-fuel alerts
  • Special effects register: pyro, lasers, drones and confetti for each cue
  • Rigging and build sign-off: timed inspections with their full history

Build, Load In and Break Down on Schedule

Add your build and break days to the run of show with the usual load-in, rig and soundcheck cues. Open arrival times at each gate, and suppliers book their vehicles into them, so your gate team checks each one in by code or number plate. Book dressing rooms around set times, raise purchase orders and match each supplier's invoice to its order, and hand out radios and kit to your crew by scan. Every act's all-in cost, from the fee to their share of hire, counts in the budget your whole team shares.

  • Build and break days: load-in, rig and soundcheck cues on the run of show
  • Delivery times: every vehicle booked in and checked at the gate
  • Purchase orders: each supplier invoice matched to its order

Call Every Cue on Time on Show Day

Fai drafts a minute-by-minute run of show from your schedule and flags gaps and clashes, and you lock it and name who calls each stage. On the day, your show callers mark each cue live and done, so Now and next shows how late each stage is running and whether the day will finish after curfew. Put now and next on any TV backstage from a private link, give your production team a calendar link that moves with the running order, and give each team its own day sheet. Plan your stream schedule from the running order and embed the stream on your event page.

  • Now and next: how late each stage is running, live
  • Backstage TVs and day sheets: every team on time without the radio
  • Livestream: a stream schedule from your running order
