# Sell More Tickets Across Every Brand and Client You Run

Promoter groups, collectives and marketing agencies sell tickets for several brands at once: their own club nights and tours, the venues that hire them and the clients who pay them to fill a room. Ticket Fairy gives each brand its own events, team and payouts, lets one promoter roster sell wherever you send it with its commission worked out for you, shows each client which ads, posts and partners sold their tickets, and pays every artist and supplier from the ticket money after the show.

- Every brand and client from one login
- One promoter roster with commission worked out
- Results each client can open themselves

## Run Every Brand and Every Client From One Login

Create a brand for each name buyers know your events by, such as a club night, a festival or a venue you programme, and accept the invitation each client sends from their own brand. Brands then lists every brand you own or work on, so your team moves from one client to the next without signing out. Each brand keeps its own events, team, figures and payout details, so one client never sees another client's sales.

Each brand holds a brand kit with its tagline, tone of voice, colours, fonts and logos. Your designers and copywriters work from the right kit for each client, and Fai drafts in that brand's tone of voice when she prepares posts, emails or event copy for it. A club night that speaks in lower case and a corporate festival that never uses slang both sound like themselves.

Clients stay in control of their own brand. They choose the role each person on your team gets, from an admin who can connect ad accounts and social accounts to a curator who drafts posts, and they can change or remove that access at any time. Your agency keeps one login for the whole roster of clients.

- **Brands**: events, team, figures and payouts kept apart for each name
- **Brand kit**: each client's tone of voice, colours, fonts and logos
- **Roles from the client**: the access your work needs, chosen by the brand owner

## Build One Promoter Roster and Send It Wherever You Sell

A collective is your own promoter roster, kept apart from any one brand. Invite promoters by email or share a private join link in your group chat, then deploy the roster to an event, a whole brand or a tour, with every promoter or only the ones you pick. Each promoter joins once and sells for every show you send them to, with their own link on each event.

Venues and other promoters who hire you can invite your collective to their own events with your [invite code](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event-ticketing/event-promo-codes), and they set the commission they pay. Their invitation waits for you to accept it, so nobody adds your roster to a show you have not agreed to. On your own events, brands and tours the deployment goes live straight away.

Choose between the whole collective and selected members for each deployment. The whole collective suits a club night where everyone sells; selected members suit a tour where only the promoters in each city work their date. When someone leaves, removing them from the collective ends their access to every show at once, and the sales they made stay in your reports. Your permanent brand team stays as it is, so office staff and street promoters never share one list.

- **Collectives**: one roster that sells for every brand you run
- **Deployments**: an event, a brand or a tour, with the promoters you choose
- **Invite code**: venues invite your collective with the commission they pay
- **Private join link**: a whole street team joins from one message

[Promoters & sales teams](https://www.ticketfairy.com/features/promoters-and-sales-teams)

![Ticket Fairy collective page with its members, a venue's request under Requests, the invite code and three deployments](https://www.ticketfairy.com/embeds/posters/marketing-collectives--deployments.png)

## Know What Every Promoter Sold and the Commission They Earned

Set the commission as you deploy: a percentage of sales, a flat amount for each ticket, a flat amount for each order, or none. The collective's Sales and commission section then shows the tickets sold, the revenue and the commission owed on each event, with every promoter's own figures underneath. Pay day becomes a list you read, with no spreadsheet to reconcile.

You decide what each host sees. A venue that hires you can see your team's total and the commission it owes, or every promoter's sales by name when you choose to share the breakdown. Your roster stays yours, and the venue still trusts the figures because they come from the same ticket sales it sees.

Across each brand, the Promoters report ranks the whole team by the visits, tickets and revenue their links brought in, for any period and for one series, venue or city. What stands out names the people behind each change: who has sold on several events and is ready for the brand team, who is on the rise or slowing down, who has not shared a link yet and when a few people bring in most of your sales. Open anyone to see their history on every team and their results event by event. Fai reads the same report, answers questions about it and invites the person she recommends to your brand team once you confirm.

- **Commission**: a percentage, a flat amount per ticket or per order
- **Sales and commission**: tickets, revenue and commission owed for each event
- **What the host sees**: your total or every promoter by name
- **Promoters report**: your team ranked, with what stands out

## Give Promoters Artwork That Sells and Fans a Reason to Share

Upload the flyers, videos and story artwork for each show with a caption to copy and the channel each piece is sized for. Every promoter downloads them beside their own link, so each post they make credits the sale to them. Buyers get a referral link too and earn back part or all of their ticket price as their friends buy.

Load the line-up poster before the announcement and keep it hidden, or schedule the moment promoters can see it, then email every promoter on the event that it is ready to post. Tags, folders and channel filters keep a big library usable when a festival has dozens of pieces of artwork for each wave.

On social, connect each brand's Instagram and Facebook accounts, draft posts with captions from AI for your team to approve, and find good times to post from when each account's audience has responded before. A fan who comments a word such as TICKETS under a post gets their own ticket link in a private message. Every comment reaches a shared inbox with ticket buyers marked, so your team answers the people most likely to buy first.

- **Promoter artwork**: flyers, videos and captions beside each promoter's link
- **Referral rewards**: buyers earn back their ticket price as friends buy
- **Ticket link replies**: a link for every fan who comments to ask

## Show Each Client Which Ads, Posts and Partners Sold Their Tickets

Connect each client's Meta ad account by signing in, and paste the tracking code from TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Spotify or any other network, once for each brand. Every event under that brand then reports its sales to those networks, and a tracking link or QR code for each newsletter, influencer and poster shows the clicks, orders and revenue it brought in. Send the client a live sales report they open whenever they like.

Meta hears about each sale from our servers as well as from the buyer's browser, so sales from your ads still count when a browser blocks tracking. Ticket Fairy recognises the network from the code you paste, and the order value and currency go with every sale.

Turn more of the clicks you pay for into sales. Give each audience its own landing page for the event, with its own wording, images and tickets, and test two versions of an event page or two sets of checkout questions to keep the one that sells more. The Traffic report shows which sites sent visitors and how many of them bought, and Fai answers a client's question, such as how last weekend compared with the one before, with the figures and a chart for your update.

- **Pixels for every network**: added once for each client's brand
- **Tracking links**: clicks, orders and revenue for each placement
- **Landing pages and A/B tests**: the version that sells more, chosen by buyers
- **Live sales report links**: sold, stock left and revenue for each client

## Pay Artists and Suppliers From Each Show's Ticket Money

Ticket money reaches your Vault balance as buyers pay, so the deposits for the next show can come out of this show's sales. Each event keeps a list of who you owe, started for you from your artist and supplier bookings, and you pay everyone on it together in one batch. Fai drafts the settlement for a percentage deal from the contract and the ticket sales, and shows her working.

Every line of a settlement says where its figure came from, such as the ticket sales, the budget or the deal, so the act's tour manager can check it before both sides mark it agreed. A wrong line is reversed by a new one, and both stay on the sheet, so nobody argues later about what changed.

Across all your events, Spend compares planned and recorded costs, your biggest suppliers and the cost for each person scanned in at the door, so you can see which nights paid for themselves. When a headliner wants a deposit before your on-sale, Ticket Fairy Capital can advance you money against future ticket sales, repaid from those sales as they come in. Before you send the offer, model the fee against projected sales from demand signals and past editions, with a check for radius clashes.

- **Vault**: ticket money in your balance as buyers pay
- **Payment batches**: everyone an event owes, paid together
- **Settlements**: percentage deals worked out from your ticket sales
- **Spend across events**: costs compared for every show

## How Promoters and Agencies Use Ticket Fairy

- ### A Promoter Group With Three Club Nights

Each night is its own brand with its own payouts, and one collective of street promoters is deployed to all three. On pay day the group reads each promoter's commission from the collective and pays them, with no spreadsheet to reconcile.
- ### A Collective Hired by Venues

The collective shares its invite code with two venues, each of which invites it with the commission it pays. The venues see the total sales they owe commission on, while the collective keeps its promoters' names to itself.
- ### A Marketing Agency With Festival Clients

Each festival invites the agency to its brand, and the agency adds the pixels, tracking links and landing pages for every campaign. Clients open their own live sales report, and the monthly update shows which networks and posts sold tickets.
- ### A Touring Promoter

The promoter deploys only the local team to each tour date and pays every act and supplier from the event's list after the show. Spend shows which cities cost the most for each person through the door, so next year's routing follows the figures.
- ### A Student Promoter Network

New promoters join each term from one private link in the group chat. The Promoters report shows who has not shared a link yet, so the team lead knows who needs help before the big night.

## Questions About Ticket Fairy for Promoters and agencies

### Promoters and agencies

#### Does Ticket Fairy pay my promoters their commission?

No. You pay your promoters yourself, using the commission owed on each deployment: yours on your own events and brands, and the venue's when a venue invites your collective.

#### What is the difference between a brand team and a collective?

A brand team belongs to one brand and reaches every event under it, which suits your permanent staff. A collective belongs to you, and you deploy it to any of your events, brands and tours and to venues that invite you. A promoter on both is listed on the brand's Promoters report with all their sales.

#### Why does a brand deployment show no sales and commission?

A brand or tour deployment gives your promoters access to its events without collective promoter links. Deploy the collective to each event whose sales and commission you want to follow.

#### Can a venue see which of my promoters sold their tickets?

Only if you let it. When a venue invites your collective, the venue starts with your total sales and the commission it owes. You can choose the per-member breakdown to show each promoter's sales by name.

#### How long does a promoter link credit a sale?

A ticket or table booked within 7 days of opening the link, in the same browser, counts as that promoter's sale. A buyer who opens another promoter's link afterwards, or books on a different device, is counted elsewhere.

#### How does a client give my agency access?

Your client invites each person on your team from their brand's Team page with the role your work needs. Accepting the invitation creates the person's account or signs them in to the one they already have. An owner or admin role is needed to add pixels and connect social accounts. A client can change your role or remove you at any time.

#### What do the orders and revenue on a tracking link count?

Revenue is the brand's share after Ticket Fairy's fees, not what the buyer paid. A sale counts towards a link when the buyer opens that link and buys in the same browser. Tracking links belong to one event, so create them on each event you promote.

#### Does a client need an account to open a sales report link?

Yes. Your client signs in with a Ticket Fairy organiser login of their own when they open the link. They do not need a role on the event, and they see only the report. Anyone signed in to Ticket Fairy who has the link can open it, so send it only to the person it is for.

#### How much do referrals add to sales?

Events sell 20% more tickets on average with Ticket Fairy referrals. Your result depends on your event, your audience and the rewards you set, and a buyer never earns back more than they paid for their own ticket.

#### Can I get funding for artist deposits before the on-sale?

You can apply for Ticket Fairy Capital, an advance against your future ticket sales. A funding partner reviews your sales history from any ticketing platform, decides whether to approve it and sets the terms, and repayments follow your eligible ticket sales. The Ticket Fairy, Inc. is a technology platform and is not a bank, and Ticket Fairy Capital financing is provided by third-party private credit partners, who make every funding decision.
