Claim your venue's page on Ticket Fairy
A venue's page on Ticket Fairy is often the first thing a promoter or a ticket buyer reads about the place, and until it is claimed nobody at the venue can change a word of it. Claiming it proves you act for the venue and gives you a brand of your own to look after it.
Ask us to send a code to an email address at your venue's own domain, enter it, and the venue's public page becomes yours to keep current, with a brand of your own behind it.

- Taking over the public page of a venue you run
- Tar
- 6 minuter
Innan du börjar
- You need an email address at the website your venue publishes. That is the domain the code can go to, and the venue's page names it for you.
- You need no Ticket Fairy account yet. Claiming the page is what creates one, together with a brand for the venue.
- Your venue already has a page here, under its city. The page costs nothing and stays free whether or not you sell tickets with us.
-
Open your venue's page on Ticket Fairy
Your venue's page sits on ticketfairy.com under its city, at an address such as ticketfairy.com/london/corsica-studios. Open it and scroll past what the page already says about the place, to where it asks whether you run the venue.
-
Enter your email address at the venue's own domain
The page names the domain it accepts, which is the website the venue publishes. Enter an address on that domain and select Send me a code.
Obs: An address on a subdomain of that domain counts too, so [email protected] proves as much as [email protected].
-
Enter the six digits from the email
The code reaches the address you gave and is good for 15 minutes. Enter the six digits and select Confirm code.
Obs: Each code allows five tries, and asking for a new one stops the old one working.
Tips: A venue mailbox is often shared, so the email names the venue whose page was asked for.
-
Check that the page is yours
Once the code is right, the venue page answers
Thanks. This page is yours to manage. We will set you up with an account next.
Your claim then waits for the account you make next, and the venue becomes that brand's to look after.
The two answers about your role
A claim carries one of two answers about you: you run the venue, or you work with the team there. Running it makes you the venue's owner and your brand's owner. Working with the team makes you an admin on both and leaves the brand's owner place open for whoever runs the venue. Your job title sits beside your answer in your own words, where the venue's leads can read it.
Obs: Either answer lets you change what the venue's page says.
-
Open Venues in your new brand
Your new brand lists the venue under Venues. Select Open beside it to change what its page says.
Brand, Venues.

Frågor du kanske har
- What if I do not own the venue?
- You can still claim the page. Tell us you work with the team there, and you get the admin role on the venue and on the brand, with the brand's owner place left open for whoever runs the venue.
- The code has not arrived. What do I do?
- A code lands only at an address on the domain the venue page names, so open that mailbox and its spam folder first. A minute after the first one you can ask for another, and the newer code is the one that works.
- Why do I have to wait for another code?
- A minute has to pass between codes to one address. A venue can send codes to 25 different addresses in an hour, and past that the page answers
This venue has had several claim codes sent to it already. Try again in an hour, or contact us and we will sort it out with you.
- No address at my venue's domain reaches me. Can I still claim the page?
- Yes. Contact us, and a person checks the venue with you and sets the page up for you. The email route is offered only where the venue publishes a website of its own, so a venue listed with a social profile or with nothing at all is claimed that way.
- Another person at the venue has claimed it already. What now?
- A venue page has one manager, so the page points you at the team that already holds it. Ask them to add you, or contact us and we will sort it out with you.
- Does claiming the page put my tickets on sale?
- No. The page costs nothing and stays free, and claiming it sells nothing and moves no money. Selling tickets with us is a separate decision you take later.
