Lös problem med biljettförsäljning till evenemang

Can you hold and spend your ticket money without a separate bank?

Paying for an event out of what it has already taken normally means waiting for a payout and moving the money to a business account first. Vault holds what your events take, in the currencies you sell in, so a promoter or a venue team can spend it on a card, pay a supplier or invoice a client from the same balance. The deposit for next year's venue comes out of this year's ticket sales.

Where your events take payment through Vault, your ticket money stays in Vault. Hold it in several currencies, spend it on a card, pay suppliers and raise invoices without moving it to a bank account first.

Yes, where your events collect through Vault. Vault is a set of accounts on your brand that the money arrives into, with a balance per currency, so an event sold in euros stays in euros until you decide to convert it.

You spend it from the same place: cards for the team, transfers to a supplier or a venue, and a list of recipients you pay more than once. You can also send an invoice from here, which is what a group booking or a sponsor asks for.

The balances separate what you can move today from what is still settling, what is reserved against an obligation and what is held as collateral. Available is what Vault can move now, which is not the same as what is yours to keep: your unpaid refunds, any Capital still to repay and money owed to clients all come out of it, and the page does not subtract them for you.

Så hjälper Ticket Fairy

  • A balance per currency

Ticket money sits in the currency you sold in, with what is clear to spend shown apart from what is still settling.

  • Cards for the people spending

Issue cards against the balance and read the activity on them, rather than reimbursing a production manager two weeks later.

  • Transfers and recipients

Pay a venue, a supplier or an act from the balance, and keep the ones you pay repeatedly so the details are entered once.

  • Invoices you can send

Raise an invoice from the brand, which is what a group booking, a corporate buyer or a sponsor asks for before they pay.

  • The payout, when you want one

Money still reaches your own bank on the schedule you agreed. Vault is where it waits and what it can do in the meantime.

Innan du börjar

  • You're an owner or an admin on the brand. Those are the two roles that reach Vault.
  • Vault is switched on for your brand and the account has finished onboarding. Ask Ticket Fairy support to switch it on if it is off.
  • You have your second factor to hand. Refreshing the balances asks you to confirm it is you.
  1. Read what you actually hold

Pick the brand, open Vault and read Overview for the balance in each currency.

Obs: Start from the available column rather than the cash total. Recent sales are still settling, reserved money is held against an obligation, and collateral sits outside the cash total altogether.

  2. Check the money is arriving where you think

Open your brand and select Payments. Connected payment methods lists the accounts you have connected, with the one new events use marked Default.

Obs: An event created before you connected Vault keeps whichever account it was set to, and you change that on the event.

  3. Spend it before the payout

Use a card, a transfer or an invoice from Vault on your brand.

Obs: This is the part that stops you waiting for a payout before you can pay a supplier: the deposit for next year's venue comes out of this year's ticket sales.

Fai, the assistant inside your dashboard, opens Vault and reads a balance back to you. Moving money is yours to do, on the page, so nothing leaves an account on a sentence alone.

Frågor du kanske har

Is this a bank account?
It holds your event money, pays out from it and issues cards against it. Your own business bank is still where a payout lands when you take one.
Can I still be paid out the normal way?
Yes. Payouts run on the schedule you agreed, and Vault changes only where the money waits and what it can do while it waits.
Why is part of my balance not available?
Some of it is still settling, some may be reserved against an obligation, and collateral sits outside the cash total altogether. Read the available column, then take off the refunds you still owe and anything due to a client before you commit to a payment.
Which currencies can I hold?
The ones you sell in. Money stays in the currency it arrived in until you convert it, so a European tour does not lose a margin on every leg.
Who on my team can reach it?
Owners and admins on the brand. Event-level roles such as promoter, door and stats do not see Vault at all.
