Returning to one of her favorite booths in Mexico, MNTY shared what the night means to her and what the crowd can expect. **TFword: What can attendees look forward to from your upcoming performance?** **MNTY:** The truth is, I don’t like to pigeonhole what’s going to happen too much, because I’m a DJ who plays very much in the moment: depending on the time, the place, and the current energy. I always come very well-prepared, with a wide range of music and diverse genres that allow me to adapt to different scenarios. This time there’s a special element: I’ll be playing back-to-back with Durango 95, a DJ and producer I greatly admire. It’s the first time we’ve shared a booth, and I’m excited because I think we have very strong musical affinities. I know how he plays; he knows how I play. I’m sure we’ll make a great team that will bring a lot of surprises and freshness to the night. I also want to emphasize that I love playing at Looloo; it’s a great space! It’s one of my favorite booths in Mexico City. **TFword: What does performing at this event mean to you?** **MNTY**: For me, this event represents community. It’s a very special night because it’s organized by BIM, an agency I consider home. It features DJs I know, admire, and with whom I share a strong sense of belonging. Beyond the party, what excites me is the opportunity to showcase national talent, listen to each other, and create a space for collective enjoyment.
