Enter the price for “Advance” at your event, then check every other price and quantity in your own currency. - Early bird Priced below your Advance. The new event wizard opens with this template already selected, with its ticket types and any included tables or add-ons ready to review. 2. ## Enter your ticket price and capacity Enter the price for “Advance” and how many people you can fit. Review every ticket price and quantity before you publish. 3. ## Adjust and publish Review the ticket types and any tables, add-ons or settings included. Change or remove anything you do not need, then publish. Nothing from the template is locked. ## What the template asks you Enter your ticket price, capacity and any usual extras. You can skip any of these and fill them in later. - What “Advance” costs at your event, so every tier can be priced around it. - How many people you can fit, so the template can set the quantity for limited tiers. - How do you want to sell? Pick one price, an early bird ladder, or timed and premium releases. Each choice is a complete set of ticket types with a note on who it suits; tables and add-ons stay the same, and the standard ticket price you enter is that choice's own main ticket. Leave it and you get the ticket types listed here. - Do you want a guest list? Choosing yes adds a free Guest list ticket for names you add manually. - Are you selling tables or booths? Choosing yes adds a VIP booth table type for group bookings. ## Questions you might have Can I run a guest list?: Yes. Choose a guest list when the template asks and you get a free ticket that you can fill with names. Can I sell VIP tables or booths?: Yes. Choose VIP tables when the template asks and you get a VIP booth; you set the price and group size. What if my prices are different?: Enter the price of your Advance ticket.
