- Their ticket earns the deposit back when it is scanned before the cutoff you choose.
- What happens when only some tickets in an order are scanned?
- Each ticket scanned by the cutoff earns its own share back. Only tickets not scanned by the cutoff are charged.
- Can the cutoff be after the event starts?
- Yes. Choose a relative time after the start, before the end, throughout the event or a specific time inside the event window.
