Enter the price for “Weekend pass” at your event, then check every other price and quantity in your own currency. - Weekend pass The ticket type you price first. Only a set number go on sale, worked out from the capacity you give. - VIP weekend pass Priced above your Weekend pass. Only a set number go on sale, worked out from the capacity you give. Review every ticket price and quantity before you publish. 3. ## Adjust and publish Review the ticket types and any tables, add-ons or settings included. Change or remove anything you do not need, then publish. Nothing from the template is locked. ## What the template asks you Enter your ticket price, capacity and any usual extras. You can skip any of these and fill them in later. - What “Weekend pass” costs at your event, so every tier can be priced around it. - How many people you can fit, so the template can set the quantity for limited tiers. - How do you want to sell? Pick one price, an early bird ladder, or timed and premium releases. Each choice is a complete set of ticket types with a note on who it suits; tables and add-ons stay the same, and the standard ticket price you enter is that choice's own main ticket. Leave it and you get the ticket types listed here. - How many days does it run? Your answer adds a Day pass priced for the run you pick (2, 3, or 4+ days). - Are you offering glamping? Choosing yes adds a Glamping add-on alongside the standard camping pitch. ## Questions you might have How is the day pass priced?: Enter the weekend price and number of festival days. The template uses them to price the day pass while keeping the weekend pass the better deal. Can I sell camping and glamping?: Yes. Camping is included. Choose glamping when the template asks and both appear as separate add-ons. Are attendee names required?: Yes.
